Excellent customer service. This is a large ,clean restaurant in West Allis right on Greenfield.
The food was good,we all had breakfast but they do serve lunch & dinner items……many choices. We also had Bloody Marys so they do have a liquor license . They make adorable Pancakes for children.

$.50 delivery charge on walkin Togo orders is crazy! Im giving them 1 Star because I just found out the most ridiculous secret charge Pegasus is charging people. The food and service is usually decent however, this time I walked in & made a Togo order. When I pias for my food I saw a service charge of .50cents. I ask the guy what was this charge for...he said it was for the container, the bag, & utensils because it was a to go order. When I got my receipt that . 50 charged showed up as a delivery charge. How the heck is Pegasus charging a $.50 delivery charge for picking up your own order. That is ridiculous a sounds like they a nickel & diming us.

I was visiting Milwaukee and decided to go to this restaurant because I looked at their menu and it seemed good, but when it came to service, it was different. I didn't take pictures out of respect for everyone, but I had the opportunity. I don't know if the same thing happens to everyone, but I ordered 10 wings on sweet chili and also 1 serving of onion rings, and I can't believe that the waitress served me both of them equally burnt. This was inedible, but my question is, how would a waitress serve that? I hope the supervisors monitor these people well because I received the worst service.

Everyone is very nice and service is fast, it's just nearly impossible to get a breakfast that isn't either very oily, high carb, or both, and with the extra 50¢ per egg charge, the prices are similar to newer, fancier brunch restaurants with creative menus and lovely fruit cups as an option at no extra cost instead of a pile of greasy potatoes.

Also, they need to know what chicken and waffles is supposed to look like. Someone in my party ordered it and there was a very dry, flat, deep fried chicken breast that wasn't breaded. It was just a plain chicken breast, desiccated, sitting on top of a waffle. That person didn't eat almost any part of their order because they were so disappointed. With the extra egg charge they basically threw out $15.50.

My group went to Pegasus for years and now we just see which brunch place has an opening on their waitlist, which can be checked online easily these days. Other restaurants in the area are charging an egg fee, but not the nicer ones, so why not just go to a restaurant that has fruit options and healthier choices for about the same price?

Best of luck to this business, it's doing very well. But I'm done with it after decades, and I do mean decades. Back when it was still Omega, even. Which definitely means I'm too old to be eating a plain grease bomb for breakfast.

I had an issue with the word choice used on the menu because it was misleading, so I got less food than I expected. The waitress agreed with me. Then the manager came over with a rude and snobby attitude. She started the conversation by saying “What’s your problem huh?”. I explained what my issue was, and she responded spitefully. She had no intention of caring for the customer, her only intention was to fight with me about my complaint. The food looked good, and the waitress was kind. But I won’t recommend this place to anybody, because the management clearly doesn’t care for the customers.

Don,t ever come in between breakfast and early lunch. I did and I waited 30 minutes for my broiled fish. I waited so long the bus boy started to take our silverware thinking we were finished with our meal. The waitress never came over to let us know how long until I waived her down. She knew why I flapped her down before I even open my mouth. The waitress was paying more attention to the breakfast crowd than us. The manager there told me if you what fast food go to a fast food restaurant. This was very rude. I won,t be back.

I've been here many times for alot of different dishes (they have EVERYTHING) and it's always amazing..today I got the beef tacos trio..served with rice and beans and your choice of soup or salad...I normally get a soup but I got the Greek salad today and it was amazing! The dressing is perfect and the tacos are your classic diner tacos but I love them! I've had the gyros before and every kind of their soup ..always good! Friendly and quick service

We love going out to Pegasus for meals. We travel from the Fox Valley area to the VA Clinic every 3 months. We make it a point to stop at Pegasus.

This is honest one of the worst diners I’ve ate at. Soup was terrible. I’ve had better canned soups. Simple meatloaf tasted like it was in the fridge for a long time and just microwaved. Didn’t have mashed potatoes at dinner time. Everyone at the table was unhappy with the food. The place was full of people so they are doing something right. Maybe we all ordered the wrong items. But for for 3 dinners the bill was an around $65 and we left our food and ate else where.
