Just had a terrible experience there and tried to resolve it with manager John but could get no help. We were there on a Tuesday night where kids eat free. When we checked in, we inquired about kids eating free and the girl that took my money said it's not available. After eating, I asked to speak with the manager, and John came over. I advised him my child was 11 years old and we've been coming there for years on Tuesdays and it's always been kids free. John absolutely refused to help me. I said I only wanted a refund for the one kid or even a gift certificate. He would not help me at all. I told him that I was upset but still no help. It's a cheap buffet style pizza place. The chicken was decent and the salad bar was ok. I don't eat pizza so I can't comment on that. The employees picking up plates from the tables did a good job and kept the place clean enough. Parking lot needs an overhaul.

The food here is fine, and a good place to take kids. Service is amazing. Some furniture is torn up (seats on the booths), but a fine buffet to take family for pizza, chicken, and salad bar. Make sure to come during meal times thats when they are efficient with buffet freshness.

I order take out everytime, same thing $80 worth. I was so happy they finally remembered to grab my coslaw out of the fridge. I get home and I ordered a 12 piece chicken - i only got 8. That's a $10 difference. When I called to see if they could put the 10$ back on my card they told me to bring my chicken back they will count and add 4 pieces!!! So I have to drive all the way back while my chicken gets cold and we are hungry absolutely ridiculous. Just lost business of a family of 6

Have not been to pizza ranch in quite some time but I took my two granddaughters, and we were extremely pleased with the food and service. We went at about 4pm and all of the food was great and hot. We will be going back and telling others about our experience.

My boyfriend and I and a friend of ours went and ate there tonight at about 4 o’clock on 3/2/2025 and we paid $50 for three buffets and the food you can tell had been sitting out for probably at least an hour or so. It was all cold and hard the only thing that was probably fresh was the potatoes. I was very unsatisfied with how it was. Don’t know if I will ever go back to that one! Definitely don’t feel like I should pay $50 and the food is not fresh at all

12/31/2014 UPDATE: It will be a LONG time before I come back. At 6:00pm, the place was filthy. The whole time I was there they only had 3 pizzas available at any time. When we first arrived there were 3 dessert pizzas, but only 1 regular pizza (a taco pizza). So, we had salad. Later, before we left, I watched an employee, with no gloves on, pick things out of the salad bar. You know, like peas or of the cheese container, cheese or of the pickles, etc. Gross! So sad, as I use to like this place.

We did not have the best experience during our visit in July 2024. Our dining table was sticky, many tables in the dining room were filled with dirty dishes, and the carpeted area was littered with debris. The pizza was fine, but the chicken and several other items were overcooked. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine was not working as well. Other than checking in, we had no other contact with the staff. I walked the stack of extra dirty dishes from our table to the table next to ours....it hadn't been cleared after the customers left 15 minutes prior.

It has a great variety of food to choose from. Tons of pizza and different varieties, like BBQ Chicken Pizza, Spinach Pizza, Mac& Cheese Pizza, Taco Pizza, and your regs too! The ice cream is the absolute best! Especially with SPRINKLES!!!
The atmosphere is cowboy themed, of course! Very spacious with plenty of seating. Tables and booths. I do not believe there is any outdoor seating. Great place to take the family out to eat or comfortable enough to dine alone.

Honestly best experience I've had at any pizza ranch. Walked in was asked if I wanted a custom pizza right away. I never knew you guys had stuff crust. That was truly amazing. Seems like this place might have changed owners or managers? It used to be better. First thing I noticed was secular country music playing instead of CCM. Food was mostly ok, but it now costs over $17 for Saturday afternoon buffet. Other things changed, like hanging an excuse sign on the ice cream machine instead of fixing it. "Machine has air bubbles and will spit, so hold the cup close" or something similar. Chicken was still good, which is why I come here in the first place, but is not worth +$17. Next time, I will just go to Culver's across the street (Culver's custard doesn't spit at me), or keep going north to the Pizza Ranch in Oshkosh.

The chicken was perfectly done. Love the biscuits. The dirty plates were picked up quickly. My only complaint was that I didn't save room for dessert. Came In around 2 pm. Staff watched us walk in and didn’t help us front desk guy was very unappealing and rude this is what the actual food looked like. Everything looks and tastes like it sat there for hours. Noodles were hard chicken is old. Staff checked buffet but instead of doing anything with food that needs to be replaced. I love going to Pizza Ranch, the food is always great, the customer service is amazing, every one makes us feel welcome and at home. This is the only place that doesn't rush you to get done and leave. The food is always fresh and ready, the tables, floors and buffet area is always so clean, or being cleaned.
They have the best broccoli cheese soup, fried chicken and side orders like stuffing, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy.
There are so many different pizzas you can order. I recently discovered they have a macaroni and cheese pizza, which I have never had before, but it's surprisingly very good, like ask the did being served here.
This is a great place to take your whole family for a meal or meet a friend and catch up with them. If you have never experienced Pizza Ranch, your really missing out on a lot of fresh served foods!!
