This place deserves more business. I think the reason that it was so dead on a Saturday night was because of the location. It's not real visible from the road. Anyway, the food I get there is always good. I got some sort of sea food stir fry and it was great. I've been here before and it was good with other meals too. There's lots of choices! Service was quick and good. Atmosphere I really don't care about, and I didn't want to penalize the restaurant for that so I gave them 5 stars. Also, the prices were pretty reasonable. I'd highly recommend it for Vietnamese cuisine.

If this were an all-vegan restaurant this would be a 5-star review, but my vegan entree was so delicious it deserves a 5-star rating all on its own! I was looking for a place to get a vegan meal with my non-vegan family that was halfway between Bay View and Sussex and online searching brought us to Pho 4 U since it said it had a vegetarian section on its menu. Generally when a restaurant has a vegetarian section, they can make something vegan too. Luckily, there were two already-vegan dishes on their menu, so I got the Dau Hu Xao Nam and it was GREAT! I actually ate the whole thing it was that good, because usually I eat half and take the other half home, but this was so tasty I couldn't stop eating it. My family's entrees were just as good, they gobbled everything up. Wowie zowie. If I am EVER in this area again, I will definitely be stopping by. I wish they were closer to Bay View because I would be having Dau Hu Xao Nam regularly.

1st time and highly recommend. We’ve never had vietnamese food before, we had a table of 5, everyone’s app’s and meals were excellent, mine was too spicy for my likening, the owner noticed I wasn’t eating and deliver me a completely different meal and it was amazing. She also didn’t charge me. I was incredibly caught by surprised and impressed by their passion to ensure you have a good dining experience.

We sat ourselves down at the waitress' request. When we chose a table, she gave us our menu's and left us while she went to the other tables. I understand that she was alone but thing is that she's always been alone because I dine here quite frequently. I was mostly upset because after our meal. When I tried to pay, she told me my bill and when I heard the price. I thought to myself this was way too much. Come to find out that she already added tip because we had 4 people on our table with there being an automatic tip. I was not aware of this and she tried to just give me the charged receipt and not the itemized one. When confronted she tried to ignore me asking the question and I proceeded to tell her that I don't mind the 4 person or more mandatory tipping, I just wanted more transparency when it comes to charging me over 100 dollars for just 4 bowls of pho. Felt more like she was worried if she was going to get tipped rather than provide good service.

I’m giving a 1 rating only because there’s no 0. We walked in and seated ourselves. No one greeted us. Eventually the server came out to place the menus on our table and walked away. That was the last time she came over to us. After about 5 minutes a group of people ( caucasians) came in. She greeted them with a smile and brought the menus to them promptly. Less than 2 minutes later she came out to take their orders. I politely went over to ask if she forgot about us. She pointed to the people seated and said “I’m taking their order”. I said yes but we were here first and have been waiting to place our order. She looked as if to say “ok, so 🤔”. I turned to see my husband and granddaughter at the door waiting for me so we could go spend our money with someone who gave a care.

I am here to share my visit to Pho 4 U. My family and I visited this establishment on 8/1. After seating ourselves we were never greeted by the waitress. After waiting a while for the waitress who wears the hairstyle of bangs and ponytail finally brought menus to our table she immediately walked away and never returned. While continuing to wait we witnessed the waitress greet, and immediately seat a white couple and proceed to take their order. I approached her to ask is shes coming back to take our order seeing as we had been waiting for a while before thr other couple even arrived she rudely instructed me that she was taking their order and never apologized for the wait. I don’t believe in spending my hard earned money in an establishment that doesn't appreciate my business. Needless to my family left. I will be sure to pass my experience on to others.

Today my fiancé and I stopped by thinking we were in for an awesome treat! Boy were we wrong!

Everything seemed fine we ordered I of course was undecided I finally chose the chicken fried rice c2 to be exact. He ordered the beef short ribs he had no complaints about his meal. I took maybe 4 bites of my chicken fried rice and realized it had pork chunks in it. I do not consume pork or beef products so it was and is a big issue for me. The same lady everyone is talking about in the other reviews comes to the table after my fiancé let her know it was a problem and her hands in my plate to pick up the pork and says it’s not pork. They don’t have pork fried rice. We asked so why is it pork in this rice and it’s not stated on the menu that it has pork in it. She then went to the back came back and said it was beef. As a culinary graduate I know and understand Cross contamination of food is not good and very unsanitary I will never eat there again and advise you not to either! Another thing I realized is how are you cooking food in a restaurant and your restaurant doesn’t smell like good food or food at all in that matter?

