We have a different place that is a family favorite, but the beef and broccoli here is better than what we have found elsewhere. The service isnt always great, sometimes they are in the kitchen talking or cooking (or both) and don't acknowledge or take you order for a few minutes, but we are there for the quick food, not the conversation. Its a good place to try. We recommend the beef and broccoli, garlic chicken, and honey chicken.

Such a simple dish and you still managed to under season and over cook it

Well, I don’t know what happened to this place but it seems to have gone down hill. It used to be my go to, but now I’m probably done eating there. The food isn’t as good anymore and it’s more expensive. The real problem is one of the cooks blew his nose into a tissue and didn’t wash his hands before continuing to go back and cook. He looked right at me. Sorry, I’ll pass.

The staff were very polite and service was prompt. The restaurant was well-kept and clean. The price was fair and the food was ready quickly.

I was not super impressed with the flavor of the spicy chicken fried rice today. I felt it was a little bland. This seems to be the case when the rice has a yellow tint to it, as I have noticed in other restaurants where the same dish was also bland. Perhaps it is cost-effective pre-packaged food service rice instead of real old-school rice?

I offer my comment as an avenue for improvement, not to be negative.

Ordered the beef lo-mein combination - the noodles were spaghetti noodles and tasted very bland, and only had about 3 small pieces of beef - the fried rice was dry and crumbly; no flavor - the portion was very small for $14. I've ordered general tso's chicken from here twice. Tastes good but when you chew the chicken instead of it being soft like most chinese places it just turns into a bunch of stringy meat like jerky in your mouth. Can't even swallow it. Don't know whats going on but very disappointing. Lo mein is great.

3-2-23 So decided to try the general tsos here again. Still the same as before. Most of these Chinese places in green bay must have the same supplier cause most of their general tsos the chicken is like this. Won't be getting general tsos here again.

Food tastes good but the portion sizes were way too small to justify the price. I had the combo meal which was almost $14. The fried rice and general tso chicken did taste fresh, but also tasted like it was missing something. There were not many vegetables included in the meal. The lunch special might be a better deal but I likely won't be back for anything else.

I’m not from the area, just in town for work and tried Panda House for lunch. Ordering online was fast and easy. The food was ready so quick, I was very pleased. Gal at the counter was friendly. Unfortunately I did not care for my food at all. I’ve never had sesame chicken prepared with this kind of sauce- and it’s probably just my personal preference but it was not good. Too thick and sticky and sweet. The fried rice was the best part, but still mediocre. The crab Rangoon seemed too sweet and cream cheesey. Again it maybe just be different takes on recipes but this was not at all like other crab Rangoon and sesame chicken from my normal go to places. I would be willing to go again and try another dish, maybe I just picked the wrong ones, since many of the other reviews were stellar.

Reading some of the other reviews Im willing to give it a second chance, portions were small but that's essentially just an opinion. I'm full, but I usually have leftovers from other chinese restaurants I've ordered from. Food was pretty bland, but the service was friendly and quick. Nothing wrong with the service or cleanliness of facility, just wasn't a fan of the taste.

this is hands down the best lo mien I have ever had. and I've eaten at a lot of different Chinese restaurants. the flavor is perfect, the beef is tender but not tuff at all (super easy to chew) some places their beef is chewy and you chew on 1 piece for 45 minu8tes but not this place, its so good and the beef chunks are a decent size. also, the perfect amount of veggies and the noodles are so flavorful you could eat them alone.
funny fact, even if I bring a lunch to work (even if its a really good lunch) if my boss mentions that he is going to panda house, I HAVE to order too lol i can't miss an opportunity to eat it again because I live down in Appleton and only eat it when I'm at work. only thing is my boss sometimes forgets to grab extra soy packets when he picks up but I digress.

Got hot and sour soup and it was neither. Tasted like half a container of pepper dumped in. Best general Tso‘s shrimp. Large and quality shrimp, good spice. Always friendly and quick. I’m disappointed when I go elsewhere now that I can compare to Panda House. Good crab rangoons too. My teenage son gets the sesame chicken and that is also good. Better than most Chinese spots. I’ve seen reviews about the cost and perhaps it’s overall a few dollars more than some places in the area but it’s due to the better quality, which is what I want. I’ve had plenty of Chinese that I’ve tossed out the leftovers but I’m always excited for my leftovers here.

Got steamed dumplings (perfection), crab rangoons (sooo creamy), sesame chicken (PERFECT amount of sauce, which is so important) and staff was friendly and fast, their kitchen looked SUPER clean from what I could see. My only complaint (which is probably a plus for most people) is that I had wayyy too much chicken but definitely some of it was breast meat, which is rare at Chinese restaurants. I'll never go anywhere else again!

Been coming here for years. Always fast and friendly service regardless of the time of day or how busy they are. Food prices may have gone up slightly but it's to be expected when market and supplier costs rise for restaurants. Portions are more than fair for the price and the quality is the best in the green bay area by far for a restaurant of this type. I can only say I've had positive experiences here and will drive out of my way to make it here when I'm craving take out.

Definetly agree with others that portions are smaller than normally get at other Chinese restaurants. Purchased what we normally order for our family of six when we get takeout and have left overs for next day if want. Not tonight! No leftovers and barely enough for us and our 4 kids age 7 and under ( so they don’t eat a lot!). Also the egg rolls we got were about a third the size of a regular egg roll. Although the menu says “ new low prices” they are still higher than I have seen. I am curious as to what they were before if these are lower! The food itself did taste very good! Just be prepared to order more than you normally would😊

Used my credit card there, first place I've used it in 3 weeks, I should have been alerted when they pulled it behind the counter out of my sight, next day a $1000 charge is on it for plane tickets. I am getting the police involved but not sure how it will work out because I live in Indiana not Green Bay, can't say for sure it was them but seems pretty fishy. Sad... very sad... service was sub par. The food did came out tasting alright but apparently sweet and sour chicken comes without sweet and sour sauce. My daughter and I got a small container of sauce after complaining but a small dish or rice because you get almost nothing along with one can of soda costs more have an extra value meal. How is it possible that two small meals in a small u comfortable place should cost over $35 with only one can of soda. Definitely regretting trying this place out but it will be the last time.
