Business is open until 12 but has no staff to keep up with customers. They kept telling me the food would be done soon. The wait would have been fine, I understood. What warranted the low stars 1. Another couple was served before us despite arriving after. Admittedly, I did leave the restaurant at one point, assuming I wasn't getting this food. I wasn't gone 5 minutes when my sister convinced me to return. They tell me the food is still "almost" done. Fine. 2. The manager gets annoyed bc she has to punch my food back into the system. 3. Holds my food away from me, I assume she thought I was going to walk away with it 4. Audibly sighs when I ask to check my food. 5. Food is actually horrible. My french toast wasn't cooked all the way, the eggs were also undercooked. Also, the rug was sticky. My shoes would stick to the floor as I walked.

My family use to be a weekly customers for our breakfast on the weekends, but now twice at this place, i wait to be seated and everyone looks at us but noone comes to greet or seat you. When i sit myself and my family, we have waited even longer for someone to come not mentioning they acknowledge us but choose not to get our table. When i ask for a waitress i have gotten nothing but attitude. This place needs to do better with their poor service. If you need a quick place to get lunch or dinner, you can never go wrong at Perkins. All of their dishes are great. I think they’re turkey dinners are amazing. The chicken pot pies are also fantastic but often sell out. What they’re really known for though is their desserts. They make their pies fresh every day at the restaurant and they are amazing. Boston cream pieis amazing. They also have chocolate mousse pie. That’s equally great.

Hard to believe this restaurant is still in business. Arrived at 2 pm, only a few cars in parking a lot. Walked in, no employees to be seen, anywhere. Waited 2-3 minutes, then a second party of customers came through the door, they continued to wait along with us. It was rather warm inside too, for a late September day. After another 2-3 minutes, still no employees to be seen anywhere, we stepped into the dining room, only a few tables were occupied. One of our group then walked into the kitchen to see if any one was there, that got their attention, OSHA rules ? A waitress came out and got us seated. We needed a minute or two to study the menu and conveyed that to the waitress. After ten minutes, we flagged her down, she took our order, and brought our beverages. There was enough coffee residue on the outside of the coffee pot to fill half a cup, disgusting. Then we began to notice all the food scraps on the floor under our and many nearby tables. About that time a large party came in with two dogs and were seated nearby. We wondered if they come in frequently so that their dogs can fill up (saves a lot of $ on gourmet dog cuisine ..... ). We finished eating and waited and waited, no check. We got up and headed towards the door, that got their attention, the waitress came running and plopped down our check just as the cashier came along. Hard to believe this restaurant is still in business.....

We have stopped at this location regularly through the last 3 decades. Lately the quality has tanked. Food often cold and taste “off.” Wrong orders. Service slow. Last visit 4/09/24.
We can still go to the East side, Oshkosh or Manitowoc for our Perkins fix. Sheboygan closed for these reasons.

After 20 minutes I got up to leave and finally someone came. The wait staff spent much of their time in the kitchen area and the host was on his phone. He never acknowledged me when I stopped to put on my coat. I went across the street and got a drive through burger and at in the car on the way to the venue. Disappointed in the lack of customer awareness. Sorry
