The cashier named AJ helped me out very much tonight. I ordered for delivery and someway somehow it was mixed up. Been waiting for over two hours now, but thank God to your employee AJ who helped me out and was very patient with me on the phone call. Great Environment and establishment. After church we took about 10 small children out for pizza and soda. NYPD was pleasantly patient and kind. Solid gyros and outstanding service. The guy running the place is always pleasant and cheerful. Order is always ready before the eta. Decor is cool. I recently placed a phone order at NYPD Milwaukee, and the experience was exceptional. This place seems unreal. It started with only having 2 liters of soda and no water, not even bottles. Okay, fine. So I ordered ribs and wings. What came out was undercooked wings and giant ribs. I’ve never seen ribs like this. Maybe they were beef, but the flavor was disgusting. They also said it came with bread and fries. Neither of them came with the meal. We decided to try to eat anyways. After one bite of each, I walked up and returned both. That was the best part of this place. They refunded the money. Overall the food was bad. My friends ordered the Philly sandwich, which was mostly bread and bad beef. Then another friend got the BLT. It came with what might have been beef bacon. I would recommend anywhere but here. We all ended up going back home and ordering food for delivery. Please avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered the Catfish Dinner today and it was AMAZING!!! First, the potions were very generous and the taste was very delicious. I really enjoyed this dinner. I understand this restaurant specializes in pizza but you would have thought they did as well in fish!!!!! I have been trying to reach the manager for the last couple of days regarding the issue I had with my food being raw. Every time I call they always say he’s just left to try him back. I have left my phone number for a call back and still haven’t heard from him. I’m beyond frustrated with them and when I ask for a refund they say they can’t do it because I place the order online. The night of the incident I was at work I called and ask can they come back to get it bring me something else the man Row stated no I need to speak to the manager. Today I called again for the manager and the women tried to help me as best she could asking if I want to replace my order but I told her no I don’t want thing from there after this experience.

Very friendly employee took my order, repeated order back to me & applied a coupon for the two pizzas. Cheese type was changed & pizza was baked as requested, "please don't burn the crust." Both pizzas were done to perfection! Thank you to the cook! Two lasagna orders were also cooked to perfection! Garlic & garlic cheese bread seem like they needed more garlic, but maybe that's their recipe. It was good tasting otherwise. Had a turtle sundae while waiting, & it was tasty, but I didn't realize it was soft serve ice cream. Love this pizza because it tastes great hot or straight out of the fridge. Pizza crust didn't get soggy when eaten two days later & not warmed up.

This is my First time eating here in a very long time, it was okay but good. The food was good, love their bone in wings 😋 yum. Their thin crust pizza 🍕 was ok for me. They also have a variety of pies slices and cake, so delicious. The menu is very much great having so much things that we love. I've only been inside this place once and there were a few teenagers i assume waiting for food, but they were giving a couple other customers a hard time and they weren't told to either calm it down or leave which i felt like the safe should have addressed that issue when it was happening.
Other than that i cant say anything negative about this establishment...
The food was great... I will say some things i think are a tad bit pricey but other foods make up for the prices. I've tried a bunch of their menu and i cant complain about nothing taste wise because everything was made just perfect... The place was clean and staff were nice but its in a not so great area. If you're in for having some good pizza and ribs NYPD is definitely the spot to go.

Pickup is great the food is hot tastes good and is ready in 15 minutes. Delivery, however, was not. Estimated delivery time VIA uber eats was 25 minutes but took an hour to receive my order. My food was cold and fries were soggy due to packaging (lemons placed on top of food in my container-fish and fries).They also forgot 1 of my cheesecakes. Delivery orders might be put on the back burner all of my pick up experiences have been great.

A few days ago my ordered food for me and my family from there. I start off with the pizza (too much cheese, way to thick and couldn't tell there was any pizza sauce. Chicken: it was good but too greasy. French Fries: texture felt like there was sand on my tongue from them. They were too seasoned.
My husband ordered from there an hour ago tonight. Ordered the philly steak and cheese w/fries and the BBQ Wings.
My husband wanted his Philly Steak and Cheese sandwich a certain way. Just the meat and cheese. Instead they put onions, and mushrooms on it. He can't have mushrooms because he is allergic to mushrooms and they put mushrooms on it. He took a bite out of it and he didn't know, he ended up with allergic reaction. BBQ Wings: texture to the chicken doesn't even feel right and it didn't taste like no BBQ. Also they weren't wings either.
Wasn't the best like I thought. Not satisfied with NYPD and very disappointed.