I ordered the Bun Bo Hue noodles(added extra noodles) today, with shrimp spring rolls & pork potstickers as appetizers.

The shrimp spring roll was rolled nicely, and just tight enough. It came with a peanut dipping sauce, which I added Sriracha and hoisen and mixed it up to add a little heat, sweetness, and flavor. The shrimp spring roll had a nice crunch from the shredded cabbage & lettuce.

The pork potstickers was deep fried and came with a soy sauce. The pork potstickers were crunchy on the outside & tender meat on the inside.

My Main dish was Bun Bo Hue. The Pork knuckle was tender and there was plenty of assorted pork meats. I added veggies( beansprouts, shredded cabbage, basil, and jalapeños) to my bowl. Sauces I added were Sriracha, hoisen, fish sauce, chili pepper & oil, sugar, lime juice, and chili paste.

This girl gives the horrible customer service me and my bf order lemonade and sprite along with pho shrimp. She brought out the food but not the drinks…. Was in the area w/ my sister super hungry, decided to try this place as we was craving pho. Read the reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Horrible idea, should’ve listened to the reviews 😒😒. First off, they gave us the wrong pho. Both of us… Ordered pho w/ brisket, rare steak, & flank. Instead, got flank & some weird miscellaneous lookin hard meat. (In photos). The large pho is literally the same amount as a regular, just in a bigger bowl w/ a lot more broth!!! Found a plastic bag thing in my pho (in photo). Then, asked for an ingredient to add into the pho & they never brought it until I asked for the THIRD time.. plz it just gets worse it’s almost embarrassing… & THEN as we’re eating, the waiter grabs a napkin from the empty tables & starts pressing it against his lips & kept looking at the napkin as if it was bleeding or something. He then continued to serve water to the other customers right after with the damn napkin still in his hand … at this point, we just stopped eating because be so Forreal … that’s disgusting. Mind you, the folks on the other side of the restaurant saw it too, we exchanged looks the whole time… & THEN to top it off, he then kept doing the same thing with the napkin & THEN ran his mouth under the sink towards the back side (I WISH I RECORDED!! we saw everything we were too stunned to speak at this point) like literally putting his head under the faucet to catch water, swish it out, & spit it in the sink. we will never go here ever again. like ever. This place is great! I stopped in for a quick lunch with my son and everything was delish! I got the shrimp pad thai. It was packed with shrimp and fresh veggies. ordered delivery. the sauce in my noodle dish spilled out all inside the bag. it was cold by the time it arrived to me which was only like 30 minutes after i placed the order. the Styrofoam container they used for my appetizer was melted through and rough on the bottom like it had been used before and they were reusing it. very sloppy and completely made me lose my appetite...the flavor/freshness of the food wasn't phenomenal to make up for this. really disappointed.

I found a new favorite with the tapioca noodle soup, but admittedly service can be hit or miss. Would not be surprised to find out that the wait staff also help with the food preparation.

There was a menu section that I noticed for the first time offering tapioca and egg noodle soups. Taking a chance to try the tapioca noodles in the beef stew was a wise choice. It's my new favorite. The broth was flavorful and slightly spicy, with large chunks of tender cooked beef and carrot.

As for the tapioca noodles they were slippery, sticky, and had a gelatinous mouth feel that made the broth of the soup linger on the tongue. If you've ever had beef tendon in pho, the tapioca noodles had the same kind of texture. I loved it, but it may not be for everyone.

The waitress disappeared for a long time, and we were waiting a while for the check to pay our meal. When she did come out, it was with food for the big table of patrons that arrived.

Overall it was a good experience, and I'll probably be coming back for that soup

I ordered here yesterday, the pho was good so I decided to order again. Today I ordered again for take out, and the service was terrible. I ordered 2 Soda Chanh Xi Muoi & 1 fried egg roll, and they were out of both of the drinks. I asked for a refund for the drinks because they already took my money and charged my card online for the pick up order.

They said no they can’t do refunds in the restaurant. I ended up having to do 2 substitutes for the drinks. The food is good, but don’t come here unless you want bad service. Be careful ordering online or they’ll steal your money and refuse to refund it back.

