I ordered a bigger plate and bowl through the drive thru and was told the orange chicken and sweet fire chicken would be a 5 to 10 minute wait. Okay that’s fine. We get told to pull around the building and wait for our order to come out. After 30 minutes of waiting my boyfriend goes into the store with our receipt and then was given a completely wrong order. I then decide to go in and when i bring up the problem to the lady at the front i get question if i was with the guy from earlier, if you knew that why still mess the order up? At the same time of telling the young lady about the issue, i get laughed at in my face. We very much love panda but please do better on the people you hire.

I think I can only go to the Panda Express in Racine and Racine only. They are always good at giving you the right amount of food you pay for, I can't say that for the other ones I have been too. We have been coming here since moving to oak creek about 5 years ago, never an issue, until today. We ordered a family meal that comes with two sides, got home from a very busy day and were shorted the lo mein. Spoke to a woman on the phone and she told me to come thru the drive thru to get my side. I went out of my way to go back and was asked for a reciept. I didn't have it because she didn't tell me I needed it. She agreed to prepare the side and I was confronted by a manager that needed to "get the story straight." After I told him about the missing side, I told him I felt like I was being accused of lying to get a side. He told me that he would "hope I wasn't lying" I couldnt believe the audacity in this man to accuse me of this. I then told him to keep my side and I would write a review. I cannot believe how they treated me here. Will never come back.

Always go out of my way to come to this location. But the last few times from getting one plate with more meat then the my fiancés have the end pieces that were left over from the batch.. the cabbage in the noodles is to much ! I literally had more cabbage than anything in my plate. I had to pick out noodles around the cabbage to eat till I separated it to see how much and wow. The last few times have been the same too much cabbage and the meat has been way over cooked or sat too long. We thought the last time we got the end of the batch of noddles but not 3 times in a row. The employees here care more about the orders that are placed online and drivetru than the customer who goes inside.
The service here was bad from one employee. I walked in one person in front of me as that person was taken care of I got ignored for 5 minutes. When I was then asked what they could help me with, I told her my order, and she just walked to the back with an attitude. Not happy with experience may or may not come back here.

Food is good other then the rice which is the cheapest generic rice with little carrots and peas in it. The chow main is better.but still very cheap and taste the cabbage and noodles that my family eats who are polish...isn't this suppose to be Chinese food. I will say there meats are good but I can't belive there up charge for ones, it's already expensive and then to add $1.50 extra for certain items is ridiculous. I have worked here back in 2005 and then their Teriyaki Chicken which was called Mandarin Chicken was actually cooked in the sauce and was better....the sauce packets that they give u, don't even taste like the original Mandarin Chicken Sauce. At 6:30 p.m. on Sunday night two of workers had very poor customer service skills and or greeting skills very bad. I'm almost like they didn't want to be there and one of them talked very strict to me in front of everyone as I was just asking about the flavors because I stepped out of line and she ordered me to go back in line so I decided just to leave but will put a complaint to corporate. I had placed an order for delivery and when I checked out they had changed it back to pick up. I called the store to cancel the order and they couldn't. I asked for corporate's number and no one would give it to me. They won't even refund the money. I asked if they could just change it to delivery and they wouldn't. A couple of days ago on the weekend on Sunday I went to the closest panda restaurant to my location on Howell Av in Oak Creek it was around 8:30 p.m. and they were already closed you couldn't enter the restaurant the only thing that was The driver was open, to my astonishment they sold me a supposed plate of food for 10 dollars that looked like a dinner for babies, it had almost no rice and three counted shrimp, they told me that there were no more and when I looked inside the container was full and they They were keeping it in the fridge, I imagine for the other day. Having said this, you know friends, the service and quality are on the ground, do not buy more there since it is disrespectful.

My son has requested to go here several times. We’ve only used the drive thru but every time the employees have been very friendly and efficient. This location in particular has the best fountain drink Sprite. Many fast food locations don’t notice when the syrup/seltzer is out but this one always has it perfect. I go to this panda express once or twice a week on my lunch break. It's usually good service and good food. The snow is coming down today and I ordered chow mein and brocoli beef in a panda bowl.
