They are using a QR Code order from your table system, that had no non-alcoholic drinks to order. Had to go to the bar to get. My friend ordered a salad and a bloody mary that took 30 minutes to prepare. That is not the issue the issue is no drink came before the order and didn't come with the order. When asked the waitress said you can come to the bar and get it yourself. Uncalled for and unwanted.

Without question the best burger in the area! It's so good I'm not sure I've tried any of their other food options! I should probably do that. Not many things beat a Pine Cove Smashburger, an old fashioned and looking out over the lake! Highly recommend.

Pine Cove is a camping resort and bar/restaurant that caters to those who just want to relax and chill a bit. With a nice bar and seating area inside and a spacious deck with picnic table seating and an outdoor stage, there's a lot to see and great music to hear. Situated on Castle Rock Lake, the views are tremendous and the food definitely matches the view! I had the famous smash burger, and it was delicious, with the crispy texture and juicy flavor you've come to eatxpect from a very well-made burger. Dylan, Mark, and the rest of the staff were nothing short of welcoming and awesome as they served people throughout the day and night. Looking forward to a return trip!

Service is terrible. They should not promote an event like "rock the lake" featuring 3 bands when they can't accommodate their guests. Obviously they would be busier than usual. I stood at the bar, front row, right in a bartenders face and had a bartender look me straight in the eye saying "I will be right with you" only to have someone who just walked up being taken care of before me, and that happened numerous times to the point of after 7-8 times of that I gave up. After 20 mins. .I was happy not to spend a dime there, went elsewhere on the lake being taken care of in a better manner. This is NOT my first experience with this type of service there, it's happened before even when they weren't that busy. I do understand being busy but I don't understand "I will be with you in a moment" but then they totally forget about you. When obviously someone they know gets taken care of immediately, I am also a great tipper when service is good. Glad I hung on to my money tonight and spent it elsewhere more deserving

Their boat gassing up process is slow and inefficient and there are no directions posted outside. Took way too long to do and was completely inefficient. There were boats lined up waiting to get gas and yet after each fill the bartender girl had to run out to get the price. Why not use a couple walkie talkies and move the process along. I bet the lines are absolutely horrible on the weekends

A must when we visit north with friends. Lots of piers to tie up, you can even gas up your boat there. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Smashburgers are AWESOME, so is the chicken wrap. Cold beer and drinks. They also had a whipped chocolate shake I wouls ha e loved to try, but I was stuffed. You can make it boozey too! I has an electric freeze. Staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again via boat!

First I must say the burgers are fantastic!! I would have given five stars but the service was horrible. We waited 20min to place our order and at that time it was not horribly busy. We were then told they were out of receipt paper. We were charged almost $40 for a smash burger with upgrade to onion rings side, a reg rail vodka and a soda. We would like to know what we were charged for to get to this amount but once she told us there was no receipt or anything to sign she quickly moved to the next person. After ordering we went to sit with our group of friends. Waited another 30min and finally had to go back in to ask where our food was. Everyone else at the table had to wait longer because they had the order wrong. It is very unorganized so prepare to be here a while. Other than that I would recommend.

We decided to try this restaurant because I love pizza, my boys love burgers and because the rating was 4.5.

We ordered 2 burger meals, one with cheese curds, a supreme pizza and the flat bread cheese bread. The bread wasn't very good and had a sweet taste to it for some odd reason and came burnt. My boys liked their burgers but nothing to rave about and my pizza came cold so I didn't even eat much of it. The next day I warmed up the pizza and wasn't bad but hit a hard piece of something. To me it was part of a tooth but not mine and it wasn't from the sausage, I know the difference.

The customer service was OK and they weren't that busy. My husband told me check this off the list, we will not be returning. 😳 usually are rule is strike 3 before checking off.

This place has amazing burgers and good pizza. We come here often and I highly recommend it. The wait staff is always friendly. They have a great outdoor seating area. They can have a longer wait for food at busy times as they have a fairly small grill. It’s definitely worth the wait. They have docking for boats so you can come on the water for a meal or drinks.

My family and I visited recently. The service was bad. The minute we walked in, we made eye contact with staff, including the bartender, just for some direction. After no one greeted or directed us, we sat ourselves and waited for about 5 minutes. Since we were starving, I took it upon myself to walk to the bar and ask for menus. We waited again and still no one came to our table. Once again, I walked over to the bar and ordered our food. The food was DELICIOUS, but we still had no customer service. I AGAIN walked to the bar, asked for my bill and paid. During our visit I noticed other tables being served by the staff but we were completely ignored. 👎

Sat at the bar with a $20 on the counter, 4 people behind the bar. 1 or 2 cooks Not that busy, waiting almost 10min then some regulars came she waited on them, then a couple more came in, waited on them ,she finally asked the guy behind the bar to serve us, only got drinks from him wouldn't take our order, it was shift change so finally got food ordered 30 minutes later, so I had chicken tender basket and jr smashbuger and fries= $27.95 the drinks were paid for each time 2 beers and a mountain dew. It's a great bar restaurant on the lake and it's worth your time going there. They work extremely hard to take care of the customers and they only are able to serve so many people at such a time so don't be impatient remember you're on Lake time.
