Everything is absolutely delicious! I try to get to something different every time because everything is just so good. I haven’t had a bad thing yet! One time I saw the owner showing an employee the binder of procedures, they are on top of cleaning and keeping food fresh and I’m so impressed. It makes me feel good eating there that I’m getting fresh food and they’re making sure everything is well cared for. Lastly, I can’t leave out the amazing sausage bread for a yummy Sunday morning or holiday breakfast! What a gem this place is!!

My meat loaf sandwich was quite good. The strawberry smoothie was below average, very generic, and definitely not house made. My wait for my food was a little excessive but it was peak lunch hour. I stopped by this bakery last summer and fell in love. All of their food is amazing and reasonably placed. I’m initially from PA and always make it a point to visit when I’m in town. The atmosphere is quite nice and there’s free waters if you eat there. Also, most of their things freeze and reheat really well too!

We love this place. The food is excellent and the staff are wonderful. But we just can’t eat here. Why? The ventilation in the restaurant is underpowered so it has a very heavy smell of cooking. And when you eat there, you smell like the smell of cooking throughout your clothes and hair for the rest of the day.

I am very disappointed with this business’s service. Having gotten food on Saturday before, I drove to this location specifically, looking forward to making this my new Saturday breakfast spot. I was told they don’t serve food on Saturdays, only drinks. The name of the business is “Not by Bread Alone…” not Starbucks. There was nothing indicating this change online. Such a waste of people’s time, as I saw several families walk out with nothing. It was unprofessional, as we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. We were immediately greeted not with a “hi” but basically a slap in the face. Edit: If this is true, then who was working did not want to serve us. We were told we could not get food. When I asked about the sandwich I had gotten last Saturday, I was told, "Have a good day!" The workers did not want to serve us.

We had the chicken spinach salad, roasted turkey sandwich, PB & J, grillled cheese, pasta salad, mini breakfast roll/sandwich to go, ham and cheese loaf and apple cinnamon loaf.

I went to lunch with my mom here, because we know one of the workers. The food is amazing here! I had the Turkey Bacon Wrap, and my mom had the Grilled Chicken Portobello. The food choices are very healthy a delicious and their bread is really good. The restaurant is very cafe aesthetic and it is a really beautiful place. The staff are also very nice and helpful. If you get the portobello I recommend eating it with the toothpick in the middle because while it is amazing it can get messy and fall apart if the toothpick is taken out.

Delicious food, good service. I was there today to pick up an order for Christmas and, unfortunately, had to stand in line for 1.5 hours. Knowing it would be busy with people picking up orders, I was prepared, but not for a wait like that. Holy moly. Next year, I will pre-pay and skip to the front of the line. I just wish I was offered that option when I placed my order. After about an hour they got a better process down where someone was going through the line getting your name and then getting your order slip so you could pay while someone else packaged. Place was very clean! Came in on a Saturday at 11 a.m. Unfortunately, they were not selling soups, salads, or sandwiches. You could get drinks or bakery items. I noticed a lot of people came in to pick up orders. The bakery items were really good. Also, the plum tea was delish! The only reason I didn't do 5 stars was because I noticed they were closing/cleaning everything up at 11 a.m. and I asked what time they closed and they said noon. They seemed more preoccupied with cleaning up and putting things away than taking care of customers. It also made the place look empty and like they were closed which is not inviting. Makes you feel like you're an inconvenience to them. Other than that it was a good place and I would definitely recommend to others and would come back myself.

Awesome little sandwich shop. Great staff if you're looking for someone to wait on you hand and foot, go pay three times as much somewhere else.
This is a great locally owned deli coffee shop, the staff is kind and accommodating. The food is hand made and delicious. Great atmosphere and location. I highly recommend.

I am OBSESSED with the Basque Country Salad. It is my pregnancy craving of choice. The new dipped lemon cookie was just an added bonus today...

Outstanding food, fabulous service, and clean atmosphere. I'll be back 100 times before this baby is born.

The two of us stopped in today at around 3:30 pm with only one customer ahead of us. After she was through we stood there for 10 minutes with no contact from staff. There were three employees ignoring us. One guy was sweeping dirt all over the place in an unconventional manner which created loads of dust. We went to Culver's.

Very clean and comfortable environment. Had a breakfast wrap and it was just delicious. You can tell the difference between fresh made bread here and breakfast at any of the major chain places. I will definitely be back!

Delicious food and wonderful atmosphere
You could see that the staff and customers were enjoying themselves. Staff not rushed, yet efficient. The woman who took our order was very friendly and welcoming!
