We loved staying here! Our cabin was clean and had good wifi. The docks were great to fish off of with my 8 year olds. They had a blast swimming and jumping off the rafts. There were free canoes and paddle board, we took the canoe out and it was so much fun. Food at the restaurant is very good. I highly recommend the brick oven pizza and bbq tacos. The hosts are very friendly. We will be going back for sure!

I cannot say enough about the hospitality that Jack and Mary provided for our family during the last week of July 2025. We stayed 7 days at Pine Point Lodge. The environment was always friendly, the options provided to us were easy to navigate, and their communication was customer focused. It was a space that allowed us to get away from our everyday routine and embrace the outdoors by appreciating those simple things in life. The food options were delicious, priced at a reasonable rate, and TRIVIA was a blast. Thank you thank you for allowing my family to enjoy this amazing place. We will be back!

So there I was, getting dragged to this place from Duluth because my buddy wanted to check it out. I didn’t have high expectations. He’s always saying “[insert restaurant] has the best [insert menu item] I’ve ever had. There’s probably a dozen places that have “the best pizza he’s ever had”. I no longer trust him.

However, he knocked this recommendation out of the park. Go there and order anything they make in house (or a frozen pizza if you’re lame). I got the Udon noodle special (I think the meat was brisket) and he got ribs with beer battered fries. Both were awesome. Super friendly couple that own the place (and the wife is pretty cute 😘). Good atmosphere and great views of the lake too. Try em out.

We live very close to Pine Point and have always enjoyed the food, cocktails, staff, and overall ambiance. We loved trivia night, lots of laughs, and the owners do a great job with the craziness of a very full bar and restaurant.
The view from the deck located above the lake makes for a nice place to relax and have a quality cocktail.
It's definitely worth a stop.

We spent a weekend at the Pine Point lodge for our niece’s wedding and it was wonderful. The resort had several different venues, including the restaurant/bar and a spot by the lake and a tent outside. The proprietors were friendly and helpful with lots of logistics, including serving custom cocktails. We all had a great time Friday-Sunday!

We stayed at Pine Point Lodge July 2023. It was a lovely place, the owners were great, you could tell they work hard and care about their guests. It was a beautiful location, I loved having a bar right onsite, Trivia Night was lots of fun. We stayed in Cabin 4 which is on top of the hill located near the bar, we had 4 adults, we are all in our 30s and booked this cabin mainly because it advertised two swimming beaches. We are rating this place with 3 starts, only because of the swimming areas.

Pros:
Cabins were very nice, the kitchen had more amenities than advertised on the website. The lake was beautiful and clear. The docks are not assigned to cabins, but there is plenty of space to tie up your boat. We recommend having tube style boat bumpers. A couple of the docks do have power outlets. They had a lovely outdoor bar area with barrel tables and outdoor lights. It was lovely. The bar also has a deck patio overlooking the lake and the food was very good. In Iron River, they have a full grocery store, a meat store and the General Dollar was basically a mini Walmart, we definitely didn't need to bring up as much food as we did. They also provide a self-serve ice station for your coolers, which was an awesome added bonus.

Cons:
Cabin 4 is located uphill, and to get to the lake, it's down a moderately steep road which doubles as the boat launch or down steep stairs in front of one of the other cabins. Our deck was a little worse for wear, while the cabin was cleaned and nice, the desk was not, all the outdoor area was covered in dirt, sticks, acorns, leaves, etc, it was obvious it was not part of the routine cabin cleaning, the outdoor chairs had goose droppings on them, the grill was missing a side table and a wheel. Not a huge deal, but I recommend bringing camping chairs or towels for the deck chairs.
Swimming beaches is generous term, there is no sandy area to enter the water, one of the swimming area merges with the boat launch, the truck parking for the cabin at the bottom of the hill, and the boat landing which is rocky. The 2nd beach area is part of one of the cabins outside seating area and you have to jump off the docks, it felt intrusive to swim there because it felt that area belonged to the family renting that cabin. We ended up going to Moon Lake, between Iron River and Pine Point Lodge which had a sandy swimming beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Pine Point Lodge! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and updated. The kitchen was well stocked. Food at the lodge was good and reasonably priced. No wait, even for Friday Fish Fry! We really enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboat. Jack was even kind enough to treat us to a pontoon boat ride. Lots of fire rings and grills for use as well. I would have no reservations about booking another vacation here!

This lodge was AMAZING! The owner Jack is by far the best and nicest person I have ever met or dealt with in an airbnb. The lodge is set up perfectly. Renting pontoons, kayaks, and other activities was a breeze. I had the best experience at Pine Point Lodge and wish I had stayed longer. The host was fabulous and the lake location was perfect. You could swim, rent boats, kayak, etc. trivia night was lots of fun. I went blueberry and blackberry picking. Over cooked cheese curds, no cheese left, just hollow fried breading.
Fried fish was dripping in grease, uneatable.
Burnt to a black crisp "woodfire pizza" and waitress only commented "it must have been too hot."
"Ranch" was too salty for human consumption.

We had a great 3 day family vacation! Jack was a fantastic host! The kids had a blast on the pontoon, sitting by the campfire, swimming by the lake, paddle boating, and grabbing appetizers from the restaurant on site.

We did most of our meals grilling on the deck or sandwiches on the water.

I wish the drive was a little closer for us because we would stay multiple times out of the year.

The lake was calm and everyone was very friendly. The fishing was great as well.

For those coming from out of town there is a small grocery store that is about a 10 minute drive so plan accordingly.

A much needed relaxing trip from the everyday hustle and bustle

Timmy was very unfriendly and not helpful, did not offer any advice or information about resort. We had dinner witch was very bland. Our orders were wrong because he wasn't listening and couldn't describe how food tastes. Cabin was very dirty spent first hour cleaning. Grease every where . Pine Point Lodge is a great place to stop if you're in the Delta or Iron River area. The bar restaurant area overlooks a beautiful Lake and has big windows facing out and a big deck. They rent cabins and pontoons and are open year-round for summer Sports and winter sports. The food is awesome! They have barbecue on the weekends, Burgers on Thursdays and a trivia night with a buffet on Tuesdays. The rest of the week the menu has wings and pizza. I would highly recommend and the people are super friendly even if you're from out of town.

Pine Point Lodge is a wonderful establishment. When I come here, I usually enjoy a tasty 1/2 rack smoked ribs on the weekend. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The owner frequently makes appearances and meets the customers of his establishment. If I could give Pine Point Lodge a higher rating than a 5/5 I would. Pine Point Lodge really is a fun place to be when you're in the middle of nowhere :)
