Our waitress, can't remember her name, was awesome as always. She's the mom of another waitress from there. She always busts her butt to accommodate us and everyone else. She is such a sweetheart. She's the reason, well plus the awesome pizza, my son and I continue to go back. Even my cousin from the u.p. comes to visit and wants to eat park plaza pizza. I do wish the crabby cook was nicer to her. He has no idea what a gem he has with her. If she isn't busy, she always shoots the shit with us!!!

My family and I have visited this wonderful pizza place several times since moving to Beaver Dam. Good food, amazing pizza their crust is perfect and service is always great! We had ordered a few make your own pizzas, apps, burgers and a villa burger; all was delish!

I was going to rate Park Plaza Pizza a 3 overall because it's an older establishment that's very small. But you know what? It's places like this that are the backbone of America! Old, established, small, cozy. Family owned, Park Plaza has amazing pizza that puts national chains to shame. It may be hard to find a seat for dine in, but they do a great takeout, too! We waited about 10 minutes for a table as the dining room was completely full. K. did an excellent job of taking care of all tables. And the kitchen put food out at a steady, acceptable pace. The staff was super nice. Even the cook stuck his head out of the kitchen to thank us for coming in when we left! That says something; that says they care about you as a customer and appreciate you choosing them for your pizza fix!

Ordered a 16" pepperoni pizza, cheesy garlic bread, a cod dinner, pickle fries and wings. The pizza was dry and didn't have enough sauce, was horrible and threw over half of it away. Cheesy garlic bread was pretty good. The cod had too much breading and was overcooked, on top of their not being not much meat inside to begin with. They also left out the coleslaw and 2 sides of ranch that I paid for. The pickle fries were disgusting and the bag they came in was all grease, like they dumped them in straight out of the fryer. Tossed these straight in the trash. The wings were pretty good and meaty but they also left out my honey mustard sauce that I paid for. Called me after we had gotten home and started eating to say they forgot the slaw and sauces. Offered a discount for my next order. I won't be back, would have rather had a straight refund for at least half my tab since it was over $45. Park Plaza used to be the best in town. Extremely disappointed as this was a choice for a birthday meal special occasion. From now on I will just go to Casey's. Could've eaten there for half the price and had all pizza and sides edible.

We love the pizza here. It's the best. I love the sausage, and my husband is a fan of the pepperoni. They also have great burgers. We have been going here since we were kids.
So glad they stayed open. The ladies are all really nice. If you are nice to them, they will most certainly be nice to you! I do miss some of the retired ladies, but all good people here. Prices are very reasonable.

I like your product but do not get to Beaver Dam very often. I buy your frozen pizzas for the pepperoni. Love it. I was very disappointed when I purchased 2 frozen pizzas from the Waupan Piggly Wiggly as i was passing through. They were clearly marked as "Cheese & Pepperoni Flavored Smoked Sausage Pizza". When I cooked them they had NO pepperoni. I just had 2 cheese pizzas. That sucked.

I’ve been wrestling with my emotions on whether or not I post a review but I just had to, so it’s no more Mr Nice Guy from this point on. One fateful weekend I decided to visit my brother in Beaver Dam. We decided for supper that night, we’d try some of the local pizza. We decided on Park Plaza, as many people online had raved how it was “the best pizza in Beaver dam”. Boy how wrong were those people. The pizza was undercooked and greasier than the bathroom’s at the Nitty Gritty, and the pepperonis had no spice. And for the price we paid, it’s a shame we couldn’t be satisfied.

This is REAL homemade pizza. Homemade crust, sauce, grind and mix their own specialty cheese blend, the same with their spice mix. Fresh veggies cut every day. This is no cheap pizza chain. This is a 41 year Beaver Dam tradition. I drive an hour every Saturday just to get my Park Plaza fix. Nothing compares. I live in a big city and of all the pizza places, no one comes close. We have tried and had too many inferior pizza's. The drive is well worth that pizza. Made with family pride and served by the hardest working family there is.

For a pizza place that almost went out of business, and I can now see why, they must not really care about their restaurant or staying in business. They don't answer their phone!!! Just rings and rings and rings. No answer and then "Please hold". They just don't answer. Tried at least 10 times. We ended up ordering 4 pizzas from Park Avenue Sports Cafe because they didn't answer. We actually like their pizza better. Not nearly as greasy and the vegetables are fresher than Park Plaza.

My daughter went there to go get a 'to go' order. They were very rude to her, she said an older lady told her that they close in a half hour and told my daughter to leave and that next time she should come early. What the hell?
