The food was delicious. The limited time chocolate caramel pancakes were absolutely scrumptious. My girlfriend always gets the belgian waffles, which she says are to die for! This is one of our favorite perkins to come and have our dates.

This Restaurant has become very unprofessional. I came in to pick up a mobile order, Not only was it not ready when it was supposed to be but I was told just a few more mins, and THEN told "we have orders we need to get to our tables here first". Excuse me? So customers that order for pickup clearly aren't as important as the ones that come in??? Pretty sure the owner wouldn't be happy to hear that... Extremely unprofessional. You process orders in the order they are received. Particularly the ones that are already paid for. That's how you retain repeat customers. Smdh wildly disappointed

The menu changes so much here over the years that it's completely unreliable. To add insult to injury the staff has been very rude to third party drivers. I have witnessed this both as a driver and as a customer towards other drivers. Quite frankly they are lazy. I have placed personal orders and picked up orders from the bakery and they will make you wait 15-20 mins to get your order, saying it's not ready, when it's literally in the display case. Cut the damn pie, give me my order and let me get back to my life. Making me wait for my order doesn't entice me to spend more money here, it does the opposite. Furthermore it's rude to both the driver and customer waiting on the order if it's being picked up by a third party. Take some pride in your job.

I can’t believe how much Perkins has gone down hill. I use to love Perkins. After today’s experience I probably won’t return. I ordered the pot roast bbq totchos. Yes they were delicious, but for my entree to cost $10 and it was the smallest portion I’ve ever seen. I definitely left hungry. Then to see they no longer offer free pie on mondays, they got rid of all discounts and kids eat free.

The husband and I go to Perkins after work almost every Friday night because they're open 24 hours on weekends. We'd go more often if they were still open 24 hours all week long. They have a large menus from breakfast to dinner and nearly all your cravings in between! Perkins has fresh bakery goods, eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, soups, dinners, appetizers, build-your-own meals, add extra sides, malts, desserts, whatever you want, almost everything comes to order! Perkins also makes me yearn to turn 55 for their senior specials. Delicious food every time!!

Walked in. Immediately hit with the bathroom smell. My wife reported the bathrooms were disgusting. The tampon trash was overflowing. Employees were talking about having hand, foot and mouth disease. When we actually sat down. We could still smell the bathroom. Just not a sanitary place. I would imagine if they let the customer see the bathrooms like that that the kitchen isnt much diffrent. My child and I stopped in at 3:30 am. I had to pick him up late after work.The guy working the front seemed frustrated and mentioned a bar rush. Hayley though was awesome. She was kind and I noticed she handled service to all the patrons extremely well at this time. I left a $10 tip for her with the guy who was frustrated up front when paying my bill. We had the BEST service and the food was great. We are in town for a national youth bowling tournament that has over 3600 participants and I had to recommend this place in the group because of how great the service was. They were down to 3 people and 1 kitchen trainee. It was about 7:30PM. The place was full! Our hostess, Manager Tori, was delightful! She let us know they were short staffed and running longer than they should so if we needed to make the decision to leave she understood. We were in no hurry so we stayed. Our server, Brent, was a delight! Smiling. Joking in a very appropriate way. Efficient. Attentive. When Tori checked back with us she was smiling and a delight! Food came out efficiently and hot. Cooks Ross and Keith did a fine job keeping up in an unbelievably busy, short staffed Thursday evening. Bravo to all of them for their pleasant manner and their strong team effort! Raises all around I say!!

Excellent food, equally as good was the service. What’s keeping this from being 5 star? The fact that we had to order coffee to help drown out the smell of pee throughout the restaurant. One could argue it was the current clientele. Perhaps it is the outdated seats or carpeted flooring holding onto to the smell. Either way, if you can get past that, it’s totally worth a stop in. Stopped in this location for dinner on Friday night and was told by the hostess it will be awhile to be seated since they were short staffed. We waited around 15 mins to be seated and another 15 mins for the waitress to come by our table. After putting in our order, we waited another hour to finally get our food, which at this point was already cold to the touch, since it probably was just sitting out for who knows how long. I understand that being short staffed can be a challenge but with the dining area not even half full of patrons, it was still a bad experience. It probably would've been quicker to have our food to go than to wait for it in the dining area.

