My biggest complaints are the portions. We had the King size pho and sadly too much broth and not enough noodles; the laab portions was ok only (more like equivalent to $7); and the worst was the red curry. For $13 dollars you only get a small cup portion with some hard rice.

Wasn't a fan on how we were treated. Charged us 18 percent tip which is understandable but couldn't even get tables ready for us. We were the only ppl there and service was slow. They gave me day old rice or something cuz that sticky rice was HARD. Food was alright for litteral being the first ppl there in the morning.

Pho Zone is a reliable go-to for Asian cuisine in the Schofield/Weston area. The staff is always friendly, and the menu offers a modest but satisfying selection of Thai, Vietnamese, and other dishes. The king-size pho is generously portioned—easily enough for two—and their boba drinks, while a bit standard, still hit the spot. Takeout is easy, and the pho reheats well if you’ve got a longer drive. I recommend trying the beef yakisoba and a Thai tea—they’re both excellent.

This is my first time trying this place because I am out of town. My hubby and I did take out. We ordered pho, Hmong Ginger Sausage, avocado spring rolls, and eggrolls. They didn't even provide any condiments for my pho. I ended up eating my pho plain. The Hmong Ginger Sausage is listed on the menu as being served with rice. My hubby ended up eating the sausage without rice. They didn't even give us any rice. The eggrolls were a rip-off. The eggrolls is are small and plain. It wasn't worth the $7. I think it was 3cts for $7. It was not a good experience. Please show improvement in your cuisine and service.

I was recommended to try this as it was supposed to have good food. I brought my Hmong cousin and his family, we ordered a bunch of food, and we were NOT impressed. The service was kind and quick, the food was ick! The pho broth tasted old and stale, the spicy beef laab was dry and had way too many onions, and the egg rolls (will be elaborated on later). We choked down as much as possible. The orange chicken was mushy and had questionable meat quality. My pregnant wife couldn't eat more than two bites without concern of later effects. The egg rolls, the egg rolls were $24 for 12. When we got them they were maybe 3" long with noodles inside. They're supposed to be pork egg rolls. There were no vegetables just noodles with a crumble of pork. I would never pull myself to subject anyone to eating there again. Please GS specialty.... Open back up for our safety!!!

Take out, got the beef pho with extra tripe. The servings to price ratio is great, also the ingredients are all fresh and every part was very tasty and great quality.
The broth itself tastes like crack it is so good, you can taste the umami in the msg and beautiful spices, I could just drink it as a drink!
As for service the host was very kind and let me know I can fill up my own chili oil container, I walked in to place an order and the service was quick and great. Highly recommended the food here!

Went out with my friends family for dinner. Waitress was extremely rude. She came to take our order, delivered our food, and never came back, not even when we wanted the check. Our water was gone within minutes, and she never came back to refill or ask if we'd like another drink. Although the food was delicious, the waiter and atmosphere were terrible. We came in about 7:00pm. By 8 the entire place was filled with people. There was a birthday party for some person, but the place became over crowded, loud, and reeked of cigarettes. As soon as it was crowded, the workers stopped doing their jobs. I overheard a nearby customer ask for water, and they refused. On my way out, my friend and her elderly mother were SHOVED by the waiteress who had been serving us. The waitress jumped into her car and began screaming at what I presume was her father. Food was good, service was terrible. Will not be going back. 1/10 service.

I come to this town for work every January of the year. It's super cold up here, so I crave pho often. Their broth is great! They may not offer many options as other pho restaurants that I've been to, but it's perfect for me! The tripe, beef balls, and sliced beef are all I need! On their tables, they offer many different condiments for your meals. Their chilli oil has a wonderful kick, if you like spicy the way that I do. I didn't interact with the staff too much, but they were always nice the two times I've been here. Highly recommend if you're looking for warm broth in your belly!

Went there late one night for some gizzards and pho. There was a birthday party for an 80lb Hmong girl who I personally watched take 4 shots of Jameson like a freaking champ. We got offered multiple drinks from the patrons and had some awesome pho and gizzards.

