Top favorite pizza in Green Bay when I lived there moved back home in 2018. Tomorrow I am coming to Green Bay to see one of my old besties and you guest it we are having Old Chicago. My friend and her husband have lived there for over 15 years and I have never tried it so I talked them into it.

Part two we did make it for dinner last night brought lots of leftovers.it was a little on the pricey side. But definitely a delicious hot spot. Our waiter was nice however only checked on us once after served, so my friend and I had no drink remaining the rest of our meal. Other than that definitely still recommended.

I order from this location every time I'm in Green Bay. At first it was for the Pepperoni Rolls ... And it still is! But now it's also because of the bartender. I wish I could remember his name and I'll add it to this review next time I'm in the area. This guy is the reason Old Chicago Green Bay is still open when all the other locations have closed. Great attitude, great service and just a genuinely nice person.

Terrible choice for a spot to eat. Just spent $16 on an order of “Tall boneless wings”. I received 8 tiny wings. For $16. And the “Jamaican jerk” seasoning, is nowhere close to a Jamaican jerk. They taste like paprika wings. Terrible. Sicilian rolls also halved in size since I last ordered. Wouldn’t recommend this place, it seems greed is taking over and quality is going out the door. Support local restaurants and bars instead, better quality for a better price.

Really disappointed. Spent $33 on a pizza and couldn’t even eat all of it because there were huge bubbles which led to no toppings on several pieces. The insides of these pieces were completely hollow. Bubbles happen but for a $33 pizza and to have at least 25% of it inedible is kinda ridiculous. The fried pickles looked sloppy. Some pickles had a mountain of seasoning and some had none. The chips for our nachos were burnt and so was the kids pizza. Donut bites were chewy almost like they were stale. We ordered a ton of food and spent a good bit of money just to feel like they took all the food that wasn’t good enough for the dine in people.

Stopped in for lunch on Friday afternoon. Was not busy at all and we were seated in what felt like the back corner booth. Right away we were moving the table around just to be able for all of us to sit comfortably, mind you it seemed it was missing some screws as it was also very loose and wobbly.

Our server walked up casually to just tell us he would be back in a few minutes to take our drink order, odd but OK. When he did arrive back it was a bit uncomfortable as he seemed very laid back, care free and not very welcoming.

We ordered pizza, pizza rolls and a chicken sandwich. The pizza related items were ok for pizza, not awesome but not terrible either. The chicken sandwich came out stacked tall like it was a show piece, bun chicken lettuce bun. The chicken was over breaded over cooked and the portion was small. I get that it's the crispy chicken sandwich but it was all breading.

Our concern for the sandwich was passed onto the server who apologized and said its usually a popular sandwich and we thought that was it, another odd interaction but we waited for our tab. Shortly after a woman approached our table asking about the sandwich and what we felt was wrong with it. No idea if it was the cook, a manager or what. In our opinion she then became almost defensive calling out the weight of the portion prior to breading it. It was an uncomfortable situation but she did offer to remove it from the tab which was nice.

Overall our meal was alright, unsure if we would return in the future as there was not much appeal to make us do so.

My wife and I stopped in at this establishment last week. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza to share. The food was excellent, tasty, and made to perfection! The server did a good job of cleaning up the tables. Jennifer, the Manager stopped at our table. Jennifer was super friendly, smiling, dressed nicely, attentive to our needs, and not bad on the eyes... Jennifer was very professional and made us feel like family. Ordered the chicken caprese sandwich. First of all, it is a simple sandwich, the restaurant was not busy at all, tons of open tables, it took 25 minutes from the time we ordered until it came.
When the sandwich arrived, I already saw the withered arugulas hanging out from the sandwich and the worst is when I opened the sandwich, the arugula are rotted!

The manager was emphasizing they are not rotted, it is from the balsamic vinegar and they are grilled! Come On! They are so obvious, are rotted. The vinegar will only coat on the surface of the leaves, will not make the leaves turn BLACK. The manager also stated the grilled make the arugula black. The truth is: the arugula go on top of grilled chicken, the whole sandwich include the arugula does not get grilled!

Don’t lie through your teeth, JUST ADMITTED IT’S ROTTED, Mr. Manager!

Dined here on a Saturday at 7 PM and it wasn’t too busy. I was seated right away and my Cole, the server, checked in right away. I was able to put in my order within 10 minutes, and the wings and pizza were table side in about 15 minutes.

Cole was great and checked in often without being intrusive, was friendly, and helpful.

The Memphis style wings were cooked well, and decent. The Chicago 7 pizza with hand tossed crust was pretty good flavor wise; perhaps heavy on the cheese for my preference. The crust was great. It is a softer-chewy crust as described which can make it harder to handle, but it’s worth it.

They have a decent beer list with a lot of national brands. People looking for craft beer may have a few options in each style.

