My wife and I were leaf peeping and we were driving down to 57 in sister Bay in door county which we came up to one star burgers and dogs .On the right side before sister Bay hotel and Scandinavian hotel before you hit route 42 stopped and got a standard burger which is a cheeseburger with lettuce onions mustard and ketchup cheese it was excellent as good as Culver's maybe better My wife ordered the plain hot dog with ketchup which is a quarter pound hot dog Vienna and comes with chips and chips with the hamburger and two drinks The food was excellent right around the corner from the 42 traffic jam it's a great place to get food good price and very nice customer service. And a very short Wait. We were very happy we stopped and we will stop again a hidden restaurant off of 42 and 57 stop there and you won't be sorry. Tell him Batman sent you

About 20 of us bikes rolled in approx 1:30 p.m., Sat Oct 4th, from Milw & Racine HOG Chapters. In an instant, the staff took all our orders and delivered fresh, tasty food, including the day's specials of blackened catfish and spicy pulled chicken! The catfish was moist & flavorful and the pulled chicken delightful. Everybody enjoyed their burgers, etc., as well. Service was solicitous and prompt. Location is just outside (<1 mile) of Sister Bay on Hwy 57 and terrific for avoiding the crowds.

Stopped off for a quick bite to eat. Very simple (which is what I prefer) menu and the food is delicious!!! The bugers are perfectly cooked and their sauce spicy. For an extra $3 my husband got mac n cheese with the burgers and it was super tasty and not dry. The employees are friendly and even offered my 13 year old beagle a cup of whipped cream. Thanks for the great service and extra attention to my dog (which as you can see was more than happy to enjoy the whipped cream!)

Once the Patio Drive In, this wonderful restaurant reminds me of the hometown goodness found in a farming community. Yet it is less than 5 minutes from Sister Bay. I had a delicious chicken salad sandwich. Lettuce was crisp, evenly toasted bread with a nice crunch and a dressing that was not too heavy, and mildly sweet. They celebrate Wisconsin by serving state crafted beers. Outdoor seating allows you to keep an eye on your beloved pooch. Mmmmm. Mmmmmm. Mmmmm. So good.

This is seriously the best thing we had to eat in Door County. It's definitely a hidden gem, off the main strip in Sister Bay. We visited during Labor Day weekend when everywhere else was packed, and this place wasn't busy at all.

The burgers were amazing. Fresh and loaded with toppings. Their's fountain drinks available, and beer and other alcohol available.

This will be a must stop in our next visit to Door County!

First time here and unfortunately probably my last. Friends and I ordered shakes, which turned out to be just soft serve ice cream swirled into a cup. Had a burger which was mediocre. A grilled cheese which was very burnt. And we also ordered the chili which we ate a few bites and threw the rest away. The staff were nice and friendly though!

Perfect place for a casual meal with kids- lots of outdoor picnic tables with umbrellas. Burgers were delicious! Served with bag of chips. Chicago dog also excellent. Kids were happy with grilled cheese and pb&j (crustable) and could wander around a bit without disturbing people. Soft serve was good . Only buzz is ice cream sandwich was rock hard and took 15 minutes to thaw but was delicious once thawed- so not good for an impatient child. Would definitely return - nice casual vibe. Also very close to 1211 winery where we headed to afterward.

The burgers were ok but the chili was horrible. It’s chili dog topping and definitely not meant to be sold as a bowl- was very disappointed to spend $8 on a bowl of spicy meat with nothing else in it. The point of sale system is also broken- they tried to charge us double on the ice cream sandwiches because when you choose a flavor it adds on another $5 per sandwich. Overall not worth the stop and was the worst place we have eaten at in Door County.

I used to come to this spot when I was a kid when it was the patio and was so sad when it closed! So glad to see this place pop up in its place with the same vibe. Great food and amazing service! Had the bacon cheeseburger, Yum Yum. Came with a bag of chips. Got a canned beer and some ice cream sandwiches and some soft serve. We will be back. Quick service, friendly Hannah working out front. Did part of our order at the cash register and part on the phone and both worked great. Tons of easy parking out front and picnic tables to eat at right outside or you can eat at the counter inside.

They advertise Chicago dogs, but they are not. Comes on a potato bun and not Vienna. Also you can not pick what goes on your hot dog. The lettuce for the burgers was wilted from sitting in a box. Burgers were very greasy. Over priced for what you get. No fries just chips. Prices are not posted. Won't go back.
