Last time ordering from them. Found a steel wire from cleaning brush in my fried rice (picture attached). We order here a lot cause it’s convenient & pho is good, but this is the last time. Delivery is always a mess, sauce leaks & soup spills. They’re stingy with noodles if you order non-soup noodles. They are consistent & convenient for families short on time. Not worth it anymore

If you’re Vietnamese or used to eating good pho, you’ll be disappointed. This pho is not bad - it’s actually the first broth I’ve found in the Milwaukee area that isn’t sweet (like many of the local Hmong population here seem to enjoy) and crazy expensive. But it’s not great. The broth is savory, but lacks depth or proper seasonings. It tastes watered down.

For a mediocre bowl of pho, it scratched an itch. 2 stars for the pho - 1 for not being a sweet broth, and 1 star for the price. At around $15 (plus $1 surcharge for a large bowl), I got a really decent amount of noodles and meat that I was able to split into 3 whole meals. The banh mi adds an additional 1 star - I am a bit sad they don’t sell cold cut banh mi, but they stuff the sandwiches with plenty of well seasoned meat and toast the bread :) overall I don’t think this is going to be my “go-to” pho spot, but if I get desperate enough from a craving, this will do for now.

Wonderful pho, Bahn mi, and vermicelli. The fresh spring rolls here are not my favorite, but the egg rolls are quite dreamy. The dine in experience is just right for a Vietnamese spot. Not too fancy or pretentious, not too perfect. Just right. If you know, you know.

The lady who took my order was very nice , I got the chicken pho with shrimp added with veggies the chicken was extremely dry to the point it tasted like cardboard, I asked if I could take the chicken out just for just shrimp I was told no and basically wasted 30 dollars . It’s been a while since I’ve been here but my husband and I stopped by to grab a quick lunch together the other day & the food was not a disappointment. Pho was perfect & I noticed their noodles are different from other restaurants. Their noodles have a chewy yet bouncy consistency to it—which makes it even more enjoyable.

Wings are also part of their daily special menu & it didn’t disappoint either. Service was great, food was great, well worth a visit.

Got pho and spring rolls. Their spring rolls are bagged 45% shredded lettuce, 5% shrimp halves, and 50% vermicelli noodles in a wrapper. For $7-8, add a slice of cucumber at least!?? The pho noodles were over cooked. They broke at the slightest amount of tension and clumped together. The two basics of a pho restaurant, failed on. I am worried for the rest of their menu.

Been here a couple times-overall, average pho place. I would say that the broth lacked the flavour profile that typical pho is expected to have. Towards the end (when all the noodles and such are eaten), for some reason the broth itself tasted really powdery and that texture/consistency threw off the soup base. But would recommend ordering the sweet banana rolls for the table! Just be aware that they may shy you short of how many comes in an order because we were short handed based on how many pieces the menu said we would get! Disappointed about that

Placed is beautiful so I expected great things. I just moved to this area so was looking for a new pho place. I got my pho for take out and when I got home the “brisket” that I got was only fat I will add picture for proof there was no meat on it. The older Hispanic waitress at this restaurant is RUDE! We have been going to this place almost every weekend for a year now. And every time we go, she always seems to be irritated and in a bad mood. Our experiences with her have not been very pleasant at all. During our most recent visit, when we had found hair in our pho, she insisted that we had done it intentionally to get more food/a discount. Instead of addressing and fixing the problem that came from the kitchen, she saw that it was a better solution to confront us in front of all of the other customers and accuse us of lying. We will not be going anymore to this restaurant. The pho at this location is good, but don’t go to this place if you’re expecting good customer service. The lack of employee training is super obvious, so don’t be surprised if what happened to us happens to you. 0/10 would highly not recommended. Avoid this place is possible.

