The wife and stopped in for a cocktail and maybe an app. The cocktails were ok, but fairly small. We appreciated the atmosphere, so we ordered a couple pizzas(we couldn't agree on toppings... marriage, am I right). So glad we did! This is easily some of the best pizza we've had in the Midwest (and we work for a pizza company). I highly recommend the combo with green olives. I made a reservation for a group of 15 on the patio and when we arrived the table was ready with seating, waters, menus and utensils. We were welcomed by the manager, Bree, and had excellent service from Elliott throughout our visit. The ladies in the group were impressed with the food and beverage choices and loved the outdoor seating, even with a downpour we stayed dry because of the overhead cover and side walls. We have lived in this area for a year, why did it take so long to find Pedro’s? A fantastic find! The BEST drinks by Adam, delicious pizza, top notch salad, and we had a garlic app. (I have crazy garlic breath, but it was worth it) The pizza slice was the perfect fall/winter meal, since it warms you up from the inside. You gotta try to appreciate how good this pizza is. Crust that holds up with a great under carriage. Thin yet still holds perfect airy crunch with a perfect chew. Pepperoni and sausage are nothing to rave about, but the whole package comes together. Wings were pure genius. Peppermint leaves with hot honey and Serrano peppers. It's just as good as the pizza. Will definitely be making the drive to Pedros Pizza Lounge quite often.

Today we had out of town guest in and thought Pedro’s is perfect! Not today…ordered 3 large pizzas and they all were sub par.. not like I’ve ever had there before!! Hardly any toppings on the 3 meat and combo pizzas. They all seemed over cooked and dried out. Both my husband and I were a little embarrassed we brought our out of town guest there… not sure what happened but will be cautious when ever bringing guests there again… very disappointed.

We are SO sad about the menu change. We loved the old concept. We went again and again, but have no reason to visit now.
Western WI doesn't need another pizza restaurant. There are dozens within a 5 mi radius. The tapas place was unique and original. It also easily allowed for dietary restrictions. AND, it was always full. I can't imagine they were lacking business. Switching to pizza feels like a play to the lowest common denominator, rather than attempting to elevate the culinary options this side of the river like Pedro's did in the past.

I'm usually not a fan of meatless pizza because vegetables make the crust soggy. This crust was to DIE for. Had the picante and there was no soggyness to be found! Easily my favorite pizza in town. I've been a long-time frequenter of San Pedros, Barkers, and Del Este for years now, but they really stepped it up a notch with this pizza.

It is the best New York style I've had in the Midwest, and I'm a big pizza guy.

We were a party of 4 on a Thursday evening in October at 5:30. We made a reservation...not sure if that was necessary, but nice to know they take reservations. Meh. It might’ve been just a rumor I heard that they were going to do NYC style pizza. Being from NYC, I think there are 2 types of NY style pizza: the true “Italy” Italian style (a little pricey) and the “Old School” New York Italian (super cheap, cheesy, gotta fold and drain oil). I love both. Pedro’s is neither, yet I wouldn’t call it bad. I find the sauce a bit too tangy/acidic and I don’t love the texture of the crust (I like a little more gluten, even if that’s unpopular these days). I will say I do really like that you can buy by the slice.

We LOVED when it was tapas, before the menu went downhill.
We’ve been happy with the pizza, however, the service in-house and to go has been terrible. When in-house my pizza by the slice order was forgotten. Twice. When ordering to go tonight, one pizza (1 out of 4) needed to be remade for whatever reason (they didn’t tell us, my guess is they forgot) and they did not offer any discount or refund for the screw up and wait.

Stopped there this afternoon. Got a pizza, garlic bread and sodas. The price was reasonable and the food was very good. We are inside, it was too hot for the outdoor area for us, but it looked very nice.

The actual pepperoni itself was odd tasting and that is pretty difficult to do imo. And I definitely didn't care for my sauce. I would rate this my least favorite in town as far as simple pepperoni pizza goes(I haven't tried bricks or the brewery's off exit 4 or san Pedro'). We have always loved the ambiance of this restaurant, and we were so excited to try the new menu. We started our meal with the mushroom appetizer and chopped salad. Both were delicious and we were impressed with the quality of the ingredients in the salad. Then we had the three meat pizza and the pesto pizza. We both loved the sauce and the crust, not to mention the toasted pine nuts that topped the pesto pizza. Make sure and finish your meal with the pistachio cheesecake (or take one to go). The pizza crust here truly stands out as something special. During our visit, we ordered both a classic pepperoni and cheese pizza as well as the pesto pie, and found each to be excellent. For those in pursuit of an authentic New York-style experience, I highly recommend opting for a large pizza. While the smaller sizes do not disappoint, it's in the larger size that the crust truly comes into its own, offering that perfect blend of crunch and chewiness.

In addition to the pizzas, my group was impressed with the Caesar salad, which was fresh and perfectly dressed, the savory mushroom appetizer, and the sticky wings, which struck a fine balance between sweet and spicy.

Yessssssss! NY style pizza in a swanky little pizza lounge! I love this intimate space in Hudson and the outdoor covered patio is a plus when you need more room! The service is always top notch + you can never go wrong with any of their craft cocktails! GET THE MEATBALLS! + the French fries with the aioli is what dreams are made of! Try a few slices of pizza to experience the unique flavors of them all! (The one with the jalapeños: YUMMY! And pesto is always a good idea on pizza!) and finish with the yummiest dessert!

I was really excited to try the new pizza place in Hudson, having been to New York and never finding a slice of the same caliber here in WI I didn't hesitate to make a reservation. Unfortunately it didn't live up to it's name.

