We ordered the new Mac meals. I got the buffalo chicken ranch mac, and honestly, it's the worst I've ever had.

Chicken had barely any buffalo sauce, and where was the ranch? For as much as I paid, this was a ripoff.

Service at the counter was good. Why are we forced to click past the give a tip to pay? Frustrating.

Staff were walking thru restaurant cleaning tables, pushing in chairs, etc. It all looked well kept. Just not very friendly- like a hello or do you need anything else?

Overall restaurant looks old and dated- I hadn’t been to this location in a few years and it looks the same. They do have gender neutral bathrooms??

I was a huge fan of their Alfredo Montemore but sadly it is off the menu. The Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo Parm Chicken isn’t at all like that -

I walked in tonight to grab my food and I stood standing there for a good couple minutes while the manager stand and spoke to the other staff members about which angle the cameras point not once did she greet me or anyone standing there not once did they stop to realize the customer was waiting at the register they glanced over at me a couple times and proceeded with their conversation waiting for the young lady who runs the register to come back now I’ve been in management for a long time and I’ve had my fair time in fast food and I know customer service 101 chairs if a customer walks into that door I will approach is that counter no matter who is there you turn around and you greet a customer or you let them know that they will be taken care of in just a moment

Noodles and Co in West Bend is wonderful and always has been. I will continually go even after writing this review. However, I have one issue. When I eat inside of an establishment, I tend to focus more on the small details of cleanliness. I am eating, and the eyes tend to wander. From the ceiling hangs several decorative touches, lights, and things. I could not venture a guess when the last time these aesthetics were cleaned, much less how regularly. I kept feeling like a chunk of dust was going to fall on me or my food at any moment. I understand cleaning a light 15' in the air is not easy, but the dust is still something as a customer I am very conscious of. :-/

Placed food order to go, only 2 bowls of noodles, and waited over 45 minutes (it wasn’t busy and they were only making doordash orders). Turns out one of their managers stole my food when she left about 10 min after I ordered and so they had to remake the order entirely. They did give me coupons for 2 free bowls but it was very disappointing.

I had gone there and ordered a simple buttered noodles with extra seasoning and cheese as well as a side salad side soup and dessert to go, I get to my car and my noodles has no seasoning at all, my soup was a meal sized soup, and I had no dessert. I had called and the managers excuse was she was training so she wasn’t on floor keeping an eye on things when I very clearly saw her working behind the counter while I ordered but she gave me a free meal. so I go back the next day and order the same thing and they mess it up AGAIN this time with no extra seasoning or cheese when I specifically asked. Used to love this place but it’s gone downhill so much.

The Food was cold, workers made food with bare hands, the kitchen was not sanitary, the food was very unprepared, service was rude to workers and customers, management yelled at workers, including my sister, even though she was a hard worker, she was not offered help when first starting and yelled at her when she needed help, so she had to learn by herself, she manager and boss left workers crying when leaving their shift, manager was careless, Exetemely rude, and selfish, would not recommend for working even at desperate times, and would not recommend for a place to eat, food was disgusting, overall, very bad place to eat/work at

Ordered doordash and I know how that goes, but ordered chicken noodle soup, and it was just broth, and literally three noodles, and four small pieces of chicken, if you took a grilled chicken breast cut it into slices for a salad, then took one slice, cut it into fours then put that into the soup. Glad I received that on an almost $100 order! The store didn't care............

Placed my order to go while there were only 2 tables in use. Waited 20 minutes for my chicken Parm order because they kept filling online orders and grub hub orders first. Then after they gave me my order they only gave me 1 chicken parm when it should have been 2. Then it took another 20 minutes to get that ready as despite their mistake, I went to the bottom of the queue and other mobile orders were filled first. I won't be back.
At some point common sense would say in store orders with mistakes should become top priority to correct. Especially if the customer has been already waiting a long time by the register.

