We had 5 people, all had different food. Omelets, pancakes, Philly cheese stake, and Gyro. The food was ok but nothing to brag about. The portions were large and it was very affordable. The server was very nice and the place was very busy, it was 11:00 am.

Hearty servings! Even the children meals were plentiful. I can definitely tell this establishment has a great sense of community. Service was stellar! The manager gave my children fresh fruit while we waited for our food. Our waitress (Amber) was very attentive. Food served quickly and was flavorful! This is why I support small local businesses!

Used to love this place. But after tonight I will Not go back until things are back to normal. Fish fry was okay, But we had to keep asking for the rest of our order that came with the fish fry. Our soup was Luke warm. The service was terrible. They had an attitude when we asked for our items that were missing cause we interrupted there talking between themselves. We arrived a little before 230 unaware that they closed at 3. Came in for breakfast on a Sunday. Busy but got seated right away. As we sat down, we flipped mugs over for coffee. One of the two was very dirty. Then the waitress brought the coffee over in an Adidas waterbottle which was very dirty on the outside. We ordered food - two sandwiches and fries. You can get lunch or breakfast all day. When the food came, I reached for my fork and it was dirty with food on the backside. Second strike. As I am eating my sandwich and set it down to grab a fry, I see a hair on my fry. Food was clearly frozen and reheated as well. They were nice enough to take my meal off. Disgusting place. Do not recommend.

Ordered the clam chowder. Very little clams. The chicken bacon swiss sandwich was DRY!! Slaw looked quite grey. Didn't try it. Commented on the chicken on the way out. Was told it was 50/50 on the chicken being dry. Wow. Maybe should have stuck with a breakfast choice.

I love these family restaurants with large menus with lots of options. I was disappointed with my first visit to Omicron.

I started with a bowl of Chicken Dumpling soup. It was huge, full of dumplings, not bad, but not a lot of flavor.

I also had a corned beef sandwich on rye with fries. Again, not bad, but nothing special. The bread fell apart as I was eating, the fries were meh.

The iced tea was delicious.

I was really surprised by the service. It wasn't very busy, but we weren't checked on often, took a long time to get more water, to get a box, to get the bill.

I will give Omicron another try, hoping this was an outlier.

We both ordered breakfast. My husband had steak@ eggs. Steak was cooked well he couldn't cut it , potatoes were not cooked, raw received the wrong toast. I had an omelet, received raw potatoes also and also the wrong toast, when we said something they did not seem to care. I then went the bathroom and my husband said the owner and staff were making fun of me.

My go to diner when I’m up in the West Bend area. The owner and waitstaff are always super friendly and definitely recognize us as out of towners!!! This family restaurant is nothing short of amazing. The waitress that served me, Rhonda, was very friendly.
I was in there to eat around 2 pm, for the first time ever. The only time I ever get breakfast is when I can order it out. They are only open until 3 pm each day, but they serve breakfast until then. The minute I knew they still served breakfast, I was ready to order. I gave my order with the way, specified how I wanted it all cooked, but I was still looking at the rest of the menu. Rhonda asked if I wanted to look at the menu while I waited for my meal, and I did want to read it to see what else they had to offer and check the pricing on everything.
My meal didn't take much time at all, it was served just the way I asked for the eggs, steak, and potatoes to be cooked, everything was very hot, it tasted fresh and it tasted great, it all was very delicious. On top of it all, it was affordable and well worth the price I paid. There was more food than I would be able to eat. The steak was larger than I expected it to be, and I was given a large serving of hashbrowns. I ended up taking most of this home, and I ate it the next day for brunch again.
The tables, chairs, counter tops, floors, and windows were kept up and clean.
I have wanted to get into this restaurant to try their did some quiet time, and I'm so glad I had time to finally do it. I was extremely happy with my whole dining experience here and will definetly be back with friends and/or family.

The Omicron is a very nice family restaurant. Service is fast and accurate, food prices are reasonable, it's served quickly, and portions are generous. On previous visits, the food has been very good. Today, I was a little disappointed. Both the hashbrowns and bacon were overdone to my liking. They tasted good, just too "hard". Next time I'll ask for them to be "lighter". Yes, there will be a next time and I recommend the Omicron to family and friends.

The chicken in the gyro seemed dry but still good. An the hashbrowns seemed plain tried putting salt on, did nothing.
Otherwise the Denver omelet was pretty good, nicely diced peices of pepper, ham, eggs nice an fluffy.

The food was not great, French toast was very eggy and not flavored or cut down with anything, just egg.

Our server was very friendly and the best part of the experience.

The thing which was really bad and cause of us not returning is when we were there last both sinks in the bathroom had hot water out and one had cold water out due to the faucets being broken. Overall the chairs and tables and floors are kind of grimy and older but that’s the charm. However not calling in a plumber or fixing your faucets immediately is just ridiculous in terms of the overall environment of the restaurant. They had the time to tape put tape over the sinks and put hand sanitizer out but not enough time to call a plumber or go to Home Depot and install a new faucet.
