Small but highly regarded with pretty high traffic. Great food is available at counters and a very nice restaurant. This is not a smoke free establishment although I hear there is a smoke free room. The hotel is very nice. There is also a real cool looking bar/restaurant inside.

we tend to enjoy our stays here every time! Clean rooms, and most of the time we are able to get an upgrade, thankfully, with only a slight increase of price.. the overall look of the outside building seems outdated but what’s inside is what matters and it’s cleanly and usually friendly. Stayed two nights the room was never cleaned, tried to call the front desk multiple times to ask for it to be cleaned and get more coffee, the phone did not work and the front desk just hung up. The floor of the hotel room was dirty there was food on the floor upon our arrival and the bathroom sink did not drain well. Unaccompanied child in the whirlpool and swimming pool in street clothes. And did not win at the casino either to top it all off! Will not be returning.

Unfriendly > We came up from Connecticut to see the Green Bay Packers home opener and stayed at the Hilton 2 in Green Bay 810 Morris Ave those folks at the Hilton2 are the BEST and GREAT extremely friendly and make you feel like home. BUT the last night to make it easy to get to the airport we stayed at the " Unfriendly Oneida Casino Hotel " WI. Not one person smiled or came close to being kind and friendly like the people at the Hilton Green Bay I will never stay here again. this is an honest review

Unfortunately we were not even able to exit our vehicles to go inside when security met us in the parking lot letting us know we had to leave immediately. My husband and I and our adult son and his family arrived with 2 RVs. Both my husband and adult son are avid black jack players. Disappointed they could not even go play at a table for a few hours before our final stop at Norway Speedway (which by the way was much more fun, and definitely less expensive then a trip inside the casino). Moral of the story is that RVs are not allowed, not for the night and not for a few hours before our stopover to gamble. It is their loss, and we won’t stop again. We had even called ahead and spoke with security who said we could come but could not stay the night. Security in the lot said that was inaccurate info and he was “going to talk with her”. Rude and firm. We won’t be back.

Hotel was nice, but too spendy. No room service, and no free breakfast. If rates are listed at $143 per night, plan on spending $194 at checkout with no incidentals. Bring your own water bottles or you will pay $5, the sink is inside the bathroom so you cannot access water if someone is in there.

Cashier asked my husband if he can come back in 30 minutes.at 4:35am . Of course he did and she goes and cashes out her draw . So it's ridiculous to cash a sports book ticket even for a meazly 160.$ and this isn't the 1st time or second time. Wish someone from onieda would respond. It's shameful to me especially when we spend money and can't get cashed out as or like other casinos in our state or out of state.onieda We need to be much Better & hope you change the way customer service is quickly

Awesome first time experience. I played $20 and recieved a $10 bonus for free play. Lost it all and I played another $20 and was left with 2 cents!!! Hahaha I had a blast 100% recommend. Haven't had the opportunity to stay in a room. Only thing I can really comment on is that there isn't a great way to get to the connected casino. You have to walk through the conference center to get to the casino and vice-versa. This could be inconvenient to hotel guests that aren't there for a convention and convention attendees that don't want to deal with casino traffic.

Stayed for two days at the hotel. The casino was a lot of fun and it was very player friendly with cheap tables and the dealers were very friendly and fun. The summer deal was great with 80 dollars of free food and 50 dollars worth of free play. All the food we had was enjoyable and was even better due to the deal. The decor was super interesting to look at and added to the overall experience.

A few issues that I found was that there was some issues in our room. There was a yellow stain on our comforter which we just ignored because we were tired and it was on the bottom of the comforter but it still was noticeable. The hallways where we walked in had crumbs all over and weren't the most clean. The pool frustrated me a bit because there was surprising amount of children at the hotel and we waited until after 10 pm to go the pool when children were supposed to be out but they were there until close both nights I stayed. It is frustrating that there is a rule in place that wasn't enforced by staff.
The bartender at the casino was very nice but I expected a bit higher quality of a drink for the price. I paid 8 dollars for a Moscow mule that came in a plastic cup with a small lime slice and rail vodka that I could get anywhere for 4 bucks. Even local bars serve high quality drinks for cheaper.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we most likely will only be back if there is another deal similar to the one we had.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were unbelievably impressed at nearly every aspect of our stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom door needed some effort to close, but that hardly counts an issue. The room got cold and stayed cold, which was nice as it was so hot and humid during our visit. The pillows were super comfy and the bed was fantastic.

The hotel itself was great. The staff were mostly kind and helpful. The layout can get a little confusing, but it didn’t take long to figure out. The artwork and artifacts spread throughout the hotel and room were really fascinating to stop and look at, and I found myself looking at everything far closer and longer than I would anywhere else.

Played at the casino most nights. It was fun and lively most of the time. The noodle bar in the casino had a surprisingly good menu and plenty of good late night food options. All of the things we got there late night were delicious.

The coffee shop was really a great addition. Had something there each day and each time it was great.

Cedar and Sage, the restaurant, was one of the highlights of the trip for us. Had lunch there and sampled a ton of the different dishes. Everything was absolutely tremendous. The Three Sisters dip and Maple Sriracha duck wings were particular favorites of mine. The beer cheese and potato soup was one of the best I’ve ever had. The pesto was a fantastic addition. Everything we tried had a comfortable feel to it, but with a really great twist. Spotted Cow on draft didn’t hurt their case either. A truly great spot for a meal and one of the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant, especially attached to a hotel.

Overall a very very good experience here, and I would recommend it to anyone. I will absolutely be staying here again. The price, the options, the room, the food blew away my expectations. Cedar and Sage being one of the most notable meals in recent memory made the whole experience even more worth it.

Horrible hotel, understaffed and the facility is tired. The hotel double-charged my card "on accident" and then asked me to contact Expedia to see if Expedia could reverse their prepaid amount since the front desk staff "made a mistake". Guess what--5 days later and the hotel still hasn't corrected their mistake so I had to file a claim / dispute with my card company.

The room wasn't cleaned a single time our entire stay. The floors feel sticky.

Good luck finding ANYONE that works for the hotel; they are admittedly understaffed and "are trying to train new hires".

I would never stay at this hotel.

***Oh yeah, I've called five times and NOT A SINGLE HUMAN ANSWERS THE PHONE. I even left two voicemails and have yet to get a call back.

The front desk, per the manager, has “new employees”… so that was their excuse for running my credit card for the full amount of the stay AFTER the person at the front desk confirmed it was prepaid through Expedia.

I then came downstairs, pointed out the double charge (Expedia and my personal card that was for incidentals)… and they said they’d correct it. Four days later and they still messed it up, which is causing me to file a claim with my card company since no one at the hotel answers the phone.

The hotel is tired, staff is non-existent when you need anything… I would choose any hotel but this one.

Our problems began immediately, there was no bell boy to help with our bags, there were no wash clothes, both the bathroom and bedroom floors were NOT clean (there was popcorn under the side of the bed). We called the front desk for the wash clothes but they were never delivered. There was a notification for eat-in room service, but there wasn't any such service. But there was no other information in the room, like pool hours & location, available ice and/or vending machines, etc. Also there were numerous unattended young children in both the pool and the hot tub. I did like that each is individually temperature controlled.

Just an awful poker room! I’m an out of town visitor just looking to play a little poker and I’m now sitting here waiting for over an hour still stuck down on their waiting list. They’re only running 3 out of 8 tables and they could easily be running 5 or more tables right now. I’m going to leave soon probably never getting a chance to play even one hand.
