I had the Firecracker Shrimp as appetizer, Prime Rib as main course and a little bit of my wife’s Key Line Pie as desert. Nice cocktail menu. It was all delicious. Only complain I have was my Prime Rib that I ordered medium rare was medium. Glad to finally have fine dining in the area again. On such a wonderful property.

Amazing food and great service. We were in town on a Tuesday when everything was closed and we were staying at the Heidel House so we gave the restaurant a try and it was AMAZING. Our bartender “super sweetheart but I forgot her name “ and waitress Sandra I believe made this visit A+++++++. Highly recommended

Enjoyed the upscale atmosphere, great drinks at the bar & delicious meals. Heidl House was nicely redone in 2021-22. Went on a Saturday in the winter off-season and felt like we had the place to ourselves.

Service was nice. Food was definitely not worth the price, when she said it would take 10 minutes to cook a ribeye I knew something was up. The center was overcooked, outside rim undercooked to the point of almost being raw on the inside. Asked for medium rare.
Got breakfast in the morning pancakes were sour. Spending that much on food you’d like it to be the quality for which it is priced at.

We had a great NYE dinner at Oakwood. It's a very nice dining room right on the lakefront, and the food we had (lobster bisque, steakhouse Caesar, 8 oz. filet, airline chicken) was very good. Also, Allison did a great job taking care of us throughout the meal. Would recommend!

This place is horrible. Save your time and money. Hostess seated us and was very pleasant, 15 minutes later nobody even gave us water or asked about drinks, we were forgotten about... Another couple walks in and gets service right away. Not to mention there were a total of 3 other tables and it was Friday night... Should have taken that as a sign. Discussed this situation with the GM (Tyler) and his response was I'm sorry, we are trying to find the restaurant manager for you. This is NOT a fine dining establishment, you will get better service at Burger King.

Nice spot looking at Green Lake. We had the bacon wrapped scallops for an appetizer and the salty bacon completely overwhelmed the scallops. I had the Branzino and the olive and capers overwhelmed the sea bass. Both dishes were cooked perfectly.

Salmon appetizer was a joke: Trader Joe’s salmon on 3 communion crackers and hidden valley ranch for $10. Steak was bland and subpar. Server was nice

Excellent food, reasonable prices, beautiful view, and courteous service! Cocktails are delightful, but wine list is lacking.
