Me and my girlfriend had went here to eat the other night, as the waiter asked us where we wanted to eat my girlfriend had said a nice private booth. As he shows us which booth we were getting seated at. The table had lettuce and wet cup stains . Obvious signs of the table not being cleaned. He came back to take our orders. And she had asked him to please clean our table. After that we get the menu. Well as we are figuring out what we want. We can hear the employees in the kitchen arguing about our table still in the need of a order. I think he wasnt trying to come back out and take our order after we asked for him to clean our table. So then anyway my girlfriend orders and we share... Once we were all done eating we get the rest of our stuff to go. As we went to cash register we notice that the bill is way overpriced for the food that we had purchased. So then they needed to fix our bill before paying and leaving. I feel like from the poor social skills and lack of customer service that they were offering us, that we shouldn't have paid anything for there service. I will not be returning here for further service...

Idk how they are training their employees, but the kid (he looked like he was 15) that was running the front, didn't know what he was doing. We ordered to go, but the child running the counter didn't know how to ring up our order and it took 7 minutes before he decided to get help. We were in a time restraint and those extra minutes were stressful. The food was fine. They got my order right, so that's a plus.

I want to give a huge shout out to the manager! Shes so very sweet and works her butt off every time we stop in. A few months back my card kept getting declined and I was a total wreck because being a single mom and it declining was so embarrassing. She even sat with me while I called my bank, but morale of the story, she paid for us. And now its because of her being so kind, we come back to see her! I really wish there were more people like her in this world!

Terrible customer service. My mom and sister waited for 20 minutes waiting for service, the cook (male with grey hair and short facial hair) blatantly told the waiter (female with brunette hair) to ignore them. The two then proceeded to bad mouth customers. When the waiter finally approached my mom and sister she and the cook lied and claimed it was “hard to hear in the kitchen.” These two employees talked rudely about customers who would call the restaurant and others.

Since there are no Perkins around West Bend, we decided to go to the Manitowoc Perkins on Thursday, June 26, 2025 for a late lunch. We did not get the name of the waitress (and should have) but she was phenomenal! Very personable and talked to us like we were local people. Once she realized we weren't local, she asked questions and engaged in conversation. She was quick to take our order, get us water, and bring out our food. She came back a couple of times to check on us. Meanwhile, she was running the front bakery counter and working with the takeout orders as well. She is exactly what a waitress should be and had a smile on her face the entire time! She even talked my sister into purchasing some cookies on the way out. This is so unlike most waitstaff in any type of restaurant. This woman deserves a raise!

Been to many Perkins in my day but this was by far my favorite location! Super friendly staff, food was delicious and delivered quickly. We were in town for a very HOT baseball tournament and they kept the water glasses full. My son walked out leaving his headphones on the table. We haven't been to Perkins in ages and I can't say we missed a thing... We just had dinner there this evening... upon walking in I truly wanted to walk out... Two cars in the parking lot should have been a tell tale sign. It was filthy... It smelled God awful of musty dirty yuck!!! The bakery counter was a disaster and very very slim pickings... Cinnamon rolls in a 9 x13 pan looked days old... Simply Gross!! It looked as though the booths hadn't been wiped down in ages. The carpet was filthy.. Even the glasses were nasty looking. I was going to leave less stars at first because the steak was smaller than I thought but they were so kind and accommodating. The menu showed a much larger steak than I received so I sent it back. It was $17.99 but the steak came out way smaller than a hamburger patty. It was only a sirloin. They picked up my entire bill to make me happy even though I was willing to pay for at least part of my plate. Great service!

My family and I were traveling during the Thanksgiving week and we found ourselves enjoying a meal at this restaurant on Thanksgiving (we celebrated with family the day before) on our way to the airport. Our meal was delicious! Unfortunately, I realized I left my cell phone behind when I was at the airport leaving to go home to California. I called the restaurant and explained what happened...the gentleman offered to mail me my phone without me even asking him to. I received my phone a few days later just like he said. I was touched that someone did the right thing and went out of his way when he didn't have to. Thank you so much!

I took my family to Perkins last night. We got there around 10pm. I know it was late, but they were still open. The service absolutely sucked from the start. Our waitress was rude, she was definitely trying to rush us to get out. She kept telling us "we ran out of everything", apparently they even ran out of coffee!! She told my kids to looks in the display case when they asked about desserts. When my kids returned and ordered what was in the display she told us "they ran out". You could tell she did not want to be there. When I walked up to the counter to pay I looked over at the display case and seen what my kid ordered that they were "out of", I made a comment to the waitress about it being in the case, she very rudely replied "I told you about that already". I really like the pies and desserts at Perkins, but really not worth that kind of service. I'm definitely not going back.

I wanted to take time and thank the night staff for making my wife's birthday memorable. We arrived late to the restaurant and they were closed. When I mentioned that I wanted to get a cake for my wife they immediately helped me out and got the best cake ever and the delicious cookie. My husband and I stopped in for a meal at 8:47 pm. The door hours said open til Midnight. We asked for 2 cups of coffee and one glass of water. The server told us they had stopped making coffee. After trucking all night long I thought I'd pop in here for a nice breakfast and take some home for my wife as it was 6:30 a.m. . The place was empty but one other patron. I had ordered country fried steak and eggs with the eggs ordering as over easy. Not much good I can say after that. What came to my table was too hard eggs. What looked to be paced on top of my country fried steak was past. The salt content on the steak/ gravy was all that you could taste. It wasn't savory it was hot, It certainly wasn't good. The service was was good and the woman who waited on me was very pleasant. Other than that I can't say much for this restaurant.

If the general manager, Berdell Pawelski is working LEAVE AT ONCE. We dine at Manitowoc Perkins every night. Last Wednesday, March 13, 2024 Pawelski was training a waitress. He was more concerned about how she addressed us than getting our order correct. I ordered the Fish and Shrimp and was given an empty plate. My shrimp was on my husband's plate and the fish and rice were totally missing. The waitress wrote it correctly. The cook knew he told her wrong due to our daily dining there. I heard him admit to the cook he screwed up the order. Yet he billed us for $3.99 for grilled shrimp in addition to my husband's order of sirloin steak. He did not bill my order at all. He made no effort to apologize in a timely matter. He treats the staff like dirt and is not friendly with the customers.

VICTORIA, THE ASSISTANT MANAGER, SHOULD BE THE GENERAL MANAGER. She frequently circulates around the dining room and greets customers. She is friendly yet professional.

We have been dining at Manitowoc Perkins for 7 years. If he continues to be employed there, we will find another restaurant. The rest of the staff is awesome. The cooks are great. Our bill is at least $25 to $40 nightly.

She came back with our food fairly quickly. She said she had them rush it. I asked for eggs fried hard & specified I wanted the yolks fried hard.