This restaurant is super cozy and clean, and the Phô is awesome! They also have great options for brown sugar or popping boba drinks. The calamari is always cooked perfectly. They always keep things decorated for the season, and it really feels welcoming. Great for a date night, solo night, with family or friends!

My friend and I decided to try this place for lunch for the first time. Although this place may have good reviews due to the pho, our experience was pretty bad. I won't be back. There were very few customers so no real excuse for such poor service. Our server brought water, took our order, delivered our food and then never came back... not even to deliver the bill. My friend was out of water right away. Servers came out to take other orders and never even made eye contact with us again. I sat with a pile of dirty napkins on my plate for over 15 minutes before I decided to approach the cashier's station to ask for my bill. There was my server, perched on a pile of 4 cases of Bud Light deep in her phone. She still didn't notice me until I asked her for my bill. I'm not sure in the past if I've ever had bad enough service to consider not leaving any tip. But I guilted myself into leaving her $5. I ordered yakisoba and my friend a stir fry. The veggies are all frozen, not fresh, so certainly not what we expected. My yakisoba was nothing compared to what I've had in the past. FYI, it was Friday at lunch time. There are drinks from the bar on the menu; however, you can't order them until there's somebody 21 on site? Even if the pho is to die for, I won't be coming back to try it. For me it is good service above all else. That wasn't the case.

Food is pretty good. Could tell that we arrived right after a rush. Got our appetizers on time… then things started to slow down. Didn’t get any water to wash down the appetizers. Then we got our food and asked for water. No utensils were given at this point. I got pho and my spouse got curry so we thought for sure we’d get them soon! Nope, it was missed so we asked the young girl to grab us some. We paid, we got a foam box for the curry… we just decided to leave it lol. The servers are nice, just didn’t seem attentive tonight.

(when the store first opened almost two years ago or so) Horrific service and I'm Hmong too. They never acknowledged me and my partner. I was warned not to come and I learned my lesson coming all the way from wausau because we wanted to give them a chance. Never got seated never got acknowledged for over 20 minutes. -100 stars. Won't support or even think about coming again and I usually support my hmong business but not this one for sure. Wasted time. Food doesn't even look good and it's so expensive too for a bowl of soup!?! Damn so luxury, must got their shrimp fresh from the ocean, hand picked!? It's 3 dollars extra for that and 4 extra for meat (combos) that are suppose to be in it already and the prices are insane and I didn't even to put my buttcheek on the chairs. Don't support this poor sad business, there are others better and cheaper out there.
update. today, october 9th 2024. place gotten a lot better. the kiddos are grown and they're learning a lot. still shy, but better service and a more interaction towards their customers. greeting, food, service, and drinks improved. 1 star to 5 stars. improvment is key and motivation, doing something towards the goal and learning are pluses. congrags phozone! ya made me proud from my first post. i moved to weston, i was looking for a good pho place close to me. my friend told me this place is great. i said what? are u sure? i have to try it again. they changed and gotten so much better. I'd be coming more now. food is good! gatta try everything on the menu. they will see me often now. good job! first time going from 1 to 5. big improvement. keep it up! proud of ya!

The food wasn't as great as expected. The raw laab was such a small portion, and definitely is tasteless. The only thing you can taste was the rice powder. The Pho definitely did not have the five dry spice taste. The boba tea was okay. Overall I do not recommend this place. It was a disappointment coming from someone who is not a local.

Food was fantastic! However, server said about 5 words to us. They did not ask how the food was, didn’t ask if we needed containers/boxes, and did not check with us to make sure everything was tasting good or if we needed anything. I don’t think my family and I have ever had such bad service at a restaurant.
And all servers were messing around with eachother and looked very young.

Been here three times in the last month. It's that good.
I recommend the rib pho combo. For the price and what you get, the pho is amazing. The broth is pretty good and only needed siracha and hoisin. The rib was satisfying every time. There was meat in every bite.
I have not tried the non pho menu items.
On my first visit, I didn't know you had to pay up front when ready.
Worth trying out if you want some pho.

