What happened to Outback? Last night wasy first time going in about 10 years and my girlfriends first time ever. First the restaurant was clean as it should be it is a fairly newer building. The host was nice and prompt and our waiter Larenzo was on point and personable. The other two servers that assisted were straight out of the Walking Dead and I don't mean reoccurring characters. The mozzarella boomerangs out of all thing was the saving grace of the whole food experience. When you spend $30 for a sirloin steak and shrimp you expect the shrimp to be of a respectable size as they use to be but not this time for any of us. The sirloin steak was meh and the baked potato was one of those items that you really can't mess up. Overall we ate our food but that was it and then we spent the rest of the night feeling uncomfortable and not well. My friend commented that the food reminded him of Applebee's and he nailed it on the head however our meal would have been significantly less. Needless to say we won't be going back and it takes a lot for me to leave non favorable reviews but it is what it is.

I do not recommend getting Caesar salad. Our salad was gross! The lettuce was wilted and brown. Hardly any dressing and the dressing didn't even taste like Caesar. It was very watered down. I couldn't even eat my salad. Our waiter never offered any other salad or side. He just quickly took away the salads. Then came our appetizer which was the most delicious entree. We ordered the triple cheese spinach dip. We should have just ordered that and left but we didn't. For dinner, I had ribeye steak and a fully dressed baked potato. My steak wasn't anything to rave about and my potato had the smallest amount of fixings inside. I do not recommend this plate. My spouse had a steak and Alices Chicken combo. The chicken entree was delicious but it was even smaller than his 8-ounce steak. His portion of chicken looked like it belonged on a child's plate. Especially for the cost of that combo, it was ridiculously small and overpriced!! Our waiter was nice but clueless. At the end of our dinner, he offered a deal to spend $10 each for a meal to take home. Honestly, the food was not that great and there was no way I was going to spend more money on food that tasted mediocre.

I just wanted to review the new chimichurri filet.
I found the steak overcooked but not bad. That sauce though is WAY too overpowering. I only even had about a quarter of it on the meat and it was still way too much. My wife tried it too - she absolutely loves garlic but even she said it was way too much - and she had barely enough to taste it. Try something else, this doesn't work.

We've been here a few times, each just being ok. We hadn't been in a while and this last visit was a reminder why we don't come here. Entered the wait list online ahead of time, checked in and still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. No one cleared our table so empty salad bowls, bread tray, and soda cups were all piling up. Our waitress checked on us one time. She did ask if we were good but God forbid if we wouldn't have been able to answer immediately that we needed a drink refill, she definitely would've walked away quickly. Like girl, use your eyeballs and assess our table, the drink cup is clearly empty. Food was just ok as usual. And I was freezing the entire time. Felt like our table was getting blasted in AC. Not anything that would make me absolutely never come back but there's better steakhouses out there.

received a gift card for my birthday. So we went. It reminded us why we do not like chain restaurants. We try to pick Mom n Pop places because they care how the food tastes.
Our meal was inedible.
Bill ordered the Tasmanian chili. Sadly, it was temperature wise warm at most the flavor had a little bit but would it not having the right temperature it's not enjoyable to eat.
He also ordered a hamburger just a normal hamburger. He said it tastes like it just came out of the microwave. He ate about a quarter of it. Depressing. Especially since he has to limit how much beef he can eat and this was it.
I ordered the Alice springs Chicken. It was the lunch option but man it was small. My side was a baked potato. It was more like a salt lick than a baked potato. Not just the skin was salty but the entire potato. I had one bite, I was done. The chicken very depressing. the bacon on the top was not cooked. I had a bite and was done. Never left a restaurant hungry before but here we go leaving this one. The waitress was a very good waitress. It wasn't her fault that the food was horrible. We did tip her well..based on service nit the quality of food. The lighting is horrible. This spotlight felt like it was blinding. Needless to say we will never go back again. She did take my meal off the bill which helped since I had two bites at most. So I guess we're off to go find some food for lunch.

