Stopped for breakfast Sunday, food was great. Noticed that the lady cooking spent alot of time being frustrated and yelling out "it will be an hour to get your food" seemed frustrated they had so much business and all the customers I looked at had a look on there face like an episode of Seinfeld where if you don't order correctly the owner screams at you and kicks you out. Overall, wouldn't go back because they clearly don't want the business as they have plenty.

Absolutely one of our new breakfast places anywhere in the state. The staff as well as the food are both over the top. Prices are also very wallet friendly. We would highly recommend you try it out! Went today to try the lunch portion of the menu and we were not disappointed! WOW, lunch is just as delicious as breakfast. So basically you can stop any time they are open and yiu will enjoy a delicious meal and outstanding service!!! Please do yourself a favor and stop in!!!!! You must try the biscuits and gravy. Came in by myself for an early breakfast, sat at the bar and ordered a coffee, two eggs, hashbrown and bacon along with a pancake on the side. I would give zero stars if I would. We came in after church at 1:15 not knowing what time they close. My family and I walked in and right away the 3 lady's at the counter all looked at the clock and said "we close in 15 minutes" not in a nice way but just attacking us saying we are closing in 15 minutes. The ladys where making rude faces and rolling their eyes. Then the one lady said "Okay, I'll babysit them." Even customers in the restaurant heard and they looked in shock how they talked to us. So we just left. It was very disturbing how they just attacked us and where not kind at all. We will never go back and never recommend this business again and tell this story to people.

I was a little disappointed today, I went in and waitress ask me to move to a smaller table because the table I went to was for 6.
Well low and behold a big party never came in, the backroom was almost empty.
It really didn't matter as I was only with 3, one person didn't show.
But really ask a customer to move because a bigger party might come in...
That waitress is not the friendliness person either. But still go there. Everything else is great

If you're ever in the area and you want a great breakfast at very reasonable prices, stop at Penny's. Fridays are 1/2 price pancake day, they're huge, cooked perfectly and delicious. Like many have mentioned, the staff is very friendly, Penny stopped by our table and chatted for a few minutes, a very sweet lady. This is my all-time favorite breakfast and burger place. It is like something from the past emerging out of the mist of time. Wonderful informal atmosphere. Low prices. Friendly efficient and attentive service. A place where local people come to chat with each other and with the staff, which consists of the owner, her family, and one or two others who expertly work the grill behind the counter. The burgers are amazing. Just the right amount of fresh beef on a delicious grilled soft bun. When I ordered a burger with mushrooms, Swiss cheese, fried onions, and bacon, more of the extras fell out as I was eating it than the whole amount that comes with most burgers. When I came back a couple of days later for an egg burger, the sunny side up egg I asked for was perfectly done. The chicken noodle soup was also excellent. I only wish I didn't live 2,000 miles away from the place. I will miss it.

We found out after placing our order for breakfast that they don't accept credit cards. They were incredibly understanding. They let us eat our delicious omelets and said " next time you're out this way, you can stop in and pay us". The owner herself came by and was so genuine. She even gave us some homemade cookies for the road. We made our waxy to the nearest ATM after eating and headed back to pay. Needless to say, yep, we will definitely be back!