I have dined here countless times. The customer service here is horrendous and totally unfriendly. I am directly speaking about the HISPANIC LADY. She is rude and arrogant. One time, we told her we did not want to split the check, she rolled her eyes, and gave us a sigh… We went there today, reached the door, and she asked us, “5 bowls of #1?!!”, already. She did not give us time. After ordering, we were served with five bowls of pho. My sister noticed a strand of hair in the pho, deep in the bowl. I'm a regular customer at this restaurant. I recently ordered a bowl of pho and found a strand of hair in my food right after eating. I informed the waitress of the situation. She apologized and asked if I wanted to replace it but I respectfully declined because I didn't want to take the chance of getting another bowl with hair in it. A friend of mine came in for dinner tonight to celebrate my birthday. We came in, waited in the front to be seated. We were sat and everything was fine until our server came. I never got a name from her but she was extremely rude. I am a server myself so I understand it can be difficult to keep a smile on your face all day. She said nothing when setting our food down, we said please and thank you. We were very respectful. There also was a family that came in and she yelled at them for seating themselves. I know that is annoying because I’m a server too, however, scolding PAYING customers is never appropriate. I have celiac a severe wheat, barely, and rye allergy. I asked if the pad Thai was gluten free. She did not know what gluten was, and when I told her she said everything on the menu I can eat. That is not true what so ever. She also made it seem that it was an inconvenience for me to have allergies. Once again, as a server I know it can be frustrating but the least she could have done is ask the kitchen what is safe and not safe. Since she did not ask the kitchen, I now have hives, stomach problems and a full blown allergic reaction. I have gone to many restaurants and have never had a problem as the server was always educated on allergies. I have never had a server be so disrespectful and not caring of the well being of a customer. There are some people with celiac where their throat closes up, she’s lucky that’s not my case otherwise there would be bigger problems. There was another server there who started helping out, she on the other hand was very sweet and helpful, she gave amazing service. The food was very good, and the setting was nice.

I’m truly disheartened by this review because I once was a loyal customer. I would literally go here weekly for the Pho but on June 28th Iafter consuming 90% of my food I noticed a dead roach floating in my broth. Idk if this page belongs to the previous owner or the current one but I was there for Mother’s Day with my family. It was quite disappointing. This was not my first time at this restaurant. We’ve been coming here since the original owners opened throughout the changes of all of the new owners. Idk how many times this place has changed but one things for sure. The Hispanic woman who seems to be the person in charge was very unpleasant. I know at one point, in their Bun Bo Hue, there were blood curd cubes. I had asked for them to hold the blood curd cubes and the waiter had no idea what I was talking about. He sent the woman in charge over. She looked totally offended when I was telling her I didn’t want the curd cubes. She said they don’t put the blood curd cubes in their bun bo hue. I said ok. She stared me down and walked away. When our food came up, there was a piece of hair on my son’s rice. I took the plate up to the cashier because she was the only one there at the moment and had asked her to get me new rice. I left the hair there so they can see that I’m not lying. The lady in charge came up to me and said “what wrong now?” I told her there was a strand of black hair on my rice. She said it wasn’t a big deal and they’ll just replace the rice. I told her it was a big deal because it shows they’re not taking sanitary precautions. She just walked away. I ate my noodles which tasted fine. I took a small bite of the chunk of pork in my noodles and it tasted weird so I took it out and put it aside. Before I left the restaurant, I felt uneasy, dizzy, and nauseous. By the time I got home, everything was coming out of both ends. Figured I had food poisoning. So for the rest of my night, I was sick. I’ve never had service this bad from this restaurant before. Never going back.

The manager was extremely rude when I called to complain that condiments weren’t in my bag when putting in a complaint over the phone. As all pho lovers know the best thing about pho is being able to make your noodles as you please, spicy , none spicy , sweet etc… not only did my pho not come with anything to make it to my liking while placing a to go order but I asked for spicy material on side for my Chicken fried rice which was told to me that could happen but that wasn’t in there neither. I asked some type of compensation for the inconvenience of my order and the manager notify me that she could not compensate me or give me a refund and that I could put in a complaint. As someone that works as customer service you should NEVER give a paying customer an argument when they feel something wasn’t done right in THEIR establishment. Situation On Food : My boyfriend had Korean BBQ ribs, and it was raw on the inside. Used to be so good. We had two pho at first and it was sour so we switched to the Korean BBQ ribs.

Cute atmosphere and decorations. Enjoyed the Christmas music Playlist they had playing while we were there. It was short staff and busy so we never got our waters refilled or anyone checking in to see if the food was okay. I ordered spring rolls and had to ask for the peanut sauce that it normally comes with. The portion size for the large pho was good though. Customer service was almost nonexistent here on our visit. We saw the waitress twice - once to take our order and second when she brought out our food. That was it. Our drinks never came. Couldn’t flag down our waitress to ask because we couldn’t find her. Asked another worker and they said they would check. Ultimately, we never got our drinks, which was a big bummer for my kids. We got our meat balls in separate bowl but they claim stop selling pho with tripe 2 years ago, when we just ate 2 months ago and they do have tripe in it. And we over heard the customer next to us got wrong order also. We noticed the flavor little changes.

This is a "large" order of pho. As others have stated there is an undisclosed fee for to-go. Pho itself is super bland. $15 for two small bowls of soup that weren't anything to write home about. I think I'm going to stick with Pho Saigon or Pho 4 U

Nothing about the takeout was right. I gave a specific time when the order should be ready and received a message stating it would be ready in 40 minutes instead of 3 hours as I requested, I tipped them 20% just to walk in to find out they didn’t even start my order. After I picked up my order I received another message stating that my order will be ready soon. They didn’t do anything to make it right or to make me want to go back there. Very disappointing.