Took our money and charged us but didn’t get our food. This isn’t the only time. I’m really disappointed. On the phone I was gaslit by who ever answered the phone saying the charge was declined. I told him I believe him that his system said that but my bank shows it went through so I’m going to file a dispute. More gas lighting and rudeness from whoever answered the phone. Guys. On 09/29/2023 my family attempted to have dinner at the West Bend location. The cashier informed us she would not be able to take our order for at least ten minutes due to all of the online orders coming in. She informed us their system does not allow them to take IN PERSON orders while all of the online orders are processing. When asked if we should order online, it was suggested that maybe we should.
What kind of restaurant prioritizes online orders instead of customers standing in the restaurant?!? Shame on you Noodles for creating a system which makes it difficult for your staff to provide customer service.

Noodles has gone entirely downhill - all the orders are packaged as to go. Portion sizes are laughable. You'll pay 17 dollars for the tiniest little bowl of noodles. hardly any meat in any of the dishes. Employees seem annoyed with you and lackadaisical. Restaurant itself was littered with trash on tables, straw wrappers on the floor. Used cups at the drink station. Hopefully it got cleaned up. Do better.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Tony, the General Manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with.

I attempted to place an order through their website, I got my order completely entered, entered my payment information, clicked place order, and the website bounced back and said that it could not submit the order. Even though the website page bounced back, I was still charged to my bank account $35.34.(the charge was NOT pending, it went all the way through.)

I went into the location to see if maybe the order had submitted anyway, or if they could just make the order since I was charged.

The first lady that came up to help me had an attitude and told me that since the order didn’t come through, she would not do anything for me, even though I was charged.

After I kept telling her that I was charged, so what am I supposed to do, she decided to go get the general manager, who was no help whatsoever. His name is Tony. He came out and asked me what the situation was and I told him. He told me that since nothing came through he refused to make the order.

He got extremely rude with me, accused me of lying, or that the charge was from a different time that I had ordered when I have not ordered from noodles in months and even though I was showing him my live bank account with the charge, and he told me that it was my problem, and not theirs since the order didn’t go through, even though I was charged.

Toward the end of the conversation, it was going nowhere so I asked for the corporate phone number. He said he would go get that, left and came back with no phone number. He then told me that I could call their store number and press one to talk with corporate. I went out to my car and called the number only to find out, it would not bring me to Corporate. I went back in and again asked him for the corporate phone number, because what he told me was incorrect. He told me that I was wrong, and that pressing one would bring me to corporate and refused to give me any sort of corporate phone number or contact.

I ended up just googling the corporate contact information and sent an email.

This is absurd.

We went in around 7 pm, only a couple of people eating inside, and there were 4 people working, that we could see. We were waiting at the counter waiting for someone to take our order and two of the workers just keep walking right past us as if we arent even there. Not “we will be right with you” or even a look. And they were walking around doing nothing. The other workers looked like they were just standing around. Then a girl comes to take our order, you cant hear anything she was saying. No one said anything when our order was done either, usually they say out loud the name of the order when its ready. And to top it off our order was wrong. Ive never had a problem with this noodles location but tonight was just a disaster.

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Upon arrival we walked in and weren’t greeted at the front. Instead one of the employees turned around and rudely informed us they were doing “online orders only”. We did not get clarification on if the meant we could order and then pick up our food and eat it there. Instead we had to ask for further clarification and instead of turning around and explaining what we were supposed to do he just said … “ya!” And turned around again. There were also two other employees standing behind the counter that didn’t acknowledge us after clearly seeing we were confused. We decided to leave as the employees didn’t seem to have any interest in our business

I understand businesses are understaffed but that doesn’t give anyone the right to be rude and completely throw customer service out the window. We will not be returning to this location and we won’t be recommending anyone else either.