We've tried Outback in Greenfield a few times - the servers have always been great; food was disappointing sometimes. Today, we went in early afternoon - place was pretty much empty except for maybe 5 or 6 full booths. We placed our orders. Food came quickly except we had to ask for the complimentary bread that is usually brought to the table. The family behind us had 2 adults and 4 young children and they got 4 breads!!!! They did not even have to ask. My potato only came with sour cream on it and I had requested fully loaded so they brought me separate small containers to add the amount I wanted to it. Food wasn't too bad but we won't be back. Gave them enough tries; not impressed. Will try Coopers Hawk that just opened up.

We went early Sunday around 3, and there was plenty of seating. There is ample parking around the building. There are televisions at the bar that are viewable from most tables. The server was so nice and checked on us often. We ordered the blooming shrimp entree, and it was crispy but salty.

We had a reservation at 1pm for 18. We were 5 minutes early and informed the host that we had two more joining us. The restaurant was a quiet, only a few tables occupied. It took them an additional 30 minutes to seat us. The wait staff was efficient and courteous. We had 4 children in our group. We ordered their meals right away and they came out quickly. Tried the blooming onion appetizer and they have that down to a science. It was great. One guest had the salad and it was too overdressed to the pint the lettuce was wilted. Another ordered the bone in ribeye, cooked correctly to medium rare, and was very satisfied with flavor. I ordered the sirloin and Angie chicken dinner. Both were dry, I ordered the steak medium rare which it was close. However the whole
Piece was dried out (likely cooked, sat, and then seared to warm again) leaving an unpleasant taste to the meat.

Very bad experience! Steaks were ridiculously hard and extremely spicy "hot sauce" type of spicy, not steak seasoning for sure. Manager did nothing to solve the issue other than take the steaks away to redo them while leaving the potatoes on the plates on the table to get cold. Server showed more concern about the issue than the manager did, this happened on Saturday April 19 in Greenfield WI. We will never go back to that place.

This was the first time I had been to this location. Service was prompt and friendly. The management team was on the floor and talked to customers regularly. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant. How the mistake is handled by the staff is what separates an average restaurant from an outstanding one. That was our experience at Outback Steakhouse last night. This restaurant is outstanding! When our order arrived, it was apparent that one of the plates was wrong. This was brought to the attention of Brenda (who I believe is the manager). She apologized profusely and insisted on making it right. She also said that we would not be charged for their mistake! So, the order was replaced. She also offered us a dessert of our choice on the house! How absolutely refreshing it is when a restaurant, or any business, puts the customer’s needs, experience and satisfaction first. Needless to say, we will relate this experience to many people and we will be returning to this Outback Steakhouse again.

This place had the bartender running the bar and the dinning room. We had to wait until our potato was gone for the extra brown suger finally got us that requested. I was half way done with my steak before before my glass of water got to me, I had nothing to drink until then. You ask for something three times you finally receive it.

A couple of the orders at our table were incorrect, cooked wrong and/or disliked. We all had separate checks. I left a cash tip on the table. I was then charged on my cc someone else's more expensive bill at my table, plus some sort of *table charge, or service charge, I can't remember what it was, but it was an additional mandatory tip fee (3 ppl were at our table) anyways, didn't realize it until I got in my car. I went back in and the manager fixed it, except for the extra tip that was left.
My food however was very good.

My wife and I stopped in 10 days ago and had a mixed bag of feelings about our experience.
I feel there was alot of good things but some issues that I do understand will be corrected.
I thought most items were great, however, our steak was not.
I reached out to the very concerned manager who is new there but is in the process of changing things .
She sent us some gift cards and invited us in which shows me her sincerity.

