This was the second bad meal that I have ordered. This time I ordered an omelette with ham cheese and bacon. There was absolutely no seasoning to the meal. The eggs were not whipped very well, it was mostly egg whites. The only cheese I saw and tasted was on the top of the omelette.
Personally I would not recommend this place unless you wish to have the desserts. The lemon meringue pie is absolutely scrumptious

I remember when this was a friendly place to eat. Not so much anymore. We treated my 95 year old father-in-law and in the shuffle getting him back to the car we forgot his "doggy bag." We live less that 3 miles away so no problem right? Returned right away and asked politely if they might still have it (his favorite; pot roast. At 95, it's the little things that matter.) The large blonde behind the register said "Sorry, it's been thrown out." I responded with "you couldn't even hold it for 15 minutes?" And she literally challenged me with, "Well, you left!" But that's okay, we went to Chico's down the street and got him another pot roast dinner to take home. That's also by the way, where we will go next time.

Two horrible upcharged scrambled eggs (yeah....charging an extra 50 cents per egg) and floppy undercooked bacon and old fruit was $7 pp. Small steak portion was nearly $20 and bad coffee is nearly $4 per cup. The franchise offers rewards but this location states everything including the full menu price for coffee is a discount so NO REWARDS DISCOUNTS APPLY HERE. Don't fall for Perkins marketing scam just to get your personal data because you will not actually benefit from the rewards because they're not allowed at this location. The manager on staff didn't care. So no tip. Waitresses get you to sign up for rewards knowing you can't actually use them, so guess what that discount would have been a big tip. Restrooms are dirty. No wonder the franchise is going out of existence. People are tired of being treated like this. Next time will support worthy local businesses over this dump.

I have never had a bad time at this Perkins. It's a go-to among my friends because the service is stellar, the food is great, the price is manageable, and it's a comfortable atmosphere. We mainly go after 7pm and the night staff are friendly and relaxed, and the night manager is also awesome (not that we have had to request him but he makes his rounds and asks how we are doing and fills drinks and such). I've been in the mornings and have gotten basically the same service. If you are stuck on where to eat, come to this Perkins.

It's been a while since we've been to Perkins, but my son treated me for lunch yesterday and that's what we decided on. We couldn't believe how high the prices were, it was tempting to leave. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because in the past, it was usually a good experience. We decided to order an appetizer tray and it was barely enough for 2 people. 4 chicken tenders, 4 mozzerella sticks and a tiny handful of fries. Plus $8 for 2 sodas. Our waitress never came over to ask how our food was or to offer a refill on our drinks. We have frequented more higher end places over the years and we always get what we pay for, so this was shocking. We could have went to Burger King for better service than this and get more out of it. We used to like Perkins but this experience for nearly $30 was very disappointing.

We were seated and asked what we would like to drink. we both said water. 20 minutes later, we had no water, no waitress, we talked about going somewhere else after 5 more minutes, the waitress came over, apologized for the inconvenience asked if we were ready to order. We asked for water and a minute more. The manager came over and apologized for us not getting serive it was her fault. She was very nice. She apologized and explained what had happened. After we had ordered ate our food, our waitress didn't come and see if we needed refills on our drinks she walked by and said everything, OK. I said I think so she just kept going before my friend could say, "Can I have a refill?" We went to pay for our food, and that took 20 minutes before the waitress came.

I arrived to pick up my order which was supposed to be done at 5:55pm. I was told just a few more mins.
5 mins later after walking past me several times I was told about 5 more mins there's a couple tickets ahead of mine....
At 6:14pm I was told just a few more mins...
It is now 6:16pm and more than 20 Mins!!!! Past when the order was to be ready. The restaurant isn't even half full. I count only 5 tables with customers. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. No Excuse for it, at all.
Mind you on top of it this whole time I'm watching employees with NO sense of urgency and apparently all the time in the world to gossip loud enough for me to hear from the kitchen.

Figure it out and learn how to run a business. Off this experience I would NOT recommend Perkins to anyone, particularly this location.

This place is horrible. The service was terrible, we had to wait 10 minutes just for our drink order to be taken. Our waitress was extremely rude to my autistic sister who just wanted to know why she needed to have eggs with her meal. Once our food arrived, we found short, curly, orange hair in our pancakes. We got vanilla milkshakes that tasted like bleach and the whipped cream smelt and tasted like the fungus on my grandmas big toe. Later that day, we had all gotten sick.

I love the ambiance of the restaurant. Perkins is the perfect place to stop and feast after any event like football games and basketball games. There is so many memories that I have made at Perkins with my friends. It is a magical place. My favorite employee at Perkins is Tim the manager. He is so wonderful and nice. Nailed it! Thanks for taking allergies seriously. My wife can't have soy and today she got to eat eggs, bacon and a pancake because the cook thought outside the box... She asked if they could make the meal soy-free (the spray contains soybean oil) and the cook not only did that for me, but he cleaned the griddle completely before "dry frying" my food.

I hate leaving a poor review, this used to be our favorite place. This is 2d time in a row that our food took forever to arrive. It didn't seem all that busy but still took almost an hour for the food to come. Waitress said they only had one cook and had lots of take out orders backed up. By the way, we were close enough to the entrance so we could hear that almost every takeout order had a problem. My soup and BLT were good but my wifes scrambled eggs were liquidity and half cooked. Dinner with my son on Wednesday night. It was busier than usual. Staff was extremely welcoming and attentive.
Never had the steak before and gave it a try because I’m doing keto. I noticed there was a steak n eggs option for breakfast, but wondered if I could get dinner sides instead of breakfast sides. Decided to get some food with my girlfriend after we both got done with work on second shift and even in Appleton there aren't many options anymore for late night dining. Perkins is still open until midnight during the week and their quality of service hasn't gone down at all since I last went there about 5 years ago. We got there kind of late which I know can be annoying for restaurant staff especially late at night but the service was fast, the food was great, and they were still friendly and welcoming even though they were closing soon and probably rushing to get everything done and get home. They had a winter savings coupon book for $1 that has saved us over $30 in just two visits. I'll definitely be going back, it's our new late night stop for food after work.

Regional Manager Daniel in Appleton, WI went above and beyond today on 🎄Christmas Day! While making his rounds to thank his employees, he ALSO personally hand delivered turkey dinners and pie to my elderly parents who were unable to drive to pick up their order! My parents said the food was delicious! THANK YOU Daniel for saving the day and helping my parents enjoy their Christmas! So wonderful to see there are still such thoughtful people in this world who truly have a heart❤️ and go out of their way to make their employees and customers happy!

Got seated and host took our drink order, waited….server finally came and took order again with food order…..still no drinks….30 mins…looks over at us and realizes he forgot us, told him to forget it and walked out!!!!!