Ordered #1 pho, #44 beef stew, & eggrolls. When the order came there was 3 bowls of noodles(#1pho, brisket pho, beef stew), my husband got confused so only took 2 bowls (brisket pho& beef stew) I was not there to confirm bc I took my daughter to the bathroom. I pointed it out right away when I returned and told the manager and waitress what my order was. I was offered if I still want #1pho or more meat. I declined because we will not be able to finish it. My daughter waited patiently for the eggrolls, when we were given the tab, eggrolls were not on there. At this point i didnt want to add eggrolls (again) because we will have to wait for the order. I pointed it out to the cashier and never got an apology. The manager did apologize at first for the wrong order of pho;however, I would appreciate it if they were to look at my tab because I repeated my order and apologized for the messed up. At least give somewhat discount for messing up my order. Of course my daughter still asked for her eggrolls when we left.

I can not stress to you all, my anger, disappointment, and disgust by this restaurant. I heard good things about this place, and the first time eating here just to experience this is a major loss of words to describe. Atmosphere, cleanliness and somewhat friendly when walked into but the food preparation is lacking so much. Food taste was not there. My Bahn mi was too salty, pho taste water down broth, eggroll over burned, smoothie was not sweet enough, and lo mein wasnt the greatest either. Dont believe me, then go waste your hard earn money and time like i did. I will not waste any more of my time on this review as my pictures say it all. $200+ and the first time, just to get this outcome. Hope this helps all other new customers to beware.

Food is underwhelming and expensive. We ordered an appetizer, and it got to our table less than three minutes after ordering. This told me that it was not fresh, and it tasted old upon splitting the crab Rangoon. Bubble tea (strawberry) also tasted weird. Main dishes, such as Banh Minh were ok. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT! I ordered a banh mi through Doordash for lunch. It was awhile before I was able to eat it. Once I finally did, I realized the chicken was raw right when I was about to finish the entire thing. Doordash only allowed me to get $5 back. I frequent pho4u often due to it being convenient for work. I understand mistakes happen and I never had an issue here before. I called them directly to let them know my experience. I don't think they understood me fully. They hung up on me after a long awkward pause and a goodbye. No apologies or anything. I thought about calling back to speak with a manager. But I figured, what's the use. I'll leave a review here instead. A friend ordered a banh mi recently and their pork was still raw as well. Luckily I was fine. No food poison. This place has to be ran by different ppl. The waiter is rude. I come and get beef soup all the time and I never once had it spicy or they asked me if I wanted it spicy. I told her that I was too spicy and I wanted to get a refund, mind you I only took two bites… she refused and said it will come out her pay.. I never heard of anything like that. They also said I couldn’t even get another meal in exchange. We ordered shrimp spring rolls and they gave us shrimp and beef so we also had to pay for something we didn’t order. She was so rude and act like she couldn’t understand me knowing very well she does. DO NOT GO

Despite only one person taking orders and waiting tables who took a lunch break halfway through, the service was good but the food was great and the vibes were right. Super positive experience and will def be going back when the pho cravings hit. I tried tapioca noodles and wasnt a fan just due to texture but it was still amazing.

The pho is really bland, no taste at all. Water down broth. The restroom had no soap and the trash was was full. This is in the morning. Should be clean and refill for the whole day. Go next door the other pho restaurant. It’s way better.

AMAZING!!! We came in with just a few minutes to spare before they closed. Without a blink they welcomed us and made us feel special and not like the jerks who will keep them from going home on time. We had combination Pho, grilled pork vermicelli, Ban Min, Vietnamese coffee, salted lime soda drink, egg rolls, and spring rolls. Everything tasted amazing!! Will definitely be coming back here.

The food is excellent and the main reason that I keep coming back. The decor is cute but a little quirky (there's an inexplicable decorative sign on the wall about the joys of camping). The service is good despite the restaurant seeming a bit understaffed.

I've been going here for years and have seen owners changed hands, the new owners are polite but they need to keep up with cleaning the floors tables spoons forks are dirty, menu sheets is hardly clean, and spring rolls were cheaply made and pho broth has gotten worse....

Pretty much zero service other than taking our orders and brought us food. This is a trend going on with lots of Asian restaurants, if you expect 20% tips, we expect a bit of services too.

This place is a MAJOR let down. Don’t ever come here, unless you’re drunk. It was super dusty, food on the ground, tables weren’t wiped down. Had to wait 30 minutes for a menu and food. Don’t waste your time coming here. If you want better food. Go to One24 Pho across the street.

Heard this place was supposedly good. When we arrived it took 20 minutes to receive our menus, also two groups(2 and 3) behind us had their orders taken ahead of us(3). The tables have dried sticky marks, windows are dirty, dark and gloomy with a bunch of dead lightbulbs, dust all over napkin dispenser, other tables still had plates and bowls 30 minutes after we arrived. Finally received our Pho and they have forgotten the condiments. Pho is pretty average not worth it. Just go across the street to Pho One24, better service, food, and much cleaner.

