This might have been the best customer service ive ever had i ordered through door dash and i ask for no cilantro but i ordered guac on my burrito they put a note in my food letting me know theres cilantro in it and put the quac on the side ive never ordered from somewhere and have felt like leaving a review well done!!

This place is not a Guac N Roll - it's Guac N NO. Ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla. The chicken tasted like pre-cooked pre-packaged Tyson chicken breast you heat in the microwave. There's absolutely no flavor. I've had better Mexican at gas stations. It does seem like the owner is more focused on disagreeing with the feedback she's receiving than actually using it to improve the quality. Can't wait to see the response....

Save yourselves the disappointment and go elsewhere.

First time there. A regular chicken bowl with one scoop of guacamole for $17.46!!!
That's ridiculous!
The employee acted like I was bothering him to do his job just by ordering food. Not personable at all. Literally got 1/4 scoop of beans. 1/2 ladle of salsa.
Definitely not worth $17.46!!!!

Portions are smaller to okay and we felt rushed when ordering... decided to take our meal with us instead of staying there.

This place is like Chipotle but wayyy cooler. It has Spanish rice option which is an upgrade in my book! Sal the owner is an absolute gem in the community and runs Guac like no other!

I ignored other reviews here and then got cold food too. I have been to their first location a couple of times and really liked it, but the steam table in Osceola must be broken. I got a rice bowl, immediately tucked into it... and the rice was room temp at best. Sure, sometimes adding cold toppings like salsa will cool the whole dish down, but this wasn't that. Room temp rice can be very dangerous, as it's a major breeding ground for things that can make you sick. I was so excited and then so disappointed. The staff was very enthusiastic and helpful, but maybe they aren't using thermometers?

Not bad! They forgot the guacamole, extra meat seemed unaccounted for, one of the types of beans was a little undercooked. Will be giving it a second try for the guac 😂🤙

Stopped in for our first time for a lunch date, had 2 burritos, one steak one chicken both really bland tasting. No seasoning on anything. I could only tast the cilantro on the rice. I even took my burrito apart to look more more seasoning. Couldn't. Super disappointed. Will not come back. Poco loco is 1000 time better.

Order 2 bowls from doordash, food came quick and Luke warm. But like in some other comments cause I had to check, very very bland chicken and steak bowl. No seasoning on it whatsoever, almost seems like out of can. Mabye we'll try it one more time to confirm.

Great food. Loaded up my burrito and was fantastic. If you haven’t tried the carnitas or barbacoa TRY IT! Some of the reviews said they had bland food but the kid in front of me ordered a bowl with just rice and meat so I’d imagine people don’t know how these type of restaurants work yet. Load it up with veggies!

I was very excited that they opened close to where I lived. Always was a must go place when going to the new Richmond site, but this isn’t the same. The food was good but the service wasn’t great, the portions were very small (unlike the other stores) and it was just kinda disappointing. But like I said the food was still pretty good.

If you're looking for bland FLAVORLESS food, you found the Holy Grail !!! I got a bowl steak, no seasonig corn,beans, luk warm out a can.The rice bland just no seaoning on anything. I'll stick to poco loco in Saint Croix Falls way better food all around. I seen there are other reviews that say the same and the owner responds dismissive of what they say. The owner is delusional if they think the food is good. If it was the parking lot wouldn't be empty. This place will be closed in a few months that's just the truth.

Was excited to see this type of restaurant open in town, but food was not good. Meat quality was terrible and everything lacked flavor. We got a steak bowl and a barbacoa bowl and we couldn’t even finish them as they weren’t good. So sad as we’d love to have a healthy quick-serve option nearby, but we won’t be back.
