Went here for a quick dinner while in Green Bay based on reviews. The host and server were very friendly and pleasant. Server gave us a tip on ordering an app we wanted to try as a side to save a couple bucks. The turkey Rueben is amazing. Kind of expected dried out turkey, but. It was moist and delicious with just the right amount of smoke. Haystack onions are great too, a lighter onion ring. Would visit again. Above average bbq restaurant

First time here while visiting the area. The food was just ok. Mac and cheese bowl was not good at all, Mac and cheese was super mushy. Brisket sandwich was decent and the kids seemed to be okay with the pizza. Service was just ok. She never refilled drinks or showed up after we got our food besides to give us our bill. Based on this one time experience we’d probably try something different next time in the area.

Parker John's is great for BBQ. Recently my wife and I went out to our local Parker John's. She had some BBQ and I had an itch for pizza, so I ordered a large supreme style pizza. The crust was definitely made in a factory somewhere. The toppings were skimpy, and the cost was as if it were from a boutique. I can honestly say that I have had better frozen pizza from the grocery store. Honestly disappointed.

Stopped in for dinner on a Wednesday. It was busy with a lot of younger people (teenagers) and regulars. I ordered the brisket burnt ends. They were decent, nice and meaty, but it had a lot of sauce on it. It would've been nice to chose the BBQ sauce I wanted. I also got a peach cobbler to go, so I didn't get the ice cream. It wasn't the best peach cobbler, it was mostly a cake type crust with a little bit of peaches in the middle. Over all I would go here again and try the all you can eat wings!

I came in and was greeted with such warmth! I was only there for takeout and I got the Philly Brisket with a side of Mac & Cheese.
Food was phenomenal and cooked to perfection!
The bartender that helped me made sure to recommend everything she personally likes and I was hooked on the brisket!
She asked if I wanted something to drink while I wait and I couldn’t even finish my drink before my food came out! Super fast and amazing service!
I did come around mid-day and was very little traffic inside.
I will definitely come back for more!

Delivery driver was very nice. Was delivered a few minutes earlier than quoted. Pizza was hot. Toppings were good except they put way too many jalapeño. Overpowered the other toppings. Crust was super soggy! I was excited because they have a stone oven…. Even ordered thin crust…. It was like a pita bread vs…. Thin crispy crust. They offered free peanut 🥜 too… those were also soggy somehow. Probably won’t order again.

Ordered pizza to go Monday for lunch. Had the Carolina which is normally one of our favorites. This one had barely any toppings no meat or coleslaw all onion. Was very disappointing. Don't know if there was a new cook or if they are cutting back on toppings. We also ordered a 2nd and 3rd pizza. The 2nd was the wrong pizza, another poorly put together carolina. The 3rd was what we ordered and very good. Hope this was just a one off and not a permanent change

We got the brisket quesadilla and pork tacos which were good and a large serving. We also got the burnt ends and mac and cheese and thought they were both pretty basic and not very flavorful. So, myself and two coworkers are in Green Bay for an expo.
We opted to try out some Wisconsin BBQ.
First, the joint is nice, very well laid out and clean. Big plus.
Secondly, we were greeted seated quickly. Our waitress popped up fast and took our drink and redneck nachos order.
We placed our entree orders consisting of Burnt ends, brisket sandwich, mac/cheese and baked beans. Food arrived shortly after our nachos which was a bummer. Something was going to get neglected and cold and we all decided to eat our dinner orders which turned out pretty good. The guys said the burnt ends were outstanding. We agreed that the baked beans were very good and the Mac/Cheese was good. I had the brisket sandwich which was not over smoked or fatty. Although,
I didn't care for the sauces.
Ticket was reasonable.
I give extra props to the young lady that took care of us, she due a great job.
Overall, for me, Porker's is a high 4, almost a five.
