They closed at midnight. Called ahead at 11:52, we were only 2 minutes away. Asked if they could box up 6 muffins and I would be right there cuz I knew they were closing. They answered the phone and said no, kitchen was closed and the drawer was put away. By this time, we had already drove by and all lights were on and still open. How frustrating!! Took my Mother out for dinner for Mother's day. When we arrived there was 5 or maybe 6 couples in the entire place.
We were seated right away.
Then after about a half hour we had to go to the hostess and ask when the someone would come over to our table. Still took another 10 minutes before he came over.
After ordering two very simple meals I set a stopwatch just to see . 31.34 minutes and they finally brought it out after we said we will be leaving because we were here for over an hour.
The food was just okay. Not very impressed. In fact very disappointed. Not sure if we will be coming back anytime soon.

I remember the bakery here...
I had to try it again.
This time it was much better, there was a host and a waitress, the lady who served me was professional, I received my complete food order. I didn't know they warmed the pecan pie, I didn't mind. It was delicious.
The place was busy, but my waitress didn't forget about me, thank you.
I'm glad that I gave you another chance, btw, I love your desserts, it's always an issue to choose one only.
But that's the only issue I want.

I have had 4 orders of the same thing (chicken tender meal) ordered through delivery services and never have the order consistent. The amount of fries when you order 2 sides of fries equal to about a medium fry as McDonald's or even less. The chicken tender quality varies wildly. And they have always forgotten to send sides. Who wants to eat chicken tenders dry? I am done ordering or going to any Perkins after so many issues.

First visit in while. Table was not cleaned properly. server was new and could tell but was trying her hardest to maintain her area. No support from other staff and looked like there were plenty, only thing don't know if assign by areas, but looked like they were testing her capabilities but that should not be in the account of the patrons(my opinion) . Waited for drinks and food for above normal than average waiting time. Wife asked for refill and that wasn't received until end of meal. There was a lead working but seemed to pick and chose when to help and our bill was mixed up with someone else atleast they thought. Could have asked us prior to stating other things that had nothing to do with us. Bathrooms have strong strong strong smell and that is not welcoming right before you eat. This place needs a complete change before I would consider going back. The waitress that served us was upfront on being be so this experience should not be taken against her. Food price was not worth based on quality, need to bring back the accountability. When we pulled up majority of staff was outside, understanding breaks happen. Just seemed odd

I ordered through DoorDash. My experience ordering from Perkins Restaurant and Bakery was excellent. My family’s order consisted of the top sirloin steak with fries and green beans, the everything omelet with hash browns topped with cheese and wheat toast, and the kid’s grilled cheese with a side of bacon. All of the meals with hot, fresh, and delicious. My order was the everything omelet and it was cooked to perfection as well as the hash browns with cheese. The toppings on the omelet tasted very fresh and the cheese added delicious flavor. I highly recommend ordering from Perkins. You will not be disappointed.

I had to wait a long time to have my order taken, I had to wait a long time to get my food. My silverware had food particles on it. I had to use my one napkin and my drinking water to clean the food particles off my silverware. My French toast meal came with bacon; they weren't bad but they were tiny. I really like French toast, this French toast had a weird taste. I had concerns of the safety of eating it. If I get sick, I will write another review. I think they should have their dishwasher checked. I thought I heard one of the staff say they were short-handed. I say that because they were not that busy but service was slow. In the past I've enjoyed eating at Perkins except for their coffee which is garbage and grossly overpriced. This experience deeply undermined my confidence in this restaurant chain.

Spent about an hour in Perkins tonight and only about 10 minutes of that was spent eating. The other 50 minutes was spent waiting for a waitress, waiting for our food and then more waiting when the food came out partially frozen still. The floor was disgusting and the high chair was even worse than the floor. Perkins has been declining in quality for quite some time already but this was by far the worst experience Ive had there. By the time my food came out (actually cooked), my whole family had already been done eating 20 minutes prior and waiting so long that we had to take our kids home. I didnt even get the chance to eat what I waited all that time for. Disappointing experience to say the least and we wont be returning.

Very over priced for the portion size. My asparagus was cold, but the waitress didn't offer to replace it. She just made excuses. A glass of soda is over $3.00. At the register, you are forced to enter a tip. 18% is the lowest, or you can choose not to leave a tip. Since I didn't have any cash on me, I didn't want to be a jerk and not leave a tip, so I chose the 18%. My total cost was $16.74 from the senior menu for a small piece of chicken, 5 pieces of cold asparagus, a small bowl of fruit, and a soda. I'll never go back.

The waitress never put our order and then came and took our order again. Along came another waitress and asked what we ordered. An hour later we recieved our food with the wrong dipping sauce. When I asked for the correct sauce the waitress told me I could have said that in the first place. The second waitress was very rude. They were not busy. 4 cars in the parking lot plus us. We had a fruit fly after our food the entire time. Second time in a row we had horrible service on the East side. Not going back. The table next to us had a similar experience. We could hear the kitchen staff yelling to the waitress about the order she took for the table next to us. Very unprofessional staff. The front entrance floor was very sticky but they did wash it prior to us leaving.

I LOVE Perkins!!! My favorite restaurant of all time and every time I come here I enjoy the food, friends, service, and atmosphere. It’s a tradition at this point! Bummed that my city doesn’t have any Perkins anymore because it’s so good. This particular location is where I always go with my friends after Kitsune Con and it’s always lovely! I recommend it!!! Waited over an hour for not to get served food, kitchen staff was just yelling the entire time, no one in restaurant got food several tables walked out also, heard from one table waited over 2 hours and no food. If you can't control your staff send them home and fire them. Close the place if don't have staff that is willing to work. Wasted our time with very few options open late in the day.
