Absolutely appalling cleanliness, floors were sticky and smeared with dried mop tracks, same for my table. The condiment holder had foreign matter stuck to it with the same dried sticky tracks. I was then presented with chips and salsa; the salsa had begun to ferment. Those tiny fizzy bubbles tomato sauce gives off once it goes. I noticed this after taking a bite of the fizzy sourness that fermentation gives. I ordered a burrito, pastor. When it arrived it was wrapped in a green tortilla, stale and cracking as I put my knife and fork to it. Once I cut it open a watery refried bean mixture oozed out the color of diaper leavings. Taste, bland with a hint of tin can. And an odd texture which I found to be chunks of canned pineapple. I dug through it looking for the meat, hopless. Bean and pineapple burrito, I assume they ladled the pastor marinade over a scoop of beans and sent it out. Horrible. Not a soul returned to check on me so I made my way to the front counter where 6 staff members were chatting and lost in their phones. I was supplied the bill and tried to voice my issues, one team member seemed to understand enough to fetch someone else with a bit more language. He said that's what I ordered, it wasn't, at least by the description presented in the menu. I stated that it was not what I ordered and if it happened to be how they served what I ordered it was disgusting. He was having none of that and was adamant that it's what I ordered and was good. I began to look a little terse to which he then flailed his arms about and told me to leave. I didn't hesitate to make haste and exit. Unfortunately 6 miles down the road I had to pull over and was reintroduce to the couple of bites I had foolishly ingested. 1 star is far too favorable but in order to post I was forced to select it. Revolting.

Server ignored special requests (he acknowledged them, so he heard us) and didn't check in often, needed to flag him down after 10 minutes with an empty water glass on the side of the table. Probably won't return, but the food seemed to be decent quality. Would recommend to someone ok with spice and looking for authentic Mexican food. Funny claw game and keychain dispenser things inside (see photo) but the good ones were out of service. Nice atmosphere otherwise. Quite expensive ($150 for 4 with 2 drinks).

The Burrito Mexicano at Pacifico was loaded with tender carnitas pork, grilled peppers, onions, and tomato. Topped with creamy avocado salsa and cheese sauce. Paired with fluffy rice and rich black beans, it hit the spot. I had the spicy Bloody Mary with a chili lime rim, one of the best in Wisconsin. My wife loved the Bahama Mama, super smooth and tropical. Great food, drinks, and vibe!

This is a fantastic Mexican restaurant with great food and excellent margaritas. The service is top notch as well. The menu is huge with everything from authentic Mexican food to Tex Mex and American.

Their location is another reason to visit. They are right on the river and have one of the best outdoor patios in Sheboygan. Sipping a Jalisco margarita (made with cucumber and jalapeno) with your meal out on their patio is one of the finest al fresco experiences you can have.

A local friend took us here because another Mexican place was closed on Wednesdays and we were glad he did. We were served very quickly, and the food was hot and tasty. As soon as I entered the building the aroma and good food filled the air. The shrimp toca and cheese quesadilla was a tasteful snack on a Friday evening. The highlight of the night was when the server or kitchen dude had 6 or 7 plates resting on the length of his arm span. Super impressive I'm still talking about. Moved to Sheboygan from Madison recently and was excited to try this place that’s right on the banks of the Sheboygan River. The view was beautiful, but wow, the food was absolutely amazing… generous portions, delicious guacamole, very affordable, just an overall absolutely amazing experience. Service was wonderful too and incredibly fast : ) and our dessert, the flan custard (not to be missed, I will be ordering that every time I go in there) topped off a perfect meal. Highly, highly recommend and I’m excited to go back again ASAP!

