UPDATED REVIEW 8/17/24!
We'd gone to the old Little Italy restaurant and left unimpressed. It took us a while to come back after the rebranding but today, we decided to give it a try for lunch. MUCH BETTER!

We started with the cheese curds and they were fantastic. They didn't come out with any dipping sauce but that was easily rectified and we were happy. 5/5!

My husband had a burger and fries, and they were great! I tried the fries and they were awesome. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. He enjoyed it and he's a harsh critic! 5/5!

I had a hand-tossed pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Definitely way too much cheese for my liking but that's an easy fix for next time. I'll just order it with half of the cheese, no biggie. The crust was crunchy, the pepperoni was spicy, and overall, it was very good and I'd order it again. 4/5!

The restaurant decor is about the same. It's not upscale by any means but you can tell they've put some work into it. The bar area is beautiful and the booths are wide and very comfortable. The new tables are nice. There was an overwhelming smell of air freshener or plug-ins when we walked in so my allergies & asthma aren't loving that now (headache and sneezing), but it was a comfortable atmosphere, overall. 4/5

Our server was extremely attentive. When she brings you a drink refill or to-go box before you have a chance to ask for one, that's a 5/5 in my book! I didn't get her name, but thank you for the great service!

I'm sorry the Italian restaurant didn't work because Watertown needs a good Italian option but this food is SO MUCH better. With tip, it came to $52 for 2 people (only sodas to drink, no alcohol) so while that's a pricey lunch, we are very happy to have a decent restaurant in town that isn't Mexican (we have plenty great options there).

Very happy the time they took to rebrand worked! We'll be back! Keep it up!

We went for my birthday last week and I have to say, the service and food presentation were spectacular! 5 stars for both! Our waitress was very attentive, absolutely no complaints there! We also appreciated the classiness of the white dishes, but they seemed too upscale for the dining room, if that makes sense.

I had the chicken parmesan, as that's my favorite go-to Italian dish. Unfortunately, it was pretty flavorless, but I suspect that was because it was drowning in mozzarella. I give points for it being fresh mozz, but I'd say there's definitely too much of it when you have to search for the chicken breast underneath it.

My husband had a pizza and thought it was too sweet. If you enjoy a sweet crust, then this may be the one for you, but it wasn't one of his favorites.

We noted that this restaurant is for the "over-50" crowd due to the pricing. We thought it was very overpriced for the quality of the food and the restaurant atmosphere. The overhead music was overpowering, and the noise from the bar and kitchen was too loud. Because of that, the noise in the dining area was quite loud because people had to talk loudly to those at their own tables. For a $70 bill (2 people, no drinks ordered!), we'd expect a much more refined, more serene experience. Imagine white tablecloths, comfortable chairs, and soft traditional Italian instrumental music playing overhead.

We know it's a new place, and from what it sounded like from our server, they've already been through a couple of chefs. I hope we can come back in a few months to give it another try, but at these prices, we most likely won't be regular visitors.

We live very close and have tried this place at least 8 times now. The food has gotten so much better since they opened, but the service is TERRIBLE almost every single time. Our server from the last few visits, who also informed us that she’s the manager, needs some serious training. On multiple occasions we have sat with empty drinks, waited with closed menus for 10 or more minutes for her to come back and take our order, gotten up to find her to get our check/boxes, etc. Multiple times now we’ve attempted to order a Pepsi or orange juice only to hear “I don’t know if we have that” with no offer to go and check. We’ve tried again and again to come back because the food is decent, but even take-out orders with her have been disastrous (one took over an hour to get 2 apps and a kids meal and then another 20 minutes because she couldn’t figure out the appropriate change to give back, another time I was told the kitchen was closed at 8:40 on a Friday night). Today was our last attempt and we walked out after sitting there waiting for her to return to take our order in an almost empty restaurant.

