Pho and egg rolls are phenomimal. However, there are a laundry list of things that lack with this restaurant.

1) They never serve plates with appetizers. Additionally, everytime I have dined in.. I receive my apps at the same time as my pho.. which defeats the purpose of enjoying an appitizer before my meal.

2) At times the tables can be greasy and dirty and when asked if it can be cleaned.. I’ve received rude smirks and a sense of feeling like I’m asking for too much.

3) Forever having to ask the server for more water, as water is not ever really topped off during dining.

4) The Vietnamese gentlemen that always wears the banana is beyond RUDE and not friendly what so ever. Seems like he hates his job and doesn’t bother to do his job. (Never asks how food is, never asks if you need anything, you have to flag him down just for the check, doesn’t pre bus dishes off the table, etc)

Overall .. I keep coming because the food is good but everything else is awful and makes the experience suck at this restaurant.

Looking for a delicious and unique flavor -try Pho Ever in Hales Corners. My son picked up an entree for me, that included shredded chicken, noodles, bean sprouts, broth, onions and some spices. It had a wonderful, fresh and healthy taste. This was enough food for two meals. I'll be back to try some other entrees.

Probably one of the worst Pho restaurants I've ever been to. The pho we ordered had so much oil floating on. My entire bowl tasted like sesame oil. I asked the waiter and he said this is how they serve it to everyone. And the summer roll's outside case was very soggy. They brought me a new one and it was the same. And they still tried charging me for it. And the crab ragoons they had there was very runny. We didn't even eat it. Me and my wife both love eating pho. Hands down the best Vietnamese coffee and Bun Bo Hue I've had compared to other places nearby! My only wish is for the coffee cup to feel half full rather than half empty, but it’s still absolutely delicious. The flavors are incredible, and the coffee is perfectly bold and rich. Even though I don't live in the area, I happily make the 30-minute drive just for this amazing combo. The prices are a little more expensive than other places but with inflation costs on food, I understand. They didn't give me the tendon pieces in my pho dac bet. (P1) that's one of the best parts of the pho.
Also, if they're busy, they don't pick up their phone even to take a carry out order. So you're left to go there and wait, that defeats the purpose of ordering carry out of ordering in advance to not sit there. Idk if I'll be back.

EDIT- Reviewing my previous review and have since tried them again in hopes something changed. Their quality and overall service is exceptional. I am happy they have bounced back from the staffing shift I have witnessed over the last few years. Great place for Pho.

Large bowls of Pho Specials and a shared Bahn Mi. An excellent meal on a cool rainy August day. Strongly recommend stopping by and enjoying the food.

BTW, the large bowls are large. Two of us walked away with another meal. On the way out a mother had a large bowl of Pho and had filled two smaller bowls for her girls AND you could hardly tell her bowl was less than delivered.

My family decided to try something new. So my Dad, 2 sisters and daughter decided on Pho Ever. Sister made a reservation in the event my son, nephew and my kids' significant others were able to make it. So anyway the 5 of us were present. Our orders were taken in a timely fashion and waters never ran dry. Dad and I got our food first followed by something none of us ordered. My 3 sisters are vegan and ordered something tofu and a plate of chicken came out. The young girl who brought the food apologized and asked what they ordered. Few minutes later the 3 vegans had their dinner. When we were full but had plenty of food sitting we awkwardly sat. Dad got up to pay the bill and came back saying something about the person wasn't authorized to give change, weird but okay. Someone came a few minutes later with the change but still no offer for boxes. So my sister hunted down the girl with the best English, she was amazing packaging it all up for us. I would say those who said the staff wasn't friendly were right on.

I came here with my family and REALLY enjoyed my food! Ordering was a teeny bit difficult because of a slight language barrier, but that's fine obviously. We didn't get checked on much, but my water cup almost always had water. My Mom's food had a hair in it which I will say was a bit off-putting. The biggest issue came when it was time to pay the bill though, I'm not sure if we were supposed to go up and ask for it (and boxes), but that's what we ended up doing because we sat and waited for quite a while for it 😅 Overall, the food is really yummy and I'd suggest to a friend!

