Very old, rundown, bags of chips in the display cases. Had a skillet and there was so many onions in it I could not eat it and it was dripping with oil. My husband had a hamburger and the seasoning was so bad he did not eat it. 30 minutes later we were both on the porcelain chair for 3 days. It needs and update, a dusting, even the parking lot looks rundown

While it's a little hard to get into, and the interior is very dated, the place is clean and we were greeted right away by the owner. The menu is very large, with something for everyone. Our server was great, bringing us drinks including a scratch made shake while we waded through the selections. We ordered the fresh cherry crepes, gyro sandwich, and jumbo shrimp. The lemon rice soup was very good. All of us really enjoyed our dinners. The portions are very large and priced well.

We’re from out of state and intended to visit a different restaurant but it wasn’t a good fit for my autistic daughter. We drove past Phoenix Family Restaurant and decided to check it out! It wasn’t busy at that moment so our food was ready fast and it was delicious. My husband ordered the taco salad and it was massive. I had the turkey and ham croissant and my daughter had chicken tenders. Mine came with soup so I chose chicken and rice and loved it. My daughter’s meal came with ice cream and she was so happy. The service was great, Cheryl checked on us and kept our drinks full. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, it was just what we needed. Next time we are back in Kenosha we will be eating here!

My 96 yr old mother loves the cherry crepes. The pancakes are really good. The lunch items are just ok. The one thing that is bad is the handy cap ramp. My mom is old and uses a walker and the ramp is way on the east side of the bldg. The ramp has a ledge that she has to lift her walker up to get onto it and there are many large cracks that she could fall over if we didn't hang onto her. Very dangerous! There should ve a ramp in front of the door.

Ordered gyros plates for pick up. There was hardly any meat on the pita bread, also meat was terribly burnt, dry and hard! No onions or tomatoes came with it! This place was horrible and very unfriendly. This greek owned restaurant has the worst gyros we ever had! Image that!
Most places give so much meat you can have another meal the next day.

I ordered the half chicken. It was very dry and most of it felt like plastic. They clearly microwaved it. The building was not clean and it was falling apart. The bathroom was a mess! No paper to dry your hands. Even the faucet was missing the handles. The server was very nice, but the owner sat in an empty booth playing with her phone and would casually stroll up to the register to take your payment. They are right off the freeway. I'm certain they stay in business because of people that are traveling and not return business.

Horrible place. Got the hash brown skillet. No flavor other than the burnt green peppers and onions. Mushy greasy hash browns left a film of grease in my mouth.
Daughter got the mushroom omelette. Had canned mushrooms. Sausage wasn’t fully cooked.
Coffee tasted like lukewarm dishwater. After I tried a few bites and pushed Some of the meal around on my plate I nicely explained to the waitress that I could not eat the skillet. She walked away telling all that were in ear shot how I ate enough of it.
