We've never been here, so we wanted to try it. Right inside the door I was greeted by a nice, smiling face.. Last two times have been very disappointing. Food was very old when I arrived and nothing fresh was being brought out while I was there. Even the salad bar the lettuce was old. Ice cream machine was also broken. They did bring out one fresh cactus bread and one small mac and cheese pizza which I don't care for. In the 45 minutes that I was there people were not taking anything off of the buffet because all the food was hours old and dried out and disgusting looking. I stopped to talk to someone I knew and my feet got stuck in place on the carpeting as obviously sort of must have been spilled and never cleaned properly. Not sure if I'm going to give it a third time now again. This used to be such a great place to go too bad it is not mean kept up with quality food anymore or proper cleanliness.

Went here for the first time the other night. The chicken breasts on the buffet were tough to the point of not being able to pull meat off the breast. Very poor selection on top of that. Ordered some wings to go and saw when I got home to reheat there was one wing that had 50% of the meat pulled off the bone and one 'wing' if you want to call it that, that was about 3/4" long that was bone with some fat on it. For the price, I would expect better quality. Reached out to the manager before posting this review and nothing was offered to compensate. Only a "we will look into the small wings". We won't be back. For the price, the quality is definitely lacking.

Which is fine, because reading your reviews, the same complaints have been coming in for months with the same generic reply from you guys, yet the issues are not resolved. I wasn't aware that this location is recently under new ownership....but we have been wondering why the quality/availability of the items available has dropped significantly since early fall. At first we chalked it up to a fluke/low staff day, but tonight (Saturday) we were there at 5:30pm with minimal pizza and chicken available, and other sides were congealed or dried out. As we were eating a large group of students arrived and we knew that there wasn't going to be enough food available to feed them much less any other diners. Disappointed in this location and we've decided we won't return, after having been customers since 2021.

Upon entering the restaurant we noticed multiple dirty tables. The pizza buffet options with limited with three pizzas to choose from. So, we thought we would request a pizza. The hostess told us it would be at least 30 minutes, completely unacceptable considering there was only 4 tables filled and no reservations at the time. The salad bar was completely empty until when we were leaving because other customers were complaining. The cost was $30 for the two of us and the options were slim. No one came to take our plates or service the dining room our entire 45 minute stay. I thought about talking to the supervisor but he wasn't even in the restaurant because he was out doing deliveries. We actively avoid going to this restaurant in the evening because the buffet is never well stocked, only using it for a quick over price mediocre meal.

We had gotten 2 free buffet tickets 2 months ago when we complained about the pale lettuce and messy salad bar. The manager told us there was a vendor issue. We went back tonight and saw the same pale lettuce, nearly empty. We picked the lettuce out of the Italian salad just to have a salad. There were no more than 2 pizza choices , and no desserts on the buffet when we went up for seconds. Tables were not being wiped down and dishes were left on the table. As we were leaving, I saw customers moving dirty plates to another table just to sit down. When I left and told the hostess, she politely apologized and said when she had time she would clean the tables. She didn't during our whole meal. One gentleman from the restaurant walked the floor twice and didn't move a plate, deliver pizza, or offer customers any service of any kind. I will never go back again.

I visited this Pizza Ranch earlier today, and was wildly disappointed by my experience. It was my first time visiting any of their locations, and I was excited because my partner had told me they had very good food. When we arrived we paid for the buffet, and at the time there was only two other people in the resturant. Because of the lack of people, the food on the buffet line was NOT fresh. The pepperoni pizza we got was stale, dry, and moreover just lacking in any flavor besides red pepper. The same could be said about nearly every pizza at the buffet, and it was very disappointing to me that from then on I had to avoid the pizza at 'pizza' ranch. The cactus bread was also very dry and stale, but it was about the only thing from that section that tasted decent. Probably will not visit this location again. Even my partner who had praised this place before said he was very disappointed by their decline.

I love the pizza ranch in oostburg and have never had a problem, but I’m frustrated with my most recent interaction. I had an order for delivery, they delivered it to the wrong address and just left it outside (I live in apartments) I called to ask where my order was and I heard the delivery person in the background being super rude about it. He said it was delivered but it was nowhere to be found. I had to go searching for it at the nearby buildings and eventually found my pizzas on top of some mail boxes. I’m not super happy with my service and disappointed that I didn’t get much help over my phone call.