Cocktails were amazing, I'm assuming those carried over from their previous iteration of Del Este. However the food was a major letdown.

I was with two other people. Between the three of us we ordered 1 starter, 2 salads and 4 slices of individual pizza (pepperoni, cheese and 2 specialty which were pesto and sausage.) All of our slices came out immediately before any starter or salad, which is fine but isn't the whole idea of the premade slice that they can be served whenever, thus allowing our starters and salads to come out first? The pizza was not like the New York slices I was accustomed to, rather dry and lacking an abundance of flavor. The salads finally came but then we had to wait another 5 mins to obtain silverware and napkins. At this point we had given up hope for our starter; the roasted garlic, but that arrived 5 mins before we were getting our tab was way too late.

Timing was horribly off for the whole service, food was nothing special. Do yourself a favor and go to Bricks down the street.

San Pedro's is a favorite! We went this time for breakfast to celebrate my wife's birthday. As coffee snobs, I can highly recommend the Mexican Coffe. Must haves for breakfast; Start with the Mexican Coffee and a Cinnamon Roll with the Rum Caramel and Raspberry toppings on the side. You will want to drink the raspberry toppingbit is tgat good! For your main meal, you cannot go wrong with either the Hammock Bteakfast Burrito with your choice of meat cooked inside or the Huevos Rancheros. Trust me, the large portions are so delicious you do not want to stop eating!
All the servers are very friendly and offer excellent suggestions if you are unsure. However, if Cecelia is available, you will be thoroughly pleased with her excellent suggestions, friendly service and order accuracy.

We sat out on the patio. It's one of the nicer patios we've experienced. There was plenty of shade with the very high tech tech canopy structure that surrounded the patio. We still got enough sun. The music provided great vibes.

Mind blowing! This place has everything you are looking for in a Tapas bar dining experience. The tapas are exceptional, the atmosphere is quaint yet upscale feeling, the service is amazing and the chefs prepare creative and delicious tapas right in front of you! The evening I was there, which was on a Thursday evening, they had a live guitar performer playing cuban guitar songs. They also have a selection of local craft beers. It was an awesome experience to eat there! I would definitely recommend this little gem of a place for any date night or an evening with friends. I'm definitely coming back soon!

I absolutely love Pedro’s. The passion fruit panna cotta was incredible!! I do miss the crispy quinoa burrata and raspberry mojito. Still Pedro’s is always a must do when in Hudson.

Elise was A WONDERFUL waitress, but the food left a lot to be desired. We went to Sunday brunch because Pedro's next door had an hour long wait. To start out we had a tomitillo bloody Mary that was garnished with a shrimp. I actually couldn't drink more than too sips because of how sickly sweet it was. Elise was great and brought me a spotted cow instead. Then i got my bowl of soggy tortillas with overly salted meat. The only way to choke this down was to use my runny yoke to offset the salt just barely. We did thank heavens also order the delicious sourdough and strawberry rose toast and i sort of used that as a chaser to my meal. This is a friendly staffed restaurant, but not a place i would recommend going to for brunch.

We've used this place as our backup TWICE. I have no idea why, the food is delicious! Even the dishes that have ingredients I would usually avoid, taste great. The drinks are tasty too!

Meh. Liked the vibe, but there was nothing (food wise) that would make me want to make this a go-to place. I do live in Mexico full time and have had the best empanadas and food at home and in Argentina...so I may be a little "snobby" in the review. Great place for tapas if you're looking for something different and want a comfy place to hang with friends. Empanadas were too well done and more of a corn dog than a true empanada and the other dish (forgot the name) just didn't have much flavor. Sounded great on the menu tho 😁

Came early on a Friday at 4pm to beat the rush. A cleaning crew van parked outside made patio conversations difficult as the vacuum pump noise was extremely loud. Got seated immediately but had multiple waitresses walk past us without even an acknowledgement. Sat there for 20 min before walking out. Will not come back.

The small plates and medium plates are almost the same size which is great for the establishment but disappointing for your pocket book because everything is delicious but you almost have to order 2 or 3 of each plate to really enjoy it.

First time visiting tonight. had literally the best experience i’ve probably ever had dining at a restaurant. had a super knowledgeable server ( I wish i remembered her name.. she was tall with bright red lipstick.) very great food, my girlfriend and I had 7 different things from the menu. We had drinks also from their specialty menu. everything was 10/10 will be back asap!!

Excellent quality cocktails and small plates. Enough food for a full meal and for sampling different things. The space is cozy and quaint and we always are able to get a seat. Best place in Hudson and we come frequently from the Twin Cities. Keep up the great work!

North Bathroom: Toilet seat was a little loose. Overall very clean. No TP on floor. Immediate access was granted. I loved the trash can/urn/garbage can. Would come back again.

South Bathroom: The door lock is scetchy. Must read instructions prior to using facilities. Looks like it's heated during cold winter months. This toilet seat was solid at the hinges. The location is hidden and just behind the kitchen.

Just a heads up ( I'm not saying this is necessary a bad thing ) but there menu is pretty limited mostly appetizers ( and small ) and not cheap. So that said great place to have some drinks and a small bite, but if you're looking for a meal find a different place.

Good service and food, chips made in house when you order them. The delivery of the food was off. One of us got our meal, a couple of minutes later the appetizer showed up, minutes after that another meal and yet more minutes later the last meal showed up. So the last person just sat there waiting for their food. It should all come at the same time. And it wasn't busy either.
