Just ate here for the first time. My wife has been here multiple times and raved about it. We arrived at 5:50 and at 6:45 we asked about our order as we still were waiting for our food.

The guy who was serving us told us he would see how long the order had been in as I mentioned we had been there almost an hour. He then told us after checking it had been 33 minutes.

His answer was they were busy and it is what it is. We waited another ~10 minutes and then our food was brought out.

The food itself was good. He never came back to ask how it was.

Service could have been way better. I understand being busy and all that but at least act like you care that the customer is upset about the wait.

It is what it is I guess. 🤷

Although they don't have it on their menu they do have a gluten free bun. I had baked cod with fries. If you tell them it needs to be gf they will make the fries in an air fryer. The food was good I had no issues after eating there.

Made a trek to Beaver Dam to take the girls thrifting. Lunch was in order and hamburgers were the request. A quick Google search and Our House 2 was nearby. We were greeted by a very pleasant gal who turned out to be the owner. She was lively and upbeat. We all ordered burgers with a mismatch of sides. I also ordered a bloody mary which was perfect. The burgers were huge, fresh, and what you would expect at a Sunday cookout. The building was not modern but was well kept up and clean. The experience was great, and it was evident that Our House 2 aims to please. Definitely will stop again.

This was our first time here. We were pleasantly surprised on how good their breakfast was. Everything was fresh and seemed to be homemade even the sausage which was wonderful. We could actually see from our table the sausage being freshly made. We will be back soon. We have been back several times since making this post and everytime food has been excellent. We love the hoe smoked flavors of the sausages.

Our House 2 is our go-to for our Sunday morning brunch date (me n hubs). Typically greeted by Ian at the bar who is always friendly. My husband has specific restrictions and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate him every single time and always make sure he is happy. The food is all made from scratch, even the pork sausage patties and links. Thier bacon is the BEST btw! The menu and portions are equally large. Bring your appetite! This is hands down our fav place in town! $$-$$$

First time in , delivering next door at Kraft. I ordered a breakfast and orange juice to go , the server not sure on name was a skinny blond older lady . She had NO personality, was rude , was not welcoming at all .. I was born and grew up in Wisconsin and was takin back by her attitude. Maybe she is nice after you get to know her I don’t know but my first impression was very pore… I will say I love the place very nice very comfortable and the food was excellent. Very good. We were annual hunting season customers when they were in Calico Rock, Arkansas and man how we miss the food they prepared. Just awesome people making awesome food. Never were we under feed because your plate was loaded with whatever you ordered. Never did I ever hear anyone in our party complain about the food. If anything, the experience was always the talk to and from deer camp. We always bought their homemade hot sausage patties, (When not sold out) and took back home. Oh, if we had only begged for that HOT sausage recipe. That would of took some of the sting out of not eating their great food again.

We came in for lunch and there was only 1 other person waiting for a to go order. We waited for an hour to get our food and that’s not a huge deal if the food was good.. it wasn’t! The coleslaw tasted like water and onions, and the fries were not great either. After letting our waitress know that I didn’t like it she did offer to fix it by getting me something else to which I declined- I didn’t want to wait another hour for more food. But she then took a soda off our bill. Then I heard her talking about me in the kitchen to the cook! I felt super uncomfortable with the attitude and just wanted to leave! We will never come back here!!

We had fish and smoked wings tonight and I am SO happy we tried this place out! As a good chef myself it is often times hard to find places worth spending our money on, but not this place. Our group says to try the smoked chicken and the burgers. Great smoke on the half chicken and the burgers are fresh made to order with the toppings of your choice. I had with the house made pickles. My son and I visited Our House 2 for the first time today for breakfast and it was delicious! Fresh ingredients, good presentation, and large portions. Their pancakes are huge! Went there for the first time since it was the char-haus. It has a very homely feel now, not trying to be fancy, just welcoming.

Anyway, I had the half smoked chicken. It was amazing. Like, I'm going to tell all my friends and coworkers to go here specifically for the smoked chicken, amazing. Had great color on the skin, and a strong but not overpowering smoke flavor, and surprisingly juicy for a smoked chicken leg. I let my kids try the leftovers and had to wrestle them away or they'd have been gone. My wife's chicken strips were cooked well as well, again surprisingly juicy for breaded chicken strips. And our food came out so hot we had to wait a while before we could dig in.

Our little family recently moved to Beaver Dam, and tried this place for Sunday breakfast. Staff seemed nice, and welcoming right away. We specifically went early to beat the crowd, we have 2 kids under the age of 3, and knew they wouldn't sit long. There was very few people when we got there, the waitress took our order.. and almost an hour later brought our kids their breakfast. 10min later, they brought ours. Our food was cold, the hashbrowns and bacon were charred into a rock.. and not edible. The food was disgusting, no one at our table could finish their meal. We couldn't find our waitress to complain, and our kids were angry, hungry and done.. so we paid and left. Do not recommend.

Four people in the restaurant including us when we came in we waited over an hour for our food two people came in 20 minutes after us got their food before us our kids received their food 15 minutes before us then our food came and it was terrible my biscuit was hard as a rock I couldn't even chew it tasted burnt the hash browns tasted burnt but had a great slime texture to it ordered over easy eggs they came medium hard halfway through my food I had the sudden urge to throw up at that point it was time to go how this place has four or five stars is beyond me my 42 years of life this is the worst dining experience I have ever had my 14 month old son dropped one of his toys on the floor the waitress picked it up and told us normally she just throws it out after she looked at us puzzled for 30 seconds trying to figure out what she should do with it I wouldn't eat there ever again even if they offered free food

Lunch Review - One of the best burgers I've had at a restaurant. The burger was seasoned and was cooked till just a touch of pink was left. Made for a very juicy and flavorful burger.

I probably would have gotten American if I knew the cheddar option was shredded, but it did not take away from the flavor. Onion looked like it was cooked for a minute, which helped unlock some of that sweetness.

Fries were crisp and went well with some ketchup.

The food was great, the service was great, and the price was great! We have small children and the staff were great and talked with the kids and made sure the baby was set up with cheerios. We will definitely be going back to Our House 2.
