Couldn't do buffet due to allergies to gluten. Manager was so nice and understanding. The gluten free pizza was made and boxed then brought to my table.

VERY impressed with the attention & level of completeness on the dusting taking place (on the other side). Items moved to dust under AND decor themselves even dusted!! Mgr was very respectful in training a new employee & the employee didn’t appear intimidated by the mgr (some mgrs like to show their rank over staff which can make new staff nervous). Special pizza that I ordered came out the fastest of any store I’ve been to. Often it doesn’t come out until I’m almost done eating. Very friendly & attentive wait staff. SO SO appreciate those in this age group that are actually willing to work. Unfortunately that’s no longer the “norm”, extra kudos to them! Food was always rotated & dried out old food removed instead of leaving it out. Nice to have hot & fresh!! One last thing, Pizza Ranch rewards seem to add up & earn much more quickly than a lot of others out there. Please build in Shawano WI!!! 😁😁😁😁

Pizza Ranch in Appleton is the best. Food is plentiful and hot. Staff is friendly and pick-up of used plates is very quick, which is important to me because who wants to look around and see dirty plates on the table?
My sister who lives in RI must go directly from the airport to Pizza Ranch and it’s her last stop before leaving WI.
Prices are also very reasonable and worth the money. Appleton Pizza Ranch is the gold standard for service and value!

Pizza ranch is the best buffet pizza in the area. This location is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Honestly the price isn't too bad either. The pizza is really good too. Personally I'm not fond of the thin crust but their standard crust pizzas are amazing. This is the perfect place for a family dinner.

This was my first experience with the food chain. I wasn't sure what i was expecting, but it was a pleasant experience.
I'm in love with their blueberry streusel pizza. Yum is not even close to the explaining how good this is.