Two stars only because the waitress was very nice and the service was fast. I asked for a glass of Pinot Grigio but couldn't have it because the other server wasn't there? My husband got the Cuban. It was served on regular sliced bread which is weird. It has sweet pickles and the meat tasted spoiled. I got the chicken parm sandwich which was ok but I could taste the fake garlic butter that was used to season it. I ordered ranch to go with my fries. It looked more like mayo and tasted spoiled as well. Over all not good.

When we first arrived we were greeted at the door and seated. It was about 3pm and we were one of 3 tables.
The waitress must have been new, but she was trying very hard. It took a little bit for our drinks (beer) , but we were not in a hurry.

Let's just say, "underwhelming" would be an improvement. Took more than an hour longer than was told to get our food. To our surprise, when we got home a whopping 1.6 miles away, the food was already nearly completely cold, which begs me to ask how long it was sitting under a heat lamp. The fish and potato pancakes were nothing to write home about. Pancakes were oozing grease like a sieve and no amount of applesauce or syrup could cover up the burnt taste. The fish was run of the mill, nothing special, just a typical beer battered filet. Very disappointed is an understatement. I can't comment on the atmosphere, as this was obviously a take out order. Add this to the ever growing list of sub par eateries in town.

Arrived at 11am. One other diner was there. Waitress very slow. Waited over 45 minutes for food. Pancakes were tough like they were sitting around. Barely any strawberries and whip cream on them. Veggie omelet was so greasy inside. Toast was not toasted, soggy not at all crispy. Hashbrowns had a very weird taste/smell. Canadian bacon had same taste/smell. Hollandaise sauce swimming in butter on top. Breakfast should be the easiest meal to make. Don't waste your time or money going here.

Great atmosphere and Sally is amazing! We had gin & tonics, cheese curds as an appetizer and dinner! Three flavors of cheese curds! Try the garlic & pickle flavors! Our service and food was quick and could not have been better. This is a hidden gem in Watertown and this restaurant should be full every night! Really great food and so reasonably priced! As a Disabled Vietnam Military veteran I would never eat their again. Yesterday was Tuesday Taco Day. They do not have Tacos with Hamburger or Lettuce and tomato. You have to pick either Steak , Pork, or Chicken for $2.00 each. So we picked the Steak Taco. The Taco Shells are so small you cannot even pick it up in your hand. it falls apart immediately. It was Terrible, Horrible and disgusting. You could not even chew the meat. The worst Taco Ever for $2.00. Other Tacos cost $2.75 each.

Ohhh My Gosh! I just ate a late lunch here. I had the spaghetti and meatballs with 2 pcs of garlic toast. Three meatballs that were the size of golf balls. Absolutely delicious. My daughters and I went to Old Town for Mothers Day dinner. It was busy but the service was still awesome and the food was quick and fantastic. When we were leaving, my adult daughter asked for a to-go cup of soup. The waitress brought it out for her and when we were walking out, she accidentally dropped it and soup spilled on the legs and feet of a lady who was eating at a table. My daughter immediately apologized to her and the lady just gave her a nasty look. I handed the lady a napkin and apologized and she just gave me a dirty look and continued eating with her foot and leg covered in cream of asparagus soup. One of the wait staff promply started cleaning off this womans pants and feet. By this time my daughter was crying because she felt so bad. Our waitress pulled her into the back area, calmed her down and got her to stop crying. She gave us both a big hug and reassured us it was okay before we made our walk of shame out of the restaurant. What she did for my daughter was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of during this incident and the care that she showed towards my daughter is something I won't forget. I didn't catch her name, but we will definitely be back to thank her for her kindness.

So, I had no plans to eat here tonight but my granddaughter had had their Chicken Alfredo before and was craving it tonight. Thank goodness, because I was extremely happy with the whole experience. Food was great as was the service. I might be kicking myself for this because we got right in and served very quickly and this was a Friday night in WI. I truly hope this fine family owned place gets the business it deserves.