Definitely some good pho with good amount of meat, tripe, and meatballs. Great service, although our pho came out way before our appetizer. Would come back again, maybe to try other things.

Why does Milwaukee have the suckiest bahn mi. Everywhere. Saigon. Every place has cheap bread that's dry. Every place is super stingy with meat for the "Classic" version. Even with the pate. Some have no pate. $8 bucks for a meatless bahn mi?!

The pho is one of the best in Milwaukee: broth is fresh and tasty, not overly sugared, generous portions of meat, fresh ingredients.

I really liked this place. Stopped in here before indoor golf at xgolf across the street. The pho was really great, my waiter was cool, food came out quick, and the place was super clean and neat.
They have tables spaced out really far and everything is really clean if you worry about public places.
10 out of 10 I will go back! Would like to try some of the other things on the menu. They all look great, but I was on a time crunch.

I have read a lot of the reviews and I agree with them in regards to the pho broth. It was lacking in flavor. It still taste like vietnamese pho but taste less saltier than most places I been too. It taste like a diet pho if there was one available. I think if people were to try this pho it would be okay for them but compared to many pho places, unfortunately this one is more near the bottom. I feel bad about the service as well. They seem to have have been uncoordinated this night as well. I feel a little bad possibly that maybe there was a new waitress. She did not seem to know the menu as she was bringing out the food. She mentioned to us that she was not sure what she was bringing out. Unfortunately it wasn't our food. The food was mistaken three times. Unfortunately my wife did not get her plate because it was mixed up with a different order. It was possible we just came on a busy night as that's what the chief said. They're only seem to be two waitresses at the time and the tables look to be about 70% full. Hopefully we can give this place another shot but we had a first bad experience.

Pho broth very disappointing, no depth of flavor at all. Stingy with veggie toppings. Several dishes ordered and the lack of balance in flavors was consistent throughout. Spring rolls looked like a kindergarten rolled them. Wish there was something positive to say about the 8 dishes we ordered on a Sunday afternoon. If you're a pho connoisseur, do yourself a favor and skip this one.

I was looking for Pad Thai closest to me on Door Dash with the shortest wait, and stumbled on this restaurant. I had zero expectations since I have been disappointed with any local Pad Thai I have tried….and I was blown away. Such good flavor and just the right spice. We have been back twice already and looking forward to trying new dishes I have never tried. Highly recommend!

Awful service. Upon arrival, no one greeted us and we stood around for a few minutes. We took a seat and we had to wave someone down for menus. After looking at the menus (about 20 minutes) we had to wave someone down and our waitress realized we didn't have water yet. She was kind but the service was lacking. My large pho was tasty but there was a fruit fly and a piece of hair in it and the portion was disappointingly small for a large. We didn't bother asking for a new bowl since it would come from the same batch of broth anyway. Our lychee boba tea was super watery and had no flavor. The honey dew boba tasted fine so I asked for a different flavor in replace of the lychee boba tea. The waitress insisted that she can make it again. We let her and she put extra syrup but the flavor was still lacking. Worse lychee boba tea ever. Not to mention how lousy the bobas were. They were either not fresh or was under cooked. Portions were small. Spent $80 for food that wasn't worth it. ordered pho, pad thai, spring rolls, fried spring rolls, chicken wings with fried rice (+$3.00 for fried rice that was still white and had eggs cooked with only.) I don't know how it has 4.6 stars. 😡😡😡 This is not a fake review!!! The owner has replied on many reviews that the bad reviews are other businesses or affiliated with the previous owners. Avoid this place at all cost!!

Edit- please improve by taking your customer's reviews seriously instead of sitting behind a screen and making excuses. If you are the older man gathering to go entrees, how about helping your staff when they are scurrying around trying to being food out, fill water, etc. One of your staff even took a corner and fell and spilled water on the floor. The divider you had fell over and hit him too. Water spilled on the floor and I was concerned for your customers that was walking to and from the bathroom. Improve by taking your customer's reviews seriously. Not by saying they are fake. Here is a pic to show you that it's 4.6, not 4.7. we will not be returning and will tell our friends and families to avoid you too. Disappointed.

I absolutely love this place! I moved to the area last year and I ended up find this place when I was craving some pho. Since then I have been coming here 2-3x a month. The service is great too.
