I ordered curbside pickup and I was able to pickup my food in 15 minutes. Very courteous service and the food was cooked to perfection! The gentleman that assembled my order was incredibly kind. When I signed my payment slip, I commented on how much I loved his pen. When I got home, he taped the pen to the outside of my food container! Wasn't that the sweetest!! ♡

The food was great and we were asked many times by the servers if we need anything and gave us everything we could have asked for. Great place to go make sure you go before there is a rush unless you don’t mind the wait. Food was amazing they even had franks red hot sauce for my omelet. Had a bunch of EAA decorations as well which was a fun addition! I've been to quite a few Perkins restaurants in the Midwest, but the one in Oshkosh is far and away the most welcoming and accommodating to out of towners visiting for Airventure. They know the struggles of camping for a week straight... Fill our bellies with good fuel to burn through the day, help us when our phone didn't charge, and even fill our travel water bottles with a fresh supply... AND they each do it with a fantastic smile and pleasant demeanor. I look forward to returning time and again. Thank you to the wonderful people working there-see you next year!

Grilled Salmon with Rice Pilaf and Broccoli was great! Loved it! However, my Grilled Fish and Shrimp wasn't to my liking. The asparagus was half overcooked half undercooked. The Rice Pilaf was amazing 👏. But the Grilled Fish was very lake like. The Shrimp was half good half bad once again. They grilled half of it in burnt juices, and the other half (2 small shrimps) was perfect.
The Baked Potato Soup was delicious and a must try. The Tomato Basil Soup tasted like meatball sauce.
Overall, I'd say 2/5 for my food.

I took my son in for breakfast for his 6th birthday yesterday and Hannah was amazing. I didn’t tell her it was his birthday, but she heard me tell him that he could have whatever he wanted because he was the birthday boy. She went out of her way and put a candle in the whip cream on top of his pancakes. I can tell you that small gesture made his day and made his birthday.

Ordered stake ,peppers and potatoes mixture on a hot plate and the stake was chewy! It had tendons in it which my brother also had and spit 1/3 of meat out. Should have complained and get a new order,now I wish I had, but didn't want to get stressed out just because of someone's lack of interest in customer service. It just gives you a headache so I don't sweat the small stuff anymore. They won't last long even place was almost empty at 6pm. Other places were packed so we went there, big mistake!!

***i have been there a few times since my last review and while it’s good, i usually go to IHOP now. They just have way more variety not they are bad in any way HOWEVER my boyfriend wanted to go to Perkins so that’s where we went- we had a server named Adeliah (I hope I spelled it right) and she was absolutely fantastic. Recommended all kinds of stuff that I wouldn’t have thought of and her personality and attitude was electric. They need to take take pay attention to her!!!!! I used to be a waitress for seven years and she is one of the best waitresses that I’ve ever run across in my life. She’s nice she’s welcoming. She is bubbly she makes you feel like you are the only ones there and the only ones that she is serving, even though it was packed so cut to her I will come back just to see her again!!!! went there for the first time this last Saturday to meet up with my uncle whom I had not seen for over 20 years, plus my aunt and my father. We had an emotional reunion and we stayed for about 2 hours reminiscing. Never did we get a mean look for staying too long or for getting a little excited (loud). We were staying nearby and wanted to have a warm breakfast. My only complaint was the bacon came out so overcooked it smelt burnt. I did ask for it to be replaced and they did so. Just wondering how this got by the cook and waitstaff to make it to my table as it clearly way overcooked. Once that was fixed the meal was fine.

Be careful when buying baked goods. Last time I purchased cookies they were over baked. The ones in the case looked great but the ones they brought me bagged up from the kitchen looked and tasted burnt. We had the most amazing experience at a Perkins in Wisconsin only to come to the one by our home to have the worst.
The food was much later and only a couple in the entire establishment. Then the asparagus and brocoli had no flavor and almost tasted old. The salmon was dry and not seasoned much. The salad was great so one star. The waitress brought out the salad, dinner and bill at the same time. WE had no napkins, knives or asking if everything was alright? A second waitress saw we needed something and brought us napkins and then boxes that we took the fish hoping we can doctor it up at home. Then we had bought a pie at the one at Wisconsin but this one only had 5 pieces so they were going to charge 25+ for the pie that costed 15.00.

We are throughly disappointed thinking we had found a place to go and get our favorite every couple of weeks that we had missed for a couple decades when UNO's in Ft. Wayne closed. I guess we will look forward to the next time seeing our son in Wiscinsin because there is NO way we will try this again.
