Have come 4 times with the family and they only fill the pizza line half way. They incorporated the dessert on the same buffet table. Definitely not worth paying full price for half the options as any other pizza ranch location! The choices are very basic too! Tables always seem to be left a mess at this location. Kept trying while working in town, as they’re typically a great choice for quick and decent food.

This was on Calumet in manitowoc. We were there at 11:30. Not too many people yet. I didn't care for the pizza. It was luke warm at best. The chicken, which I always love in Green Bay, was over cooked and dry. Yesterdays reheated maybe? The barbecue chicken had good flavor but that was also over cooked and luke warm.
For $30 for 2 of us I would expect better.
Next time I think we'll go to A&W instead and get the chicken tenders and root beer!

Entered the restaurant to enjoy the buffet. Was asked if there was any pizza I would like. I told then sausage was told it would be ready in a couple minutes. So I went to the buffet to find several pieces of was over cooked fried chicken to the point the pieces were black and even the staff said they were gross. They made more still a bit overcooked but not badly overcooked. I asked for more dessert pizza they had a small one left that was quickly gobbled up but not sure who as it was only us and staff in the restaurant. Then my pizza came back. 4 pieces of garlic and extra cheese. A big I’m sorry is what I got from that they asked if they could make me something to make up for the pizza that was prepared wrong. I asked for a dessert pizza was told no. I said well ok and left. Should have asked for my money back but was disgusted. With the poor service and the staff all gathered at the counter laughing who clearly just wanted to go home. Avoid this restaurant! They simply don’t care to make quality food or fix mistakes!

The Manitowoc location is very understanding of allergies and accommodating with price options due to allergies! The kids pricing is very reasonable! For Gluten free, the restaurant not only will make a separate pizza but they recognize that I shouldn't have to also pay for the buffet because I cannot eat most of it. Very fair pricing in general!

Very good breadsticks I ate them until I burst literally don’t use stall number two JK LOL. Though the breadsticks are good the ice cream is also good. I like their pudding too. Basically this place is so good you won’t mind getting type two diabetes even though your mind is saying “if you stop then you’ll live longer” I said “shut up”. After I said shut up my brother looked at me like I lost my mind in reality I lost the functionality of my pancreas. Doctor cried.

In my 37 years alive I have never left a buffet hungry until today. Paid almost 50 dollars for three people to eat at 545 prime time dinner time. Walk in not busy at all. Stood at register for 5-10 minutes before an employee even came up front from in the back. The entire 40 minutes we were there half the salad bar is empty to the point of no lettuce so you can’t make a salad, the pizza was hard to the point that it felt like it had been sitting under the warmer for 30 plus minutes. The chicken skin was soggy and the chicken was dry. Came to desert time at least make some kind of positive the entire dessert bar is empty for the last 25 minutes we were there. Honestly I wish these things would let you give zero star reviews. More than likely this was my last shot at giving pizza ranch in manitowoc a shot.

Not my typical Pizza Ranch experience today. Staff was able to make a crustless pizza and get 5 Stars for that. The rest of the visit was more disappointing. One of the other custom pizzas was delivered cold (staff explained it was found in the back. Not custom made at the time of order. 4 dessert pizzas, 2 regular and a pan of bread sticks on the buffet. Not a lot of variety. Hard boiled eggs on the salad bar were whole , not sliced or crumbled. No serving tongs in the Parmesan cheese. Had to use a clean fork from the buffet. Only saw two staff members during our visit. Seemed like they were short people.

The salad bar area was very well stocked with fresh items, but I can't say the same for the pizza and comfort food areas. All the pizzas except one look as if they'd been sitting out awhile. Some of them were still there when we left. They had eggs, sausage, French toast sticks, and biscuits/gravy out at 3 pm, and they were WELL past their prime. Staff were friendly and cleaned away used dishes promptly.

They now run your debit card as credit card since surcharging a debit is illegal and charge you a " handling fee". So our meal was almost $100.00 and i get charged a fee for not paying in cash. Tonight was an excellent experience. I come here for their great chicken, broasted potatoes, veggies and salad. Occasionally I will have a slice of pizza. The staff is courteous and keep your dirty plates picked up and it is clean and comfortable. I am not a fan of crowds so I tend to avoid Mondays and Tuesdays which can be quite busy at times. I do eat here fairly often and enjoy it.

My son and I went to Pizza Ranch in Manitowoc for dinner last night. After the meal I went to the bathroom to wash up. The light was off and when i stepped in to turn on the light I slipped on a newly mopped floor and hurt my elbow and shoulder when I fell. It was a hard fall and I stayed on the ground for a minute to make sure I was ok. When I stepped out three employees were standing there and I told them I had just fallen. Nobody, including the manager, responded to me or even asked if I was ok as my elbow bled. I was shaken and walked past them to my son and we left. The lack of human decency to at least acknowledge me or to offer me some help back to my table is something I just can't let go of. Coupled with the fact that there wasn't a wet floor sign as I walked into a dark room....we'll never go back and they are lucky they haven't heard from my attorney.

We visited our first pizza ranch in Omaha,NE. We had no idea that this chain was as large as it was. After our flight we were looking for food. Neither of us were set on anything in particular. When pizza ranch showed up on google maps dinner was set. The service at the counter was friendly. Pizza on the buffet was hot and fresh. Chicken was perfectly seasoned. My family of four enjoyed our visit. The girl at the register was very courteous. Food-wise, the buffet line was fresh and always stocked. It was also clean, nothing spilled but neatly kept. Food is decent but staff is just not attentive to cleaning off plate from table in a timely manner. Our family of 8 went a few weeks ago and we were running out of room, had been there for 30 minutes and a waiter kept walking past and I was trying to flag him down and he just kept walking. I then had to go sit at the counter for about 5 minutes before I could find an employee to ask them to clear the plates off the table. With small kids it was just to crowded and we did not want any dishes to accidently get shoved off or knocked into. I always like their cheese sticks when they are available and fresh. I enjoy the salad bar but wished they would put the salad that contains nuts on the opposite end of the bar for people who have allergy's like me. Sometimes the nuts end up in the non nut salad.
