Food was good, my server on the other hand seemed like it was a bother to help me. Ordered pancakes with my meal and she never brought them to me. Sucks for her as I typically tip 30% or more, well she got no tip since she couldn't be bothered to bring me my full order.

Haven’t been to Perkins in a while. Was greeted with friendly person who sat us. Our waitress introduced herself as Crystal with a smile and personality that shined like the sunshine! I stopped in to have breakfast for lunch. I ordered from the 55+ menu and had an egg, 2 strips of bacon, breakfast potatoes and a chocolate chocolate chip mammoth muffin. Everything was wonderful, including the service and the cleanliness. I'll definitely be back. I love the all day breakfast menu!

I ordered the Wild Berry pie on the phone to be picked up the next day. Ashley (I hope I have the name right) said she wasn't sure if that pie was being freshly made when I needed it. But she would check and call me back. Well, she did exactly that, for which I was grateful. I got my pie the next day, and she waited on me when through the door. Before I could speak, she asked if I was there to pick up a pie. Yup, that was me. I thanked her for her follow-through in getting back to me the day before. By the way, the pie was so very delicious!! I highly recommend it.

We were seated after a couple minutes, one waitress took our drink order and said someone would be out to take our order. After 10 minutes, another waitress showed up and our soft drinks were delivered and our lunch order was taken. 15 minutes later, an order was brought to our table but it was for the couple at the table next to ours that had arrived 15 minutes after we did...
5 minutes later, our waitress came back and said that the kitchen did not get our order.
We asked for clarification, she apologized and said she did not place our order.
We left.

Perkins is Perkins is Perkins. We all know not to expect great things, but...

We wanted a cheap breakfast, and the TV has been showing the 5 under $5 deal every 5 minutes. $5 for 1 egg, 2 pancakes, and 2 strips of bacon. Just what we wanted.

We waited longer than we should have to be seated. There was no one at the front of the restaurant. Once we were seated, we were taken care of, sort of. The server was very nice, but when we showed the 5 under $5 deal on their website, she said they stopped offering it a week ago. She was nice and helped us with some other specials, but how do you not honor a deal that is being shown on TV and is offered on the Perkins website for the Hudson restaurant? When the food arrived, it was barely even warm. The pancakes would not even melt butter. One order of pancakes had a hair cooked into it.

Lesson learned. Perkins is not the place for us.

There were five of us three adults two boys ages 6 and 7 . We arrived about 11:20am waited at least ten or more minutes before we were greeted and seated. There was plenty of seating in the main dining area but we were seated in the back room which was completely empty of customers.our drink order was taken right away but it took at least 15 minutes to get our drinks and then the server said she would be right back to take our order which was another fifteen minutes. After placing our order it was 20 minutes before we received our food and at no time not once were we offered refills on our drinks or asked if our food was good or if we needed anything. We needed napkins and refills which we never received. We had to ask twice for our bill and that was if we even saw our server. The food was good and the temperature was good but the service was awful. Had it not been for the boys being so hungry we would have left after waiting 30 minutes to be seated and order our food. The worst thing was the restaurant was not super busy.

The food took a long time to get after we ordered. It was not busy so I am not sure what the hold up was. We came in on a Tuesday morning at 8:30. Once we got the food out waitress said she would be right back with syrup and she never came back with any nor around to ask her for some. We ended up walking over to a table that had left and grabbing the syrup off that table. One piece of French toast was good my second piece was not cooked long enough the inside was still all eggy and not cooked. Otherwise the rest of the food was good. Our waitress never came back to ask how our food was or is we needed anything else. Just not happy with the extremely slow service and lack of service.

Light fixture over the table was filthy, food came out cold with a handful of cold Shredded cheese, waitress took back my whole plate of food, including toast and put it in the microwave and brought it back out. Super bad idea to put all that in the microwave, should have made fresh food so my toast wasn't a brick. Manager saw it and never said a would until I brought it up to him at the counter. I even had a chunk of green pepper on my eggs. I despise green pepper. Terrible food, Terrible mgt. Will not be going back. We should have went to Dennys.

Went to eat at this Perkins three separate times when the Google site hours said they were open. Always an hour before closing…walked in the door and was told each time they were closed and decided to close early. Either change your hours and close at that time, or stay open until the hours listed on your site!!!!!!!!!!! So very frustrating!!!!

So... usually love eating here service is usually great.... but for some reasons today the services was so poor... waited to long for drinks.. food was fast but the server that brought out the food was not graceful at all spilled coffee on my pancakes didn't say anything... and kinda just threw everything down.... then proceeded to flag down the server for quite a while because he never stopped back to check if everything was fine.... which wasn't because I was waiting for something else for the food so by the time we got his attention I had to eat cold food....