We waited about 15 minutes before server came to our table after getting seated. Waited over an hour to get our food after we placed the order with server. I ordered the Grilled Fish & Shrimp... received less than half the size of fish, 3 shrimp with overcooked asparagus (see the difference from the menu picture vs. what i actuallygot served!). We love eating at Perkins! It's our favorite breakfast restaurant, and we eat there almost every weekend (sometimes twice)! Some of our favorites include Eggs Benedict, French toast, and they have the best buttermilk pancakes of any restaurant we know. If you haven't tried it, you won't be disappointed. Ordered food here through doordash and the service was very bad at this location. Did not receive everything I had ordered and the manager who handled my complaint tried to blame door dash. We didn’t receive the drink we ordered and the condiments that came with the meals such as syrup with the pancakes. The delivery driver can’t give us something they never received. We had to call them 3 times. On the first he told us to file a complaint through DD and we didn’t want to do that because it wasn’t the drivers fault and jeopardized them losing their job due to a mistake the restaurant made and then he hung up mid call. On the second call he tried to hang up but didn’t hang up all the way and he told his coworker to just hang up and he couldn’t help us because it had been a third party delivery. On the third and final call we told him what he did was incredibly rude and he told us that we must of had lost connection. We told him we heard him tell the other worker to hang up on us and that’s when he changed his demeanor knowing he had been caught in a lie. At this point it was no longer about the missing items but the fact that the customer service was not there and being the manager we had expected better. Definitely would not return to this location due to their lack of professionalism.

1st of All the service is excellent, the food was done as requested and served with a smile. Your people at this location are polite, attentive and best of all friendly. Manager, Reven, is always on top of things. The servers, DeeDee, Amy, Caroline, etc. are always the best. I have been a customer for 20+ years mostly because of your staff and of course your menu. I love the surprise temp food items offered.
I always stop by for whole pies when I go to friends for dinner. The pies are a favorite. I have to admit the cookies don't make it to the dinners. Too good to

You think you know Perkins? I thought I did. I remember they have good biscuits and gravy. It is a cold night and I wanted some warm comfort food. They were one of the few places open. I always hate being “That Guy” and showing up just before closing. The staff welcomed me with open arms and even told me a joke to cheer me up. I ordered a Classic Benedict. The waiter said I could get a muffin for a side. I ordered a blueberry muffin and he brought it to my table warmed with whipped butter! I was in Heaven! All the food was great! Restaurant was clean and well lit. Even got a muffin for my drive to the airport tomorrow. A great ending to my day!

I stopped in after work on January 15, 2025. Was pretty quiet at the time due to snow. I told Isaiha, that I needed an order to go. I asked for Chicken Strips and fries and a piece of Peanut Butter Pie. Apparently the order didn't clear for 15 minutes. I ended up waiting 28 minutes for my order. I asked Isaiha what happened, he said the order didn't clear. I asked if he could help with the situation and he said no and told me to LEAVE. I should've checked my order. When I got home I discovered I got the wrong order, the fries were soggy and the piece of pie was half the size it should have been!! I spent nearly $25. I called back, they said there would be a refund. It's been almost a week and I'm still waiting on my refund!! I have never been treated so poorly in my life!! I didn't think that this could get any worse but it has. It's been 2 weeks and I still do not have my refund. I was told that it was mailed. The gift card sent is correct but the refund check was not made out properly. It only has a last name printed on it, no bank will cash it like that!! I wasn't angry before but I am now. This should have never happened to begin with and now it's like they are deliberately trying to make this even more difficult. I'm considering going to the Better Business Bureau.

I have always enjoyed eating at Perkins; they have good food. Today my opinion changed, not about the food, but about their sanitary conditions and health codes. I stopped in to pick up a to-go order, and while I was waiting, the manager, a female with brown hair and blond bangs, sneezed into her hand several times, wiped her hand on her shirt, and then continued to handle menus, customers cash, and use the register. These were clear health code violations. She should have stepped away and washed her hands. It was disgusting. I immediately canceled my order, got my money back, and left. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. If the manager doesn't adhere to health code regulations, then I doubt the people cooking in the kitchen are being held to a higher standard.