Double date night. Much smaller inside than I thought it would be. Prices are ok because portions are big. First time trying pho...it was ok. I did NOT get the tripe in mine, but should have said "no tendon" also. It was just not for me. The fried rice and white rice dishes were ok (from the guys' feedback). Boba smoothies were tasty. I can now say I tried the place, at least. I would be amenable to trying it again in the future for a better feel...maybe.

Food has gotten better. Service has gotten faster. Customer service still needs work. But I'm sure it's because they're still learning; new wait staff. My son and I had dinner there and the waitress got our order all wrong. He ordered a Boba tea with no pearls but came with pearls and my order wasn't even what I ordered. Had to send back for right order. Owner came out to ask if there was a problem with the food, informed her it was wrong order. They then asked if I wanted my order on a plate or to-go box. Basically had Thai Tea for dinner.

We waited almost 45-50 minutes for a large bowl of Pho, spring rolls, and beef lo mein, which are fairly routine meals. Seriously would give this place 0 stars . It was my first time and only time coming here . The service was terrible . They sat us down and gave us water then it took forever for a waiter to even come to us . Then finally a young blond comes to take our order and we had to keep repeating ourselves . It took forever for us to get our food which I get because it was busy . But we didn’t even receive our drinks we ordered . Then when we finally got our drinks it took forever to get our food so by the time the food came we needed refills on everything but the service was so bad we didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes to get refills . Then my aunt was last to order and it was taking forever for her food . I went to ask where it was and the young blond that was our waiter never even put it in . Which was irritating because she had us repeat what my aunt ordered and she still didn’t put it in . They asked if we still wanted her dish which of course we did because that was all she ordered to eat! So many workers and yet we weren’t taken care of . I ordered chicken wings and there was absolutely no salt and barely any sauce so it was super plain . They didn’t give us silverware and we couldn’t even get a hold of any worker just for spoons! Just terrible . Never again will I be coming here . I hope their customer service gets better. ON TOP OF THAT even though they forgot to enter one of our dishes they reentered it and charged us the full price for it and never even gave us any discount for THEIR mistake . Smh

Ordered some items for takeout. The raw laab was definitely better than Christine's. I asked for extra spicy but it still wasn't spicy enough for me, still good though. The pad thai was decent, not bad. I liked how its not too liquid-y and not overly sweet. The boba tea mocha is a hard pass tho. The pho was okay, maybe too sweet. $18 for a large combo pho, and they don't put in any pork belly, eggs, and only one piece of shrimp. This is the most expensive bowl of pho I've ever had ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY and it's no better than any $8 pho you can get at a deli. My sister got the beef pho and she was complaining that they only put in a couple slices of beef. Really disappointing for a place called Pho Zone, if you're going to charge top dollar for pho it'd better be the best in town but it's nowhere close.

Great place to grab some veitnease food, with quite a few different choices. They even have one that is made with raw meat which is a bit different and was what I had today, it was pretty good a with a unique blend of spices with a slight cilantro taste which I'm not a big fan of but it worked good in this dish, course it is very spicy hot though so be warned, my Tiger Bae was also very delicious and a good match for the raw Beef Laj Nyoos that I had. Over all it was a decent meal and I hope to stop again someday to maybe try some more unique items on there menu or maybe a cocktail or 2!

Don’t miss this place! Their pho is amazing — authentic northern Vietnamese, sweet and delicate, with the beef bone broth steeping for at least 10-12 hours before serving. They also put a lot of attention into their boba teas, creating some truly beautiful colors along with great flavors. The green tea is brewed in-house, with butterfly peaflower added to turn it blue (which changes colors based on the pH of the drink!). Stop by and support this local business. You won’t be disappointed!

I would not recommend Phozone, horrible customer service! Person who took our order was so bad, after she made our ice cream rolls, she just left it in counter without saying anything to us and just walked away. She needs to work on customer service skills.

Best Pho in town. Great Banh Mi’s. You got to try them. Very helpful staff to guide you if you haven’t had them before.
