I can see why now there were only 3 cars in the parking lot whereas a year ago or so, you were lucky to find a parking spot and the restaurant was always full. I tried the fish fry, and I believe you can get much better at a local parish. Everything screamed mediocrity and a total lack of inspiration. The fish was soggy, salad not fresh at all, the roll was stale and they failed to include utensils and a napkin. Needless say I will not give a second chance to try any other dishes.

Back in 2009 my husband and I had lunch at The Odyssey Restaurant. We had just closed on the sale of our house in The Falls. I don't recall what I ate, but I became very sick before we even left the restaurant. I was so upset and have not gone back since. Now, from the outside of the restaurant, it looks like it needs a major update. The curtains/drapes look very outdated and unattended to. I wouldn't be comfortable going back. Around that time, I found out they were on Dirty Dining. Maybe that is why I got so sick.

Doordashed order to my job. They assumed i was at home so they sent no utensils. I have to request utensils they said. Forgot the sauce for my gyro! Made my eggs scrambled when i ordered over medium! And to top it off they forgot to send my cinnamon roll!! Just forget, forget, forget, huh? First impressions matter and this is my first and last time dealing with this establishment. I've been a customer here for over 20 years. Loved the days when they were open 24/7, but they are long gone, and I understand the need to change. Things here, particularly as of late, are very hit or miss. My daughter and I dined recently and everything was amazing - food was excellent and our server was fantastic. A few weeks before we had a terrible experience and the waitress messed up my daughter's order and it had to be re-made, my jam was moldy (super gross - wish they hadn't switched to the little cups), my daughter then found a large (~2") bone in her soup, and as compensation for all of those issues the manager randomly took my daughter's hot chocolate off the bill with barely an apology. It's one of those comfort places that I keep going back to, but the negative experiences, along with high prices for you get compared to similar restaurants in the area, make those visits less and less often.

Did not receive the right smoothie because they were out and wasn't told until they had brought me another. I was a regular here coming at least once a week for breakfast. Food always being hit or miss however it's only diner in area to get breakfast later in day. Today was the day that broke the camels back. I ordered an omelet with onions and peppers. My previous visit I ordered the same thing and last visit they were raw. Today I asked waitress to make sure cooks knew to cook them well before adding to omelet. When I got my omelet they were raw, asked waitress if they knew to cook them, she said they knew just didn't. She took back the omelet to have it made again and this time they were cooked correctly but now the hashbrowns were literally inedibly dry. Waitress brought out new hashbrowns about a minute later and they were the most undercooked raw hashbrowns you have ever seen. These cooks just literally pump over priced food out of the kitchen with no care at all. I will no longer be a regular there, and I encourage all to do the same. Overpriced junk

We, as a Veteran Military Honor Guard was coming back home to West Bend from the Union Grove Cemetery doing the Military Honors. We hadn't had lunch and we were hungry. Yesterday my husband and I stopped to eat breakfast at this place. There were 3 issues. #1 we waited about 8-10 minutes to be seated. #2 when the person took us to be seated, she took us to the side where there was absolutely no customers what so ever. We then said we do not want to eat on this side by ourselves. So with hesitation she took us to the other side where there were a number of customers. When we sat down I said to my husband that was weird and it felt racist. So we just left because we did not feel welcome. #3 the waitress sarcastically said to us have a nice day. So very sad this kind of treatment is still going strong. We went a half block down the road to a different restaurant and we were treated very well. That waitress got a really good tip from us. The odyssey will definitely never see us in there again. And I will be telling my friends not to eat there.

A nice family restaurant with a smaller breakfast and lunch menu. My daughter had the eggs Benedict. One egg was cooked harder than the other. She prefers them runny, but still enjoyed them. Dinner on a Friday evening, I was really looking forward to dining at this restaurant as I've frequented it for years. I'm sad to say my dinner was nothing like I expected from this restaurant. I had the potroast plate, 1 scoop of what I think was mashed potatoes with pale brown gravy ( canned ? ) ,maybe 10 cubes of meat ,and what tasted like air- fried brussel sprouts ( ewww). Not even a full plate for $16.00, dessert USED to be included with dinners. Way overpriced for the portion and quality. I had to ask for a glass of water, to wash it down, and was brought a glass ( with a large crack in it) and not even 1 ice cube. Sooo sad

I know this is a good review but I have to start this review with the most amazing feature of my visit today. We were able to be served by the amazing Jenny! She’s absolutely amazing. Her personality is energetic and a great spark to start one’s day. Not only did Jenny have an amazing personality but she was very attentive and quickly hands on when it came to refills, menu suggestions and so much more.

Now that I’ve highlighted the best part let me get to the restaurant. The food was just basic not to bad but nothing special. The chicken tenders and fries were just flat out dry. The extra crunchy fries and tenders were over cooked. My breakfast was good. The eggs were a little weird but with enough salt and pepper they were tolerable.

The chicken noodle soup was bland. It taste like water with noddles and vegetables. There were extremely small pieces of dark meat chicken which gave the “chicken” flavor. I’m guessing since I got the first bowl of the day I didn’t give it the time needed to soak in the flavor.

Great place to eat breakfast, mimosas are also delicious. I tried Tequila Sunrise Mimosa yesterday and was not disappointed!
Service is always fast, prices are affordable and you get a lot of food

We hadn't been to Odyssey in awhile and were surprised to see they re-did the front lobby and menu. The menu is much smaller, but there were still lots of options.
The server brought us the wrong beverages, but was pleasant and brought us the correct ones. No big deal.
My husband and I got the fish fry. It came with 3 pieces of fish, potato pancakes, and a very small amount of cole slaw. Soup or salad. The clam chowder wasn't great.
Now the bad part. There were worms in my fish. Literally brown, dead worms in my fish. Look up cod worms, that is what they were, and they were in 2 of my 3 pieces of fish. Not just one worm, which would be bad enough, I'm talking lots of worms.

My grandparents, my cousins and I were waiting for a waiter/waitress and a table, but we never got either: We could see with our own eyes a bunch of tables and free waiters/waitresses! Don’t waste your time coming here!

Everything was ok. The only thing I would say was good was my eggs Benedict. The hash browns were bland. Kinda disappointing that this is supposed to be Greek & no gyros Benedict. I even asked for it & was denied. I was surprised that toast was not included. The waitress was bad. She was slow and focused on cleaning more that been attentive to tables. I asked for napkins and I never got them. The booths were terrible; I felt every time the other person sitting behind me leaned back. It was painful sitting there. Overall, I think there are better Greek & breakfast options.