Went in for hot fudge sundae. They had no hot fudge. Ask for cheesecake with strawberries on they had no strawberries. Ended up with the heath cheesecake it was not even inch wide and it tasted horrible. Then I had a group of people that went there we ordered the loaded baked potato soup and it was not heated up to the consistency and it must have been sitting in the bottom of the pot and it wasn't even a full bowl. The manager heated up another little bowl and brought it out. Usually we don't have no problems in the morning get good service we have an awesome waitress that we usually have good food but the last two times we've been there it has been horrible experience. And the manager knows no discounts no nothing.Even though they know the problem.

I´ve been eating at this location for the last 5 years. It is by far my favorite Perkins restaurant. I stop in for breakfast on my way to work...it´s a great way to start my day off right. The staff are so friendly, professional and accommodating. The food is great. And facility is clean. Even when staffing was short during the pandemic, they still made sure they did all they could to make it the best possible experience. I really appreciate the hard work the staff puts in to providing good customer service. A lot of other places do not have that as a top priority. I´m so glad they have kept this tradition of good customer service.

I’ve never had an issues with Perkins until today. They were out of basically every soda we wanted, that part was whatever. The few drinks they did have tasted like the cheap off brand soda.
Our waitress took my husbands food away before he was done eating, literally took his plate of toast as he was going to put jam on it (he was still eating off of another plate as well). She didn't ask if we were done, just grabbed it and never came back except with the receipt.

BUT do not be mislead by hours online. Google says open 5am to midnight on Thursday and 24 hours on Friday, but they close at midnight and do not open again until morning. This is NOT 24 hours on Friday, since Friday starts at 12:00am.

My favorite place for breakfast. Everything is great--but I would have to say that the pancakes and eggs Benedict are at the top of my list. The muffins are wonderful, too. The manager and servers are very friendly, and always take good care of us.

Lemon with my Coke. Flat asked for another. No Italian dressing for salad , nor vinegar. "I can't bill it" Really?. Gristle in my pieces of dry roast and barely heated enough to serve, part was cold. Couldn't leave quick enough. Service was like someone died an I was at a funeral.
As a server/waitress/waiter. You have 1 chance to impress me. This was a complete failure. Don't recommend nor will I ever venture into your resturant.

I ordered online at 7:41 pm and when I came in and looked for online pick up and noticed my order wasn't there then I waited till the other customers paid their bill and leave. I went to the cashier and mentioned that I was waiting for my order then the cashier asked for my name and I gave it to them and the cashier told me there is no online orders that came in and asked me if I'm at the wrong location and I showed them my phone with address that I ordered to and they said yes that's our location but no orders came in. So I called Atlanta, Georgia to Huddle House and Perkins and had to press option 2 for Perkins and start my complaint over speaker phone on my cell phone then not even 2 minutes later the cashier said your ticket printed out 10 minutes ago. Well had to wait until my order is made then when I got home I noticed of our turkey dinner didn't come with cranberry sauce as on the menu, and our plastic wear was all deformed. Next time I'll just order from some where else.

The waitress was fun, friendly, and helpful, the food was fresh and delicious, the only downside was the attitude of the large man who seated us, he made us wait at approximately 3:00am when hardly anyone else was there .Just to ask a sitting customer if he needed some more coffee or anything, he then showed us to our seats, otherwise I would have given 5 stars rite across the board.

I placed order by curbside and due to my ethnicity they didn’t bring my food out I went inside no one came out to give me my food or tell me where it was a different customer of ethnicity came in they came out right away and then told me my food was thrown on the table by the door not securely packaged and who knows how long it was sitting as the food was cold I placed a call twice to corporate and because they all are of the same ethnic group I still have not been followed up with this is an ongoing thing in Appleton Wisconsin where they discriminate and they all stick together also when I spoke with the manager in the store she pointed her finger in my face and told me I bet not ever in life tell anyone they discriminated against me If you’re African American decent please don not eat at this establishment they do not like or respect our patronage

Was in there and David was our waiter. To be honest, I don’t go to Perkins much because I have a few bad experiences with service and food. David was the best, and I will be back because of him. We had three adult women with us, and two children who were a bit antsy to say the least.
I cannot tell you how wonderful he was, he was so patient with the little ones and knew exactly what to bring before we even asked. He was so energetic and positive. I hope I get him again when I come back!!!!!
