First off, the food was good. But, once we were seated and placed our order with the waitress, we didn’t get our food for over 40 minutes. Three other tables that ordered after us got their food before we did. We had to complain to the waitress and she did try to help but the kitchen could not explain why our order was lost. We looked forward to going there so it was really disappointing with how it turned out.

Worth the wait. The food was very tasty and prepared well. The ribs remind me of how my mother would make them in the oven/broiler. I didn't rate it higher only because I expected the ribs to be smoked.
The fries are excellent. I think they're made fresh and never frozen. The other sides (onion rings, coleslaw) are standard restaurant food services like Sysco or GFS.

Best ribs around!! 1/2 slab is $22.95. Includes nice salad, choice of potatoe and a piece of grilled bread. Served on plastic plates. The picture does not do it justice. If you like ribs, this place is a must! Small, closed Mondays, and very crowded during peak times. I suggest getting there around 5 pm, as that is when they open for dinner. 5-8, bar opens at 4pm.

First time there. Have heard about this place for years. We got there early to get a table. Nothing fancy just a comfortable laidback environment. Put our order in for ribs. They did not disappoint. Went there on a Tuesday night because the waits are so long on the weekend!! Went at about 5:30 with 6 people and got right in. Was fairly busy, and I can see why! Ribs were delicious, as promised. Sauce is pretty good, glad they give you a bottle to add more as you please. Food took a while, but totally worth the wait! Nice they give you wet naps for your hands and paper towel. If I had to critique it would be that I wish they gave you food on actual plates and with real cutlery. Of course I hardly noticed because I ate with my hands! Lol! Very pricey, but probably the best ribs in the area. We’ll be back.

The ribs were hands down delicious! Our group of 5 got the ribs and everyone loved them. Cooked and dressed just perfectly; not too soft, not too saucy. The server has worked there for decades and was great and fun. We learned from her that the pork is imported from Denmark for its quality! The atmosphere is casual and family friend friendly and our international guest loved it. Everyone found a beverage of their liking, from a Wisconsin old fashioned to (good) beer on tap to N.A. beer options. Good for everyone with a good appetite!

Expensive bar room dining trying to imitate fine dining…

Ordered 10 oz ribeyes, was charged for 16 oz ribeyes based on the mistake of the server. The resolution, that was not acceptable, was to discount the price of the dinners with being charged approximately $30 more than we should have been. First time I have ever been forced to pay for the mistakes of a restaurant I ate at.

The food was good, though the steaks were over seasoned. However, at the prices charged and the meals ordered you don’t expect to be served on and eat off of PAPER PLATES!!!

The server and wait staff were very friendly and cordial. This still doesn’t make up for being forced to pay for what was not ordered based on their mistakes.

Overall an unacceptable experience and we will not be back.

The atmosphere is a low budget super club/bar. They make up for it in their pricing and food quality.

Drawbacks: The small ribeye was a waste of money because of the way they cut it. It's too thin, like they filleted a large ribeye. Entry door wasn't well covered when it's raining, so you get more drenched trying to get in the door.

Get there early or late to avoid a long a wait. There's a divey style bar that doesn't serve food on the weekends and the dining area is very small. Waited about 45 minutes to be seated, then took about an hour to order, get apps, and our entrees. Ribs were excellent, steak was great but not the best I've ever had. My MIL said her ribeye was the best she's had in years though. Very service-oriented people working here. Entrance is around the back and sort of hidden depending where you parked, I wish there was better signage for this and that people can't smoke right in front of the doorway.

Been going here for years they have the best ribs I have ever eaten. Every time we go, which is often the food is hot and fresh. The waitresses are excellent and very friendly. You have to get there at around 4:00 to be in the first wave to be seated. Everyone that eats there knows this. We requested one of our two favorite waitresses to the hostess. Well.. went to try this place for the first time. The waitress wasn't very helpful and didn't tell us the specials or foods not on the menu, ended up Ordering ribs and steak.. the food..was PERFECT! Here's the kicker, half way through, there was a long blonde hair wrapped in the steak... bothersome...but even more was the waitress telling us "there's no blonde hairs here, (she's a blonde, with a loose pony tail) this never happens" then took it to show the cook... (I and my date have black hair) she came back and asked if we we wanted another plate, we deliclined, then noticed most of the waitresses walking out of the back and working the bar were infact, BLONDE. Offensive and upsetting cause the food was good. Oh yeah, if you ask for a pitcher of beer it's only 4 cups, not a regular pitcher..

Get the ribs! We shared ribs and a filet. The filet is far better at Shogun but those ribs were unbelievably delicious. So good. Tip: we got there at 4pm when they open and the place was packed. They don't serve dinner until 5pm. We missed the first round of seating. Was seated at 5:20pm. No reservations. Be prepared to wait and go earlier than 4pm. Tonight was my first and last time in the building don't get me wrong the food was good and so was the service until we were done with dinner after eating and having a lil talk after our dinner we were rushed to pay for our meals and abruptly asked to leave because someone wanted the table we were sitting at I asked our waitress Chasity or Cassidy did she think that was rude and unprofessional she chuckled and said well your done and they wanna sit here and walked away for that I'll most likely never go back one person can ruin everything sorry