For starters the food was terrible my gf and my cousins food was cold the meatballs weren’t even cooked all the way. SECOND the service was absolutely terrible we were sitting for 20 minutes before the server even came by us she seen us walk in we literally made eye contact and she didn’t even say anything she gave us our menus and just lefted. Old Chicago used to have the best fried pickles in town, just ate there last night and sadly now they have the exact same fried pickles as everyone in town. I really can't express how disappointed I am about that. Overall had a pleasant time returning to the establishment. Just two constructive critiques. For your lemon pepper hot honey you need to add more lemon pepper either before or after you prepare the wings. When I got mine they tasted simply like a sweet buffalo sauce couldn’t even tell if they had any to begin with. (Love the ranch btw tho keep that!!). Don't even know where to start with this review because the service and food was beyond awful. Met my family who came from out of town there for lunch. My brother in law ordered the Italian meatball sub (it was on the menu) My sister ordered the nachos (also on the menu) I ordered some Mac n cheese dish. Food came and my food was cold and noodles were over cooked and tasteless. When my sister asked for guacamole and sour creme for the nachos we were told they do not have either of those items anymore just salsa. They then told my brother in law they no longer have his Italian meatball sub but just Italian beef sub. He tried to eat it but it was awful. Waitress asked if he liked it and he said no he did not. Her response was oh that's too bad took his plate and walked away. Save the trip and the money and do not eat at this establishment. I normally do not even bother to take the time to write a review but this was so bad I just had to.

honestly. it was a wreck. i went today around 7pm and left at nearly 7:30. i got half of my order then had to wait still. i was worried about my job for doordash. i got there and saw another girl waiting for her order with no service. so i checked the receipts and asked her the name of order and handed her a bag just sitting at the front. it was pretty ridiculous to say the least. nobody was helpful AT ALL other than a redhead girl working her a$$ off to get everything done and etc. i felt horrible for her. it was not busy. i had multiple servers walked right past me and then going on their phones… i was super disappointed. this place has gone so down hill. back in highschool i used to love this place, but in the past 7 years it’s gone very down hill. i felt ignored. and disrespected. a costumer even ASKED if i could get attended to before them. if you cannot handle doordash/uber eats don’t put your place up on there. bad service. bad and rude employees. one bigger guy behind the bar on his phone. brunette with glasses looked at me multiple times then ignored me, one guy checked a receipt then played with the marker? and then finally my savior red head came and at least helped me. that place should hire more people like her. she’s a keeper. but like i said very disappointed. been going for years back then and now never again, especially never going to accept another dash order for there.never a good thing to hear “goodluck in there” from multiple delivery people back and forth. the people i delivered to even apologized because they know it’s an insane experience there with ever delivery driver “dont worry it’s usually always pretty late”

Food always good for a late night place. Bartender was pretty bad tho lol wasn’t busy at all but it was hard to get his attention. Gave us our check without saying thank you or good bye (weird) and regret leaving dude a pretty good tip. Ugh we’ll be back but probably get a table if homie behind the bar.

We tried to eat here on 2/22/24. Sat ourselves at a high top in the bar area around 1:30pm since there was no hostess. There were approximately 6-8 people eating in the bar area. The bartender/server didn’t acknowledge us for over 10 minutes. She made eye contact with us multiple times but did not even say “I’ll be right with you.” She was mingling with a few people at the bar and made sure to collect her tips from the 2 booths she had served. No drinks, menus, or even hello. We walked out. Worst service (or lack thereof) we’ve had at any place in a very long time. Won’t be back.

We were there (2/17) and our waitress was extremely rude! She was very snarky and when one person wasn’t sure what they wanted she very rudely said “well it sounds like we’re not ready to order so I will come back later” even though she already started taking our order. Needless to say we will not be going back because of her. The food was good but the service was terrible.

Maybe an off night. But service was poor with maybe 16 people in the restaurant and most at one table. Food was missed on the ticket (which they did catch and let us know), all of the calzones ordered at the table were raw and doughy. Pastas were dry (it’s ok to use sauce). The quality has seemed to do a deep dive here. If you want a $27 large Little Caesar’s pizza - be my guest, but I doubt I will return.

Not only was I served the wrong food but the service was quite slow for it being dead. My bacon tasted more burnt than “peppered”. The bun was hard and stale. I counted out 14 fries on my side which is crazy. Only reason I’m giving a 2 star is being the pizza was pretty good.

Party of 2, date night, no reservations, plenty of seating arrived approximately 6pm. Hostess kind and quick to help, we choose a table in bar area. Plenty of TVs with many different sports. Large menu, food around us looked great. But then.....our server swung by to say be with you soon.....a long time after she returned...we ordered drinks and a water....bartender quickly made our drinks and I watched the drinks sit at the bar with our server nowhere in sight....over 15 minutes the drinks sat..upon arrival server stated sorry I'm really busy...drinks were watered down...more than 1/2 the tables were empty....oh and no water yet...that sat at the bar over 30 minutes 😳. Food arrived with a very pleasant runner..2 different pizzas...tasty but warm...not hot...and still no water....server swung by to say hows your food oh do you need another drink...no I would like my water....oh yes sorry I'm really busy....she brought my BF another drink and forgot the water again. Maybe just an off night but to many other choices to return here anytime soon. Food mediocre. Service horrible.

Took our family of 5 there Jan 13th 2024. Server didn't write down the orders and I didn't get served food until we were ready to go. Two orders were colder than room temp and our apology from the manager had as much effort as the kitchen put into microwaving the kid's meals. They credited about 20% of our bill, we will never go back. It's not worth paying even $35 to leave with three out of the five in our party still hungry.

Last minute stop after thr big game. It took a bit for our server to greet us at our table. She was nice but wasn't too familiar with the beer options. We later found the type of beer we wanted on a table menu. Food was served promptly and was very good. We enjoyed our pizza and Buffalo chicken rolls. We'll be back for more goo eats.

I enjoy their pizzas and their opening hours are convenient but my sister had a gluten reaction to their gluten free pizza most likely due to cross-contamination.