Restaurant food is terrible here. First of all, is the place called Old House or Little Italy? Sign out front says Old House but the front door and computer terminals say Little Italy. Upon ordering our food our sodas came out, the diet Pepsi tastes like some off brand cinnamon soda. Cheese curds were the only good thing here. We ordered a hamburger, it comes out and when picking it up to eat the bun just disintegrated turning the sandwich into a soggy, sloppy mess. Burger had no flavor and the fries tasted off. We also ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, was supposed to be chicken tenders, it comes out grilled. Asked the waitress what's up and she goes "oh we had this problem yesterday, the menu is wrong". If that's the case why didn't you ask me how I would prefer it before you sent the order to the kitchen? Also sandwich barely had any buffalo sauce on it, I found myself adding ketchup because the sandwich was so dry and tasteless. Waitress took half off our bill but it's not enough, we still left hungry and disappointed. The waitress seemed stressed like she's continually having issues here with stuff not going right. Ownership needs to step up and fix this mess, you just opened last year as little Italy, you're on your second concept in not even 6 months and your failing with this. We won't be back.

First visit was excellent. Sinatra Steak beat my expectations. Service was very pleasant and helpful. Price for the dinner I received was worth every penny.
At the time my wife was recovering from health issues. Many good friends were helping out and we needed to thank them. After looking around the area We chose to come here.

We went here for dinner and had such a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. They were so kind to let us try the alfredo sauce first before we decided on our meals. We ordered the Chicken Parm which was a gracious portion and was very good. The sauce was a bit sweeter sauce and maybe could have used a touch less sweet but overall delicious! The Italys Pickle pizza is phenomenal I definitely recommend it!!! The receipt said David was the server and he really did a great job!!! I honestly think the only slight con I have to say is trying to figure which door is the entrance there should be something more to indicate which door is the entrance even a fold up sign maybe? Great price points and great food!! We look forward to coming back and trying other food!

Fun dishes, good portion sizes, and nice presentation. Would definitely eat here again. The food here is amazing. I have no complaints about any of it. The Alfredo is so outstanding, the first time I tried it I almost cried at how heavenly it tasted. The service is very friendly and always there to care for your needs. I've treated several people there to spread the word of the place and they all have nothing but positive things to say about the food. Nice new restaurant. Thanks to McKenna for the great service. Drinks were well mixed, the mozzarella sticks are large and served with a very nice marinara. The Tuscan soup is a treat, the garden salad is just a very wisconsin bowl of iceberg and some tomato. The Alfredo with fettuccine and scallops is nice and I enjoyed the Pescatore is a very tasty broth over mussels, clams , shrimp, scallops and noodles. Unfortunately the shrimp and scallops were tough/ overcooked. I do appreciate that the operator of this establishment is very flexible and has apparently been making changes to the menu to accommodate feedback. I look forward to my next visit.

I'm going to give a 3 star review based on a couple things but I will start with a 5 star on the customer service. Very nice people and hard working individuals.

The 3 star comes in with the price and quality of the meals being served. Nothing was "bad", nothing was spoiled or foul tasting. However, for the price of the meals we did have higher expectations and were hoping for some quality "home cooking" recipes rather than what seemed to be pre-cooked and/or frozen oven baked meals.

The food again, was not bad. We just wanted more taste/quality for the amount we spent. Hopefully with time you'll be able to incorporate some more traditional better quality cooking.

Aside from that, the portions were generous and we didn't have any other issues.

We ordered a pizza to go, and when I went to pay, a little girl of the owners handed me a receipt that wasn't mine but it was a receipt for a kwik trip pizza. I thought that was super odd. The pizza box was tall, so I figured it'd be a yummy deep dish Italian pizza. But when I opened it at home, it really did look like a kwik trip pizza as it was thin and lacked anything special to it. It also tasted just like kwik trips. Weird. Not a fan. Place was pretty and service was good, but pizza didn't scream Italian in any way.

