Staff did not pack my food when I ordered from DoorDash, and were blunt and rude when I called to ask about it. They told me that I didn't "look" in the bag when I only got 2 items out of the 3 I ordered. Only sent me bakery, not my actual dinner.

Perkins what happened to you! Went out for a Sunday brunch. Took over an hour to get food, and after taking our order we were totally ignoring by the server. Finally complained to manager who said she was sorry but only compet us 25% off bill. Previously always had much better service than this.

Having frequented numerous Perkins locations across several states, I've observed a concerning trend: a decline in value and quality. My recent visit, prompted by an overcrowded IHOP, led me to reconsider Perkins as a reliable breakfast option.
While Perkins has its standout items, the pricing has become exorbitant. A single Belgian waffle, without any accompanying sides, cost me approximately $15 after tax. My companion's "healthier" Cali eggs Benedict, despite substituting potatoes with greens, neared $20. The roasted tomatoes were far from fresh, the greens were soggy, and the eggs were overcooked. Such prices demand a higher standard of culinary execution, which was clearly lacking.
Perkins, once a beacon of American Southern comfort food, is now struggling to stay afloat by inflating prices, which ultimately hurts both customers and waitstaff. I hope corporate takes note: Perkins needs to rediscover its roots as an affordable, cozy place where people can enjoy good food and comforting treats.

We travel through this area twice a year. Today we walked here from the Hampton Inn hotel. Bridget was an excellent waitress! She helped me with my questions and was very friendly. We loved our food. This was the first time I've ordered Broccoli and it wasn't mush!! Yay! I will eat here again and hope that Bridget is working!

Im going to start off I used to come here often for the past 8 years, and it has changed a lot the last couple of years I believe starting when the last GM left. But lately when I come in its been off. The managers are barely working, I see young children running from the kitchen to the register doing everything as it seems. I hear a lot of yelling in the back mostly cuss words, the food isnt the best my eggs always comes out raw. I loved coming here and now I had to drive to the other one to get a good experience.

My husband and me used to go frecuently to Perkins. it is really sad that the new administration is really bad. We were waiting for our order for almost an hour. Other people that arrive later than us, got their order before us. Why? We suspect that is because we are Hispanic people, and the other people are white American. This is the first time that some like this happened to us in Perkins. We decided no to come back there anymore.

I haven’t been to a Perkins in years. They had some good updates to the menu and all of the classics (great breakfast and pies). Special shoutout to our server (we had dinner on 4/19). Used to go to Perkins years ago but most are gone from New York. Visiting Madison area and was glad to see this one from the highway. Food was just as good as always plus you can't beat warm syrup on pancakes. Ihop still doesn't do warm syrup so gal Perkins still doing this. Food quality and quantity were perfect and I left very satisfied. Bakery had lots of muffins, cakes and donuts. Wish I had room to have them but was too full. Highly recommend coming here. I came in with my girlfriend (fyi we’re black) we were waiting at the counter to be seated when a staff member came, looked at us, didn’t say anything and left. Two other people walked in after us. Came here once with two friends at around 10:30 PM, well before closing time. We could see several people inside from the parking lot, so we went in for a late dinner. They must have seen or heard us coming in, because once we were inside, there wasn't a single other person to be found. We waited for over five minutes for someone to come seat us (or acknowledge us in any way), but nobody did, so we left. The moment we were back in the parking lot, we looked through the window and saw multiple people come out of the kitchen. They literally hid from us for over five minutes so that they wouldn't have to serve us. I've never seen anything like it.

The service was slow, the kitchen was slow, and the food was bad. One person in our party couldn’t even eat what was served. Mine skillet was poorly assembled. Walked in at 1030 last night on our way home. Before getting there we checked to see how late they were open until, midnight. As we walked in we noticed 4 cars in the parking lot. The woman behind the counter informed us she has one server who was just sat with 10 tables. One man was seated while the entire dining area was empty. I had a wonderful experience at Perkins this evening. I ordered the Turkey and dressing. The turkey was cooked perfectly, stuffing was delicious, and the side of cranberry sauce added the perfect taste. Definitely would recommend coming to this Perkins.