Went for the first time and the veggies ‘included’ in our bowls were not there.
Got the pesto with grilled chicken which included 1 mushroom and 2 tomatoes slices.. my sons meal with orange chicken wasn’t flavorful at all. Daughter did like her meal but needed more than 2 meatballs ( meatballs and spaghetti )

I would give a zero star review if I could. I understand staffing issues but what happened is ridiculous. We went inside to order we were greeted with a "someone will be with you shortly" greeting. Ok no problem. Cue ten minutes later and a line forming behind us, someone finally came out and said if we ordered it would be at least 20 minutes from then. 30 minutes total is unacceptable. Every time I go to Noodles and Company, I order the Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese with grilled chicken and the gluten free pipette noodles because I have Celiac’s disease, which results in a gastrointestinal reaction if I have wheat. For some reason, every time I’ve gone to this specific location they give me the crusted chicken even though I specifically ask for the grilled. The last couple of times I’ve eaten here they give me the wrong chicken, and I eat it thinking it’s grilled. After the first couple of bites of chicken I realize it’s not grilled, and get a reaction. Not only is the chicken have a coating, the rest of my food is now contaminated because of this so I can’t eat my food. They seem to get the rest of my family’s order but never mine which is the most crucial to get right. This is now the 4th time I’ve given this restaurant a shot and will not be returning.

Always double check your order at the West Bend location. Twice in the recent past I did not get the parm crusted chicken on my order. Today I didn’t get a parm crusted chicken and another missing the steak that we ordered. Unbelievable!

Ate there with mom, food came out slow and cold due to unexpected crowd. Manager comped the meal. Next visit food was prompt, hot and delicious. Update 10 Oct 2020 visit: Place was dirty, men's room sink plugged and no soap. No utensils available to eat my meal (Mac & cheese was hot but not very filling snack sized) with, garlic bread was grossly oversalted along with excess MSG. Asked for water never received. Overall a nasty dining experience.

We were forgotten at the order register and waited 5 minutes before someone came to ask what we were waiting for. Next our order was misplaced. When it was discovered it was luke warm at best. I asked for it to be reheated or a new order. Waited another 5 minutes, and it was given back to us it was obvious nothing had been done to correct the situation, as the food was not even luke warm. The excuse I was given was it the first day for 1 employee, but that employee never touched our food.

Last night we ordered pick-up from Noodles. I had mac and cheese and my boyfriend had spicy Korean noodles with chicken. Well, first off our noodles were either sitting out a long time or vastly undercooked. To top it off, my boyfriend got TERRIBLE food poisoning from the chicken and puked for hours. Steer clear of you want to stay healthy.

The girl at the counter- Brooklyn, was very friendly. Hence the two stars. I took my mom for lunch. I’m a college student, but wanted to splurge on mom for helping me out with my kids when I’m in school. $31.79 later I had two cold steak stroganoff dishes, and cold pot stickers. Lady next to us was complaining to her husband about her cold food too. Food had good flavor but was cold. Seems to be an issue here.

Don’t come here if you want a good experience, They have terrible customer support. We bought two orders or garlic bread and they didn’t bring his second order out for over 40 minutes because they gave us one of the wrong items, they were being very rude about how they didn’t make a mistake and that we ordered the potstickers instead of garlic bread. They came back to us and kept asking questions and they were trying to not give it to us. They also forgot to give us extra cheese sauce and when we asked for the sauce they took forever, would not recommend if you want good service and nice workers.

We are exhausted from listening to loudmouth employees literally screaming at each other laughing and talking so very loud ........and tonight’s conversation was about “diarrhea”! Let me tell you something, the people that were left in the dining room were not pleased at all. We didn’t even finish our food. Add that to the fact that we had to navigate through an entire dining room of tables with chairs up turned 40 minutes before closing. (I have photos that are dated and timed from tonight’s visit) There is no such thing as a “dining experience” any more. Everybody wants to get their finishing chores done regardless of the customers overall experience. It’s absolutely pathetic.

Nice location. Even at lunch time the staff seems very efficient to get the food out fast and while its still hot. Dirty tables are wiped.clean very fast so other customers can sit. Only real complaint is the parking can be tough around lunch, but that's not on the restaurant, just a heads up to others