Called to place an order over the phone and was instantly put on hold. I waited for 15 mins on hold and someone hung up. I called back and no answer. This is terrible customer service. Phone orders should be just as important as the others. So one start for them!!

This place was so good! It is definitely a hidden gem. I love the broth and the noodles were perfect. It is so filling, but i wish i got a large pho! I also got a spring roll with peanut sauce. the sauce was a little sweet, but other than that, i would order it again.

The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. We placed an order through DoorDash, but didn’t receive two of the five items. I called and just wanted to come and pick it up since that was MY whole meal. They told me I could come pick it up if I paid for it again because they INSISTED that they gave it to the driver. Regardless I never received the items and in the managers mind it’s the customers responsibility to pay for items they did not get. Very disappointed because we order from here all the time, but will never order from here again after being disrespected by the manager so much. We also have a picture from DoorDash proving we had no beverage or any container that looked like soup AS WELL AS the printed receipt from the restaurant that claimed they gave us all the items, but only three of the five are printed on there. Very disappointing.

Dine in is always good. I've ordered take out numerous times and that's always messed up. Service in the restaurant is always quick and efficient. The beef broth in their PHO in my opinion is the best around. Clear and flavorful broth that doesn't need much fish sauce. They have plenty of the condiments on the table so just add as much chili oil you want. If you like extra limes, just ask... they just come right back with them with no issues. I have not had a bad meal dining in. Take out you might have some condiment missing or sauce missing but even if it's incomplete, their dishes are always flavorful that you don't need much. The parking might be a little tricky during times. It seems like they are busy but it's the CULVER'S drive through that blocks the entrance. Just park a little further to the western part of the parking lot. It will be easier to exit out as well.

My family and I went here for dinner. The beef and chicken was delicious!! And that's coming from someone who is picky with who makes my pho! Their eggrolls were good too, flavorful than most restaurants. The only complaints I have are, we ordered the fried with the BBQ pork, Chinese sausage and shrimp, instead we got the BBQ pork fried rice only. They lacked in service. We came right when it was dying down from a busy dinner service (assuming that we did), but that gives it no right to not attend to us. They came and asked to refill the water once, while all of our cups were still full. Once we got our food, nobody came and asked if everything was going good or asked for refill on refreshments. It was frustrating to see the staffs walk back and forth from other tables to the back and not coming to our table at all (we sat at the tables on the right by the windows).
They lagged on cleaning the tables so it felt kind of off, just eating while seeing multiple tables left with dirty dishes.

Because the food was great we'd definitely come back, but probably on the non-busy hours.

The time I was there, only one person worked at the cash counter and serving foods and host customers to seat. I waited to pay my food at the cash counter more than 15 minutes. They should have enough people work to prevent customers waiting.

Food is by far great! Been here for many years. There's alot of complaints about this restaurant with either how pho tastes or being too picky about how you get served with water bla bla bla. People have different taste in food. So, if you don't like it. Go somewhere else. Not everyone has the same taste buds in everything. If you don't like the services they give you then (A) either go early when they first open in the morning so they can serve you faster or better (B) if you want to get treated like a queen go find another classy spot. It's not their fault they are short staffed. Sometimes being short staffed can't be controlled.

Not true Vietnamese pho, more of a watered down version. Meat quality was okay but the broth itself was bland, no pho flavor. The egg rolls had so little ground pork in them that it wasn't visible. Spring rolls were big but 90% noodles. Hard pass if you want real Vietnamese food.

Been here multiple times over the years and their delicious food is always consistently high quality! Great pho, love the vermicelli rice noodles with beef and egg rolls and the fried eggplant is something even my 4yr old loves! My only complaint is that sometimes the best bubble tea flavors are sold out but it just shows how popular they are! 🤗 Also always had great service and they are considerate with requests!

Today was the fifth or sixth time I've visited this establishment and I continue to be very happy with the service and the food. We will either take out or dine in and the food tastes just as good in both cases. The service is exactly what I expect from this restaurant; always fast, efficient, and friendly. This is a great place for Phō.

I've been asked by Google to update my review, so I shall. I have visited this restaurant twice now for pickup, but important elements of my order have been forgotten. I placed a Phō order for takeout, asking for the +$1 large option. Both times, I did not receive the "large" that I paid for. I'm a bit disappointed, but the Phō is still as tasty as ever. I won't change my 5-star rating (yet!).