We stopped for dinner at this location on a snowy day. The restaurant was pretty empty although after we got there, a few more people came in. We decided to eat at the bar. We sat there for a little while, while the three people behind the bar talked, laughed, and looked at their phones. After a few minutes one of them finally decided we were worth some attention. We each ordered a drink and then ordered dinner. My husband had a fillet, which was OK, the flavor was good, but it wasn’t quite as tender as he has been used to at other restaurants, but nothing to complain about. I ordered a New York strip, and while the flavor was very good, it was done as I had requested, it was tough and full of gristle. Very disappointing. I ended up taking a big chunk home and eventually threw it out. When we got the bill, we noted that my husband‘s drink, a rail whiskey, single shot, with soda, was $11. We questioned that since it was quite high for that type of drink, and the bartender just kind of blew it off and said “well it’s probably a double,” then looked at the receipt and said “no it would have an X if it was a double. I guess you probably know now that it’s not the best place to have a drink.” So his two single shot rail whiskey drinks were a total of $22. My old fashioned was $8.99 which is consistent with other places depending on where you are. Overall, for our almost $100 dinner, very disappointing. I guess you really do need to go to a real steakhouse when you want steak. Would I recommend? Yes, just be careful what you drink and what you eat.

Was looking forward to a nice Christmas Eve dinner for our first time trying Outback Steakhouse. The manager did great us as we were being seated and said she would later stop by our table to make sure we had a good visit - I wish she had. Our waitress did take our order right away, but that is where the good service ended. She never came and refilled our drinks until we asked. I think she forgot to put in our order because we waited almost an hour for our food and even though she could hear us commenting on how long our food was taking, never returned to our table to check in with us about why it was taking so long. At 7pm, the restaurant was no longer super busy and no need for our food to take so long. Strangely my sides came out right away, but my main course wa 50 minutes later. My husband ordered the steak salad which had about 2 ounces of steak on it (3 tiny pieces) very little blue cheese and about 3 pecan pieces. Our waitress never checked in with us on how the food was. I was looking forward to being very generous with our tip for Christmas, but just couldn't based on the service. Food was sub par and would definitely will not be returning to Outback.

Excellent service we had about 22 on a Sunday and we were not rushed and the food came out in a timely manner and the owner even came over! It was my dads 73 and it was great! Loved the Margarita flights!!!

GrubHub delivery was cold and gross. I live less than a mile away and expected hot, fresh food. The "full rack" was half the size of other restaurants. Never again!

Always a great time when we visit. Service is always on point, food came out perfect. Even being super busy on a Saturday night our server came and addressed us, let us know it would be a minute til he’d be with us, came back shortly after and took care of us. Food runners came back with missing dressing right away. We have food allergies and they were very friendly about accommodating us, communicating that to the kitchen and we didn’t have any issues. We love visiting this location.

EDIT TO MY REVIEW.:
We went yet again this time for an anniversary Dinner on October 13th 2024 and although ( micky doesn't work there anymore)
The new Manager BRADY made us feel welcome.
Our waitress Gigi was just cute as a button and very attentive.
The food awesome as we expected, when it came time to pay we had our gift cards (Micky) gave us..but they expired, who knew after 6 mobths they expired..Brady accepted them with no problems..one little mistake on the amount of dinner but not a problem again BRADY fixed it.
I will be going back this spring and will likely go to the out back again

At first it was great, and then it went downhill. I'm not gonna go into details because Mickey Petricevic (The manager) saw my email I posted on Outbacks web site,
He called me personally apologized. He Thanked me for bring it to his attention and made it right he. Turned around and made it all right. I will definitely go back and hopefully have a better experience than I did. Thank you, Mickey for everything that you did. I hope this gets up to the head honchos because, You definitely went above and beyond your duty and made it right? I'm grateful and maybe we can come back the next birthday and celebrate.
As I only get there once a year.

Chili was cold, breaded mushrooms were burnt, shrimp and scallops were over seasoned with something very spicy, steak though was perfect. Had to keep looking for the waitress. Was not overly busy.

No Beer because tappers broke down. You would think they would call someone In to get it fixed.....
I haven been to Outback in years and must say I won't be back.
Food was way over priced for what you get and $7 bottles of beer? ??
Service was good though even though short handed.
Food rating was a 3 out of 10.
