I ordered a large side of fried rice on doordash and it clearly states it has peas, carrots, onions and eggs in it and I paid $8. I love fried rice but when I opened the carton it was just brown rice! I was so pissed off because #1 I had to use door dash to get it #2 I paid $8 for basically plain rice and #3 I wasn't able to bring it back so they could fix it

Very nice people, but my order was so greasy, I couldn't even eat it. I did get the PuPu platter which is deep fried, but the food was just wet with grease, like it went straight from the deep fryer to the plate. Spaghetti noodles for Lo mein? I used to be a big fan of Panda King but the last two times I ordered from them I can say I was very disappointed. Order on New Year's Eve, I got two house specials of general tso's chicken both upgraded with fried rice chicken and asked for hot. Also got 2 egg rolls a side of cream cheese wontons all for 56$ for two people. First only one order came with the fried chicken upgraded, neither order had any heat whatsoever and the meals looked basically as if they were just prepackaged frozen meals that they threw in a microwave and called it good. My order had 3 small pieces of broccoli which was underwhelming for a good general tso's and for the price paid vs the quality of food I could have gone to Walmart and grabbed some frozen Chinese food for a lot less and had basically the same meal. I don't know if they have lost their passion to cook but I can't recommend them anymore until things change. I feel corners have been cut and the product is a far cry from what it once was. Update: Gave Panda King another try 9 months since this last review and sadly, I got sick from eating there and it really saddens me to have to say they officially have lost a customer for good now 😕

Food was already ready which was weird. Got out to my vehicle to eat and it was the soggiest chicken I've ever had. I know it's best fresh when dining in. But I can tell they gave me leftovers that had been sitting from another person's lunch specials. It wasn't even hot . I can tell when food was freshly fried. I Normally come to Panda King all the time. I’ve never had an issue, but today they were a little busy and they completely forgot one of our meals. I live 20 miles away and didn’t notice that they had forgot the meal until I got home. I called right away and then had to drive back. My issue is this was their mistake and not mine. I had to take an extra hour to get my food. The claim was it was busy, but when I was there it was not that busy, the manager had taken my order and had handed to me. I was not offered a refund or a free dinner for the next visit, all I got was an extra spring roll for my time. I wasn’t even asked if I like spring rolls?

Food has always been very good. I was there in the middle of January and we ate in the restaurant. I was charged for the meal and then just before we got our food the lady said my card didn't go thru. She changed it again and now we have double charges on my account. I contacted them and they said they would get right back to me. That was 2 weeks ago. I just checked my account and there is still a double charge on there for my food.

What happened to this place? We have eaten there for years and years! The vegetables were raw, and cold. The fried rice had a very stale taste...I swear it tasted like furnace dust! The sweet and sour chicken chicken literally had raw, carrots that were so old they had white along the edges, the green peppers and onions were raw, and cold. Second, the egg foo young doesn't even have the meat cooked into it anymore. Just dumped on top with the gravy. Very odd. No sprouts in them either. Also, the texture/taste was way off. Was more like a heavy corn cake texture. Not eggy/scrambled egg like in the least.

We had cream cheese wontons, egg drop soup; I ordered chicken with garlic sauce and they let me add broccoli and celery, my son had the orange chicken, and my friend the vegetable lo mein. They use a thinner noodle for the lo mein but she said it was very tasty. My son loved his chicken and I loved the savory garlic flavor of mine. The egg drop soup was rich and semi creamy in taste.
