We only live 3 miles away, and I had no idea this place existed. Finding out they have an all-you-can-eat cod fish dinner on Fridays and that the fish was excellent kind of surprised me since I've been living in Cudahy for over 20 years. Our waitress, Sarah, was amazing and answered all our questions with a friendly smile, and made us feel very welcome, so we were off to a great start, I ordered the all ty ou can eat cod fish fry with potato pancakes and the fish was perfect, my wife ordered the frog legs which is something I just can't get the nerve up to try and she said that she would gladly order them again in the future, the dining room is a little loud but that's ok the place has a relaxed welcome to our nieghhood kinda vibe, after we ate we sat down in the bar and I ordered a Kentucky bourbon ale, it was very filling and tasted amazing, in conclusion the people are friendly the food is fantastic and the prices were reasonable, yes we will be going back

I came for an event and the room on the West side of the building was awesome & could accommodate our large group that we had. The amount of people we had sometimes saw many people at the bar but they were very quick to get us drinks with a smile. The room also had separate bathrooms in it and a stage so it worked out great when we wanted to be isolated, but easy access to the bar was available when we wanted it. I would for sure recommend coming here and hosting an event here.

Most reasonable prices not only in South Milwaukee, but every town/city around is in a 360 radius, maybe even farther. You just can’t find prices like those these days sadly. Food is really good, and there are awesome specials depending on the day. Tues is $.65 wings, Wed is 1/4lb cheeseburger and fries for about $4.50, depending if you add bacon and a lot of other toppings. Even then, it won’t be over $6. You can’t even get a McDs value meal for that, and Oak Manor has REAL quality food, Thurs is $1.50 tacos or huge fry bread tacos or nachos. People LOVE the specials and a large amount of customers are in every week. The fish fry’s are too good and no one else even close to their $13 cost. SM is so lucky to have such a hidden gem. The place is in a league of it’s own.

I have been going to Oak Manor for over 20 years and have rented halls for many different occasions. They have also been sponsors for my volleyball and baseball teams for several years. I just went to a wedding here for my niece. It is the 2nd wedding I've been to there in a few years. It is nice for the price. The bartender was great. The catered food was amazing. I do, however, think it was far too dirty. A few of us took off our shoes for a dance and within minutes our feet were caked with a thick black matter. The bathrooms were also pretty dirty. The downstairs area where the bride and groom get ready and the chapel were VERY hot. I mean so hot the bride is sitting still in that tiny room waiting for everyone to get seated etc and she is dripping sweat. They were for this wedding in September and the other one was in October.

A very good Wisconsin fish fry here. On any Friday in Wisconsin you can expect to wait a good while for small batch fish fries. We went for the $3.75 Wednesday burger and fry special. Plain hamburger with a pile of fries. Even with the add-ons of cheese, lettuce, and tomato it was less than $5.00. The burger was good w added tomato, lettuce ( shredded iceberg- I would skip the lettuce in future). I had a can of Guinness $3.75 poured into a glass. Good meal for under $10. This is the second time we went there and this time we had a group of 7 five of us had the fish fry and we got a small pizza for the kids. The fish was really good as well as the home made coleslaw and potato pancakes. The pizza was a little overdone but the kids ate the inner pieces and I ate the burnt ends. They offered to replace but we all were hungry and ate what we could they did however take the pizza OFF the bill. We will be back to try the pizza on a non fish fry night as the pizzas are made from scratch and what I tried was really good. So give Pat's Oak Manor a try you won't be disappointed.

Attended a 52nd (COVID) wedding anniversary party in their hall for a couple that held their wedding celebration here 52 years ago. It boggles my mind a bit to think of the hundreds of Milwaukee families that must have gotten their start with a reception at Pat's Oak Manor.
