This place absolutely blew me away. The crust was perfectly baked crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and you can really tell they use high-quality, fresh ingredients. Piezanos is hands down one of the best pizzerias I’ve ever been to! The moment you walk in, you can smell that amazing fresh-dough aroma that tells you you’re in for something special. Easily the best pizza in the region. The house made crust really elevates these pies and the chef does it well. The sauce is flavorful and works perfectly. Both pizzas we tried were excellent and well-worth the price. Even our toddler devoured every bite. No, it's not the cheapest or biggest around, but for those who care more about flavor and quality, this is your place. I would've loved more salad/veggie options, but hopefully those will come in time. We'll absolutely be back!!

The pizza here is good, but the business itself is a mess. Do NOT order delivery. It’s handled entirely through a third-party service that’s unreliable (not necessarily Piezano’s fault), but the bigger problem is that the business has no phone number—so if your order goes missing, there’s no way to contact anyone.

We spent over $100 on pizza that never arrived and couldn’t reach anyone to fix it. The only way to order is through their website, which routes you to that same unreliable third-party service. The owner (who seems to be the only employee) is friendly but clearly hasn’t thought through the logistics, organization, or customer service side of things.

A professional response would’ve been to call us and say, “I’m sorry, we don’t have a driver—please pick up your order or I’ll refund you.” Instead, there was zero communication.

This isn’t the first issue either—we’ve ordered delivery before and only received half our order, with no refund for the missing items.

We ordered delivery from here twice. The first time we only got half our order and when we called, I was transferred to " the manager" who never picked up. I called back twice and nobody cared. I did not get my money back. Last night we ordered at 4:15 for a 6:15 delivery. Thought we'd give them another chance. 6:30 came and went, I called the restaurant, and whoever answered said they were closed. I told them I had ordered a pizza for 6:15 delivery. Once again, I was transferred to the "manager" Who told me, "sorry, we cancelled your order". At 6:40 I got a text that said, " Your order was cancelled". 35 minutes AFTER the expected delivery time. My 87 year old diabetic father lives with us. He shot up his insulin at 6:10 for our 6:15 delivery, which NEVER came. I will NEVER eat from this place again. I didn't get refunded and everyone I've tried to talk to at the business was completely useless.

Stepped into PieZanos for the first time today and it was a great experience! The owner was very welcoming and friendly, but the best part was the food! The pizza was delicious and hot. All ingredients were fresh and the pizza was made to order. The chimichurri topping was a unique and delicious twist. The crust was perfectly baked and the border was airy. The wings were meaty and had the perfect crunch! The ingredients were high quality. Definitely will be coming back!! ☺️

Very eclectic spot in what was an extremely popular local diner for many years. It has now been resurrected by Ron, the owner and sole operator. We went in at lunchtime, were told of “Caprese sliders” (hence my description as eclectic). The Caprese slider is a multiethnic creation of Ron, with a Japanese milk bun encasing fresh tomato, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, balsamic reduction and gochujang (Korean chili paste). It was finished with freshly grated Romano Parmesan. Delicious. In addition, had some wings, which were huge and delicious. lightly breaded with another Ron mix breading. So good. Served with a Haberbero sauce.

A really nice dining experience, as Ron spoke to us at some length.

This place is still in it's soft open, but already the pizza and service are world class. The pizza here is as good as anything I have had in New York, and even better than most of the pizza I've had in Italy! Who would have expected to find pizza this good in a small Wisconsin town?! Super fresh and premium ingredients, AMAZING home made dough, baked to perfection and served with a smile by the Chef/Owner Ron. Ron's warmth and genuine passion for his craft comes through clearly, and his personable nature instantly made me feel at home. I wish him all the success in the world! He deserves it and so does Princeton! The price point is a little higher than some other local pizza places, but don't let that deter you. I promise, it's worth every penny and then some. I had the pepperoni madness. I never leave reviews but the owner was friendly and cool to talk to, the dough had a nice rise to it, hard on the bottom and had a nice char on pieces of the top. All I can say is WOW. A group of my foodie friends were up and we gave it a try. Princeton doesn't deserve this good of pizza! So good it could fit right into downtown Madison or Chicago. By far the best pizza in the area, amazing sauce, best cheese I've had on a pizza ever. In a first for me I ate all the crust it was so good. Don't miss out stop in and give it a try!
