The restaurant itself is very nice, both inside and outside. Customer service was good at first, but I ended up feeling a little uncomfortable after some confusion at the drive-thru. It left me feeling awkward and not treated with patience. Unfortunately, when I received my teriyaki chicken, it seemed overcooked or even burnt, which made me wonder if it was because I came through about 10 minutes before closing and a new batch had to be made. I appreciate the overall service, but I think there’s room for improvement in customer interactions and food quality, especially near closing time.

Panda has good food, but their sizes are ridiculous. Thought I was on primary school with their $11+ small, divided 3 section to go container. Once you get home, you realize that the food has settled some and realize you're over paying for their smaller to go containers. After adding my other 3 choices, it came to over $13+. It's good, but $13 does not justify the portioning. It's not a steak sandwich.

Once got 3 scoops of rice and no meat. Always forget something. If you get it delivered you won't get your money back cuz of third party stuff. Rice is usually dry and stale. This was the first time my husband had eaten Panda Express. We usually get Hy-Vee Oriental food, but they were out of his favorite: Orange Chicken. I mentioned that I was looking forward to Oriental food so he suggested Panda Express since it is very close to the Hy-Vee we have here in town.

Like I said, this was his first experience eating Panda Express. I went in and carried out because the drive-up was Packed!

Went in, got him a plate of Orange Chicken and friend rice with 2 chicken "egg" rolls. I got a plate of Beef Broccoli and fried rice with Rangoon. He was pleased with his food. He even said, "Boy, they got Hy-Vee beat." He hardly ever says anything like that about any food!

Panda Express, consider that high praise because he is a very picky eater!!

Ordered 2 plates at the Drive Thru tonight, by the time I got home the place was closed. I called to inform the manager that my order was wrong (I ordered Fried Rice) and that even though I didn't order Chow Mein that I was going to attempt to eat it, However the Chow Mein was completely dry. I call the location and speak to the manager Evelyn and proceeded to get the worst customer service experience that I've had. She starts by blaming me for ordering the wrong thing (never have I ever ordered Chow Mein) and that since it was my mistake all she can do is offer a buy one get one free coupon. After spending $24 and not being able to eat at all I asked for a refund to which she refused and said to call her supervisor before abruptly hanging up in my face.

I visited the drive thru and the service was fast and friendly but when I got home I realized I was missing part of my order I called and the person who answered the phone was the one who waited on me she said yes you drove away before I could give you the rest of your order even though she said everything was in the bag but if I came back I could get a medium orange chicken I live 40 minutes away so she said next time I come in I would have a credit for a small orange chicken how is that fair. The take out was the worst ever the egg roll I got was burnt and the noodles had so much of the white stuff (I think it is bok choy) in it I couldn't find the noodles not sure when I will go back if ever.

I placed an on-line order and was given the wrong entrée, I contacted the store and they gave me.a code, I tried using the code and it would not work, I spoke with the store manager and they would not honor the code telling me it expired after 30 days and it had only been 15 days, she then told me I needed the receipt and they would give me credit which was what the code was for the first time. I was not told I needed to keep the receipt and now I'm out the 30 dollars I spent. Thank you Panda Express.

Tonight I went through the drive thru and waited for 30 minutes on a 7 minute kid’s orange chicken meal. When I finally walked in to pick it up myself not a single employee greeted me. The staff here is dysfunctional. I ordered food tonight (11/3) for carryout. One of the menu items was out and I was told 3 or 4 minutes for it to be replenished. I was fine with that. In the mean time one of the other items I ordered was running low and instead of giving the last portion to me, they gave it to someone else in the drive thru. Then I had to wait another 8 minutes for that second item to come off the grill. Did I mention that the employee rushed me to the checkout to pay at the time I ordered, so I was essentially trapped there waiting for my food. (Instead of being able to just say screw it and leave). The staff here is totally dysfunctional, and just not thoughtful. Also the manager is no where to be seen. I see from their signs outside that the manager jobs pay around 100k. All I can say is wow-- what a waste of money!
It is also worth mentioning that I have eaten at MANY other Panda locations. It's safe to say that I will visit those locations before coming back to the Eau Claire location.

I’m only giving three stars because the staff and service is usually good. They constantly seem to be “all out” of certain item’s frequently. Especially any kind of veggie dishes. I assume they just don’t prepare enough ahead of time. I used to work for Panda Express and Leeann chin years ago, and we were never out of anything. If we were out we would make more. No problem. Rarely would a truck order be late or not in stock.

The cooks here seem to be either lazy or not on top of the ordering situation.
I’ve been told probably ten times in 6 months that they are out of a dish, seems excessive.
It also seems there is no one in charge, a lot of 20 something’s working, but no boss or manager

Panda express has always been one of my favorites. I've been to panda expresses all over the country. Always got served fair healthy portions. The chowmein was always flavorful and greasy..ya know the things that kept me going back. And then there's panda express on London road in eau Claire.. The absolute worst.. the prices are high, the portions are chintzy the noodles are dry.(if they even have them.) This is not based off one visit like I said Panda Express has always been one of my favorites so I keep giving it chance after chance. The other night I waited in the Drive-Thru line six people in front of me finally got to the speaker just to be told they were out of noodles.. still after that another chance.. got it tonight and just terrible dry noodles.. I didn't even get full. They forgot my sweet and sour.. I've brought panda express from Hudson that was better than eau claire after the drive home..I give up..