The food was delicious. Their homemade clam chowder was the best I've ever eaten! Their updated remodel is refreshing compared to what it was. Our bill was so confusing. My meal was $15.99 but showed up on the tab as $16.43. They automatically assume you're paying by credit card. But then they have a cash total, too. We found the cash total to be $2 more than what it should have been. So enjoy the food, service, & atmosphere but watch your bill.

Went with friends for the second time. Everyone loved the food. And deserts were great. Small town feel in a small venue. Will be a staple of ours for years to come. Very reasonable price wise. Had a few drinks each which inflated what we spent. Most dishes are $20 or less. Well done to the staff. 👍

The appetizers were very good. We ordered calamari, mozzarella sticks, and eggplant fries.

The soup was also quite good.

The main course was not good. We had 6 meals between us.

The worst by far was the lasagna. It has what I can only describe as taco bell taco meat inside it. The sauce was orange and tasted Mexican. There was nothing Italian about it.

The next worst was the jambalaya pasta. It was bland, something anything with creole roots ahoukd never be. The sauce had zero flavor.

The rest of the dishes were not great, the risotto, the spaghetti, and the kids chicken tenders were all worse than they were good.

The Chicken Rosa was a decent. Definitely satisfactory.

The desert was also quite good which was a huge surprise after our terrible dinner experience.

Staff was attentive. We never had to wait for refills.

Overall an "OK" experience but they MUST fix the lasagna recipe...

Any dish you order with shrimp comes with tail still on which I’ve never seen in my pasta.

Kayla and Ty were super friendly. Ribeye was really good and the lasagna with white sauce was the best lasagna I’ve had in a while. Only critique would be not having garlic bread to get the remaining sauce left from lasagna.

Crab cakes are great! Full of crab. Jambalaya was spicy and delicious. Bartender was nice. Mojitos we’re delicious. May be the best food we’ve ever eaten in Watertown. Will return for sure.

I love lasagne so I try it at every Italian restaurant and this was hands down my very favorite. I’m excited to try other items on the menu as well. Will definitely be dining again soon.

Had a nice experience even though it was very busy. One note though, don’t sit at table 1 if you get cold easily. The vent is literally blasting under the table, it was blowing my skirt around.
The new layout is very nice. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed but I’m sure that’s because they’ve just opened.

Food was the highlight. Salad was fresh and filling, shrimp scampi was light and tasty, but it was the chicken parm and crab cakes that were the highlights. Everything is clearly freshly made and very tasty.

I am a little confused by the photos I saw on here vs what we got in restaurant. There a pics of baguette slices with pasta, but we got breadsticks(which I was more happy about anyways). The chicken parm in the photo had little pieces of mozzarella but we got large slices. It’s probably just the growing pains of a new restaurant and getting different inventory in. It will be interesting to go back and see what changes.

The service is slow and the portions are small in comparison to the price and the bill was 70 dollars for 2 and no alcohol. This is Watertown not Milwaukee. I will not recommend.

First time visit, won't be back. Ordered 2 Pepsi's, one salad and an 14 inch pizza. The server brought the sodas and two glasses with ice. The soda came in a can, which is fine except they were warm, the glasses had only about a quarter inch of ice, didn't even begin to cool down the soda before it was melted. Waited 30 minutes for the pizza. When the server came to the table he says "Sorry, we ran out of 14 inch so we made you a 9." Seriously? Are you joking? You had 30 minutes to tell us that info, but it never occurred to you to mention it? And the bill came to $39. On a positive note the salad was ok and the place looks really nice. We were really disappointed. The reviews were all exceptional. Never expected an experience like this. Hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I got the chicken parmesan and tiramisu. Honestly have never had such an amazing meal at an Italian restaurant. Portions were generous, and full of flavor, no bland sauces here. So happy to have come upon this absolute gem. I will be back soon.

Tried out Little Italy for the first time this evening. Great service! I had the house Cabernet which was delicious. Then the caesar salad which was very fresh tasting and the jambalaya pasta. The pasta had a nice sauce with vegetables, shrimp, and sausage. Great new restaurant addition to Watertown!