I have to eat gluten-free due to celiac disease and was surprised to find that there were only two items on the menu I could have: the shrimp spring rolls and the tofu + veggie pho soup. I absolutely love this place. I make a 45 minute drive at least once a week to come eat here. The staff is friendly and the food is always amazing. I do recommend calling ahead of time if you’re traveling like I do. Sometimes it says they’re open online but they’re actually closed when we get there.

Edit to update: I’ve been coming here for years now and the quality was always amazing. We make the drive at least once monthly. As of the past 5 months, every visit we have there are fruit flies in my pho. I’m not sure if it’s in the pho broth itself or potentially the condiments they leave on the table. I can understand it happening once or maybe twice but literally every visit is not okay. I have only brought it to the staff attention the first time. Our entire bill was comped and I am grateful for that. I really hope my next visit, my pho is free of fruit flies, otherwise I will need to look elsewhere.

Ordered takeout for a few pho bowls, fried rice, crab Rangoon and Thai boba Tea. I was very impressed how fast they prepared and bagged all the food. They gave me a carrier for drinks and double checked everything I ordered was present. The food tasted amazing when we got home. Broth was still hot and all the bowl fixings organized and fresh. They give you a good amount of noodles for their regular size and they’re pretty generous on the meat as well! My boyfriend had gotten the Special Combination fried rice and that was also super yummy! We also got some spring rolls and fried chicken dumplings on the side and that was good. I am a true believe that how clean a restaurant bathroom is to how well prepare or clean the kitchen is. With that said this bathroom did not have any paper towel to dry your hands after finish washing your hand. Also it is only one bathroom. I feel there should be a law that a restaurant can not have only one bathroom stall, when they have a big dine in area. The lightning in the restaurant is very dim to where you can barley see your food. The pho broth is very bland. Not sure what the people in review is eating but they must never had good pho before. I come here every couples months. They are my go-to place when I have a migraine or hangover symptoms or just feel like I can’t cook for myself. Pho Ever has a home cooked feel. Their Shaken Clay Chicken has a light flavorful sauce/spice and lots of veggies cooked perfectly. The chicken is white meat! Smells great too. Their crab Rangoon have a light crisp shell and their dippings sauces are perfect. Nothing is overly sugary like other places. Their boba pearls are chewy and taste fresh. I’ve tried several places now and Pho Ever is hands-down the BEST place in the Metro Milwaukee area for chicken pho!!! Fast and does have an order-ahead option. Amazing grilled pork rolls, we get these everytime. They aren't marked as being gluten free, but I've never had an issue with them. Good Pho, as well. Small but clean inside eating area.

I'm so glad that rude waitress is no longer there. I come back here because this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the area. I'm from CA where there's the biggest Vietnamese community and this restaurant would rank up there with some of the best pho restaurants. Their bun thit nuong cha gio is also really good!

Looking at the reviews for pho places, I immediately went here. Lots of other places have cut back on quality and portions since the pandemic but this place did not disappoint! People were ordering food to go and enough people dined in. Loved their spice 🌶 . Will be back .

I always get the Spicy Lemongrass chicken. I don't think it's on the menu, but they have lemongrass pork, so they always make it for me. Spicy, colorful, healthy, and full of vegetables, I've never been disappointed. Their bubble tea is also good, and their Bahn Mi sandwiches are very good. I haven't had anything else there. The service is always good and the people are super friendly. Prices and portions have stayed reasonable through Bidinflation. So far...

The vegan pho was absolutely delicious (must specify veggie broth when ordering pho tofu, as the default broth is beef). I highly recommend it (but bring a bib)!

First time ordering from here. By far the worst vermicelli noodle dish I have ever had, DN4 . Only had a pinch of pork, very small shrimp , lots of lettuces . No carrots or peanuts like other restaurant. Very bland, no flavor.

For the love of food, try the crispy quail, Cajun chicken fried rice, pork ban mi sandwich and soft noodles chicken. Also HIGHLY recommend the Thai iced Boba tea.

From out of town drove 20minutes to get there at about 10 am, but the restaurant was closed. We decided to drive around for a little bit and came back at 10:30 am still not open. Don't say you open at 10 am but in fact, do not! Very disappointed!