They didn't have the pizza we wanted, so we requested one to be made. I had to wave down someone from the back because no one was in the lobby. The only time anyone came out from the back was when the phone rang or the door chimed. They brought the whole pizza to our table and when my son asked for a box, some male worker placed a caller on hold to come tell us we needed to pay for it or put it back on the buffet table. Don't eat at this Pizza Ranch. We stopped for dinner on the way home from a day trip. There was no pepperoni on the buffet so we requested one. As anyone who's ever been to Pizza Ranch knows, when you request a pizza they bring it to your table for first dibs. In this case they left the entire pizza at our table during our entire visit. We ate all but 3 pieces and requested a box for the rest. Although we had ordered the buffet we figured they wouldn't be putting the rest out on the buffet as it had been sitting at our table for nearly an hour. Not the case. We were informed if we wanted the last 3 pieces 'to go' we would have to pay for them or else they would be placed on the buffet. Needless to say, we did not pay for the leftovers and the manager happily took it away for the buffet. Not sure if it's legal for them to serve food that has been out of their hands for almost an hour, but it is certainly gross. I will not be eating here again.

A few recommendations/ requests:

If customers are allowed on the back side of the serving bar, please install a sneeze guard on the back side of it. Every time we dine there,we see customers back there. There's no signage indicating that it's staff only back there.

My kids would love to see a chocolate or swirl option for soft serve, along with chocolate Cactus bread. We'd love to see the potato wedges back on buffet. Also, the basketballs need some love. They're low on air and/ or warped. Thank you for allowing my kids to bring in their own bball in the meantime!

Chicken was dried out like it was rewarmed from yesterday. Stuffing was hard as a rock.Corn and green beans were under the heat lamp so long that no juice was left and they were drying up. Salad bar lettice was soggy. Everything else under the salad bar was warm .
Dishes were filthy. I got a dirty look from the girl when I asked for a clean cup. She had to dig through the cups for a while to find a clean one. Plates and silverware were dirty, too.

The delivery person took both of the pizzas out of the bag and they were upside down then flipped them over and handed them to me. Disappointing. I brought my family on Veteran's Day, with my 104 year old WWII veteran grandpa, because he likes buffets. We got there early for dinner(4 pm)in hopes that the food would be fresh, but it wasn't. They were out of many things on the salad bar, had very limited pizza selections, the coffee wasn't hot, the ice cream was out, and nothing that was supposed to be hot was very hot, and things that were supposed to be cold weren't. This is a good family pizza/chicken buffet place. Not the best pizza, but the atmosphere is nice and it is in a safe town.

Would not recommend and will not return. They were very, very poor at keeping food fresh and full. Busboys were slow at clearing tables and not fully wiping down tables. Also this place charges the same price as other Pizza Ranchs but they offer quite a bit less food options.

Never heard of pizza ranch and was heading up to Green Bay with some friends for state basketball. One of the greatest places I’ve been at. Amazing price for an adult buffet. Ate a lot of food since I was starving, and it tasted amazing. On top of that, there is also a little basketball court that we played on for a little. Staff was kind. Amazing place to stop by.

Everything you want with a pizza and fired chicken all you can eat place. My daughter loves the train car area to sit in. There is a lot of old west decor that highlights that time in American history.

We visited Saturday 10/22/22 for lunch with a group of 7. It was pretty quiet and the food seemed fresh and tasted good. We were a little worried about eating off of the silverware though because it had white streaks on it. We wiped it off but still didn’t feel right eating off of it. The staff seemed friendly and the kids had fun playing in the basketball court. Please work on cleaning and rinsing the silverware.

We went on a Friday night just as they buffet was opening. It filled up with patrons pretty quickly and it took them a minute to get the buffet really rolling. They did have a sign saying they were a little short staffed so it's not that big of a deal. The food was good and they did have people bussing the tables pretty regularly. Over all a pretty good experience.

Walked in there were 2 other customers there. Multiple tables were piled with dirty dishes. No one was out front at all. We should have taken this as a warning.

Food had been sitting for sometime. Multiple items were not even out including silverware. Mashed potatoes were cold as was the 5 pieces of chicken.

This use to be a favorite place, I sure hope this isn't normal or they may not be around long.