They close 15 mins early and when you go to pickup an order they lock the doors so you can’t retrieve it. This has happened twice where I ordered at least 30 mins before close to get dinner and I saw my order sitting on the counter but everything was locked. Me knocking they acted like they couldn’t see or hear me from the entry way. Until they finally decided to entertain me and realized that was my food. Second time wasn’t even for me but for DoorDash!! They did the same thing 15 mins before closing so I had to tell the guy I tried calling and knocking but your food is SOL. And he had to somehow cancel and get his money back. Really ridiculous.

March 2025.. not sure what happen to the ceviche but there is a dramatic difference from last month. Thus time the avocado was completely mixed in instead of slices place on top. WAY TOO MUCH AVOCADO!!!! not enough lime or juice. The shrimp was cut very poorly and was chunky and not fully cut up. It was just OK and definitely not as good as pervious visits please go back to the old way!!! See my attached photos to see the difference!!!!

It was our first time at Pacifico. I got the raspberry margarita on the rocks. It was delicious. I love that it did not taste like rail tequila. The salsa had great flavor. I got the chicken chimichanga which had great flavor, the meat was not dry and I love how it came with guacamole. My fiancé got the Birria tacos which had a lot of flavor and was packed with meat. Overall the food was great but our service was not so good as I had to track down the server to get our check because she didn’t even check on us after we got the food.

I asked to sit outside. They said no. “It’s closed today”. 15 minutes later they escort another family right to a table outside. That family decided it was too cold out (75 degrees) and went inside. We asked to be reseated outside and were told once again it was closed.

Food was fine. Not bad not good. Just fine. Our waitress was nice at least.

Probably one of our worst meals ever. There were 7 of us including two kids. Took forever to get even water. On salad - asked for "no onions" and got onions. Told the server and he just shrugged shoulders. On hamburger asked for "no cheese" got cheese. Chicken tenders for one kid - they didn't even look like chicken and didn't match (one was yellow and other brown.) Hardly no meat on taco, grandson didn't even eat. Empanadas were awful - didn't finish. One had shredded chicken inside and other had a huge chunk. No edible food. Charged us for chips - one was free but didn't ask if we wanted three bowls. Didn't even eat - chips hard as a rock.

I would highly recommend staying away from this place. Very disapppointing.

Decided to give this place a try, based off of others reviews. The empty parking lot should have been a sign for us to keep driving. The huge restaurant was empty. We went here on Valentine's Day. The place wasn't busy at all, which should have been the first clue we should have avoided it.

I ordered the Enchiladas Supreme. It was 1 bean, 1 cheese, 1 chicken, & 1 beef enchilada. I'm sorry to say they were absolutely flavorless and borderline repulsive. The bean burrito tasted like the beans came straight out of a can. There was nothing flavorful about this at all. I've even had better beans out of a can.

The cheese enchilada was made from some gross Velveeta type cheese that stuck inside my mouth and was nasty and made me feel sick. This was nothing like any cheese enchilada I've had at any other Mexican restaurant or in Mexico. Also completely flavorless.

The chicken enchilada was the only one that was somewhat palatable but very very bland.

The beef enchilada, I don't even know what to say. I don't know what they used to flavor the beef because this was not a Mexican flavor like any I've had before, there was no flavor at all. This was not even Tex-Mex, it was so bland I don't have words for it. I would have preferred Taco Bell meat at this point.

When it came time for the check, they dropped off the check and we pulled out our wallet to pay and ask the waiter if we paid here at the table or if there was a register to pay at and he said here at the table and walked away. He saw us pull out our wallet to pay so we assumed he'd be right back but it was 15 minutes before he came back. I was about ready to just leave at that point and find someone else to pay with because I was so sick of sitting there. They weren't busy and there was almost nobody else in the restaurant.

I didn't finish more than half of my food and this is the first time that I can remember not even bringing my leftovers home. When he came to clear away the table, he didn't even ask me if I wanted a box. I wonder if it's that common that people don't bring the leftovers home? I can't imagine anybody would want to bring these leftovers back home with them. Overall I am so grossed out by this place and will never return. It's not even Tex-Mex food, it's just disgusting.
