The waitress was very pleasant, and new. She did a great job with no help from her manager at the time. The manager was sitting in a booth at the time talking with someone while the waitress took care of the people by herself. The food was not good. I had the brisket and ribs. The brisket was ok but the ribs were very very dry and hard. I could not even pull them apart. The meal cost me $50 and I left the waitress another $25 tip because I felt bad for her and she did a great job with our group of 8. I ended up taking my food home and fed it to my dogs. I will not be going back. That was very disappointing because I had high hopes for that place.

I've been frequenting this location for a few years now and it has steadily went downhill. First there was a 15 minute wait although there was plenty of tables available. Seats opened up at the bar so we decided to dine there where we normally do. Kaleb S was our server. I ordered unsweetened tea and wings. Tea came sweetened but the wings were great. First reorder came out fast. Subsequent orders took about 20 minutes each were cold. Then he charged my card with someone else's bill. I noticed other customers leaving prematurely and unsatisfied. As I was leaving a bunch of servers were outside talking to amongst themselves. Reminded me of the movie Waiting.

We love Parker John's! We feel very lucky to have such a fun character place in the heart of Menasha on Main Street. The decor is very inviting and welcoming, the patio is beautiful with a view of the harbor and the food is excellent! We've really enjoyed the service as well. What a darling place! The decor is adorable but the food is what will bring you back. I had the ribs and although they looked dry on the outside, proved to be tender and juicey. I loved the option of adding your own sauce. I also thought the cole slaw was great and muffins from Manderfield's were the icing in the cake.

Went on 7/22/25 for lunch. Got the brisket sandwich and my mom got the garlic wings. Brisket was so dry I had to take it off the bun but even then I couldn’t eat it way too dry. My mom said her wings had a fishy taste. I’ve been here before and had great food. I don’t know if they just don’t use fresh stuff for lunch or what. At 60 bucks I was disappointed with the whole meal. The waitress was great nothing is her fault.

We came on a Sunday night (today). We chose 2 meats along with 2 sides. The chicken wings with sweet chili sauce were tasteless, but the meat was moist. The 1/2 rack ribs were so dried out it looked like jerky. The baked beans were equally as dry as the ribs. Onion rings were good. I was looking forward to trying a local bbq place, but honestly our experience was a disappointment. Sorry won’t be back!

Food is always good been here a few times and they've catered to places I've worked. The reason for not 5 stars is because it could use some work on the food the last time I was there I tried the all-you-can-eat ribs first batch of rib meat fell right off the bone second batch was delicious but dry and tough. Have the smoker go down south and learn true smoking but other than that I've never had bad food here also if the owner or someone in charge reads this make an actual hot BBQ sauce the jalapeño one doesn't even have a jalapeño flavor. They have an indoor and outdoor eating area so enjoy that park in the back for easier access and other than that enjoy.

They lost power at the end of our meal, I could hear the manager and wait staff giving discounts and free drinks to other customers while we had to wait. Always a great place to come sit have a drink and enjoy some great food no matter what it is the food is outstanding it always has great flavor and is presented in the most professional style. I ordered their brisket Ruban and was very disappointed. I am used to ordering a Ruban that is jam packed with meat and sour kraut and this came to me with a thin slice of brisket, a small amount of kraut in-between two very large and thick Texas toast. It was all bread. I got more protein from the side dish of baked beans then I did this sandwich. It was not worth the $16.99 they charged for it.

We were there when they first opened up in Menasha and to be honest haven’t been back for a while but will be returning soon!! We were quickly seated, very friendly staff, quick service, took a few minutes to look at the extensive menu, very big selection of items from barbecue, pizza, burgers, wings, sandwiches and appetizers. My wife got the boneless wings and was very happy with the breading and barbecue sauce. I got the bone in jumbo chicken wings, these are the biggest chicken wings I’ve ever eaten, I ordered a dozen and glad I didn’t order more, very tender, crispy and smoked. We also ordered the haystack onion rings, we didn’t know the large orders could feed a small army, wow!! Definitely will be making a return sometime soon to check out the other menu items!!

Sat here for about 20 minutes with my daughter during an outside show from a local artist Lilie Collins who is phenomenal. There was about 4 other tables with people and we could NOT get anyone to serve us. 3 different servers literally walked by and around us repeatedly and no one asked if we were being helped or offered us anything. I recently was diagnosed with celiac disease and haven’t been able to dine out anywhere for months. We’ve dined here before but I had to stop going out due to my allergy. My husband was told that Parker Johns was celiac friendly. We went for lunch today roughly 1:15 and there was about 10 tables in the whole restaurant. When we arrived I asked for an allergen menu and was told they didn’t have one. Then I asked to speak with a manager to figure out what foods on the menu I could eat and the host never grabbed him so I had to ask our server after waiting approximately 10-15 minutes for him. Then when the manager did come there was very little communication about my allergy, severity, cross contamination, etc. I didn’t feel like I was given the time or attention that would make me feel comfortable dining here again with celiac disease. Putting that aside we were also disappointed in the service. Typically things come out of the kitchen quickly when we’ve dined in the past but unfortunately this time it took approximately 45 minutes for us to get our food. The table that was next to us that sat down after we ordered had started on their second plate of AYCE wings by the time we received our first plate. We didn’t get to enjoy the AYCE part of the meal because the first plate took so long to come out that we couldn’t wait for another set to be put in (and wait another 45 minutes??) Also just to note that we spent well over an hour and a half at a not busy time in the restaurant. All in all, we love Parker John’s but this was a really disappointing experience, especially considering that past ones have been so much better.

I ordered on a Thursday for Saturday pick-up from Parker John's for a graduation party recently. The gentleman that took my order over the phone was very thorough and knowledgeable. While explaining all options, he recommended the turkey as our second meat for package 3. Everyone LOVED the turkey! There was plenty of food for our party of about 50 with some of our own added sides. Although there was slight miscommunication at the restaurant about when we needed our order ready by, Parker John's was very quick and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them for your party needs.

Catered in Parker John’s for my daughter’s birthday and everyone commented on how great the food was. They made it super easy as they provided not only excellent food but plates, silverware, serving utensils, and extra sauces. I would highly recommend!!
