We were traveling thru and decided to stop. Upon entering , a Man wearing an army Vietnam Veteran was With his son waiting to be seated. I asked Permission to shake his Hero Hands,He Gracefully Allowed Me to Thank Him. I felt it wasn't enough for the Vietnam Veterans were treated poorly upon their return from The DMZ in the 1970's. So I Bought Him lunch , It was the least I Could do for His Sacrifice and And Service to Our Liberty. The Manager Kendra agreed and Gave him a future meal there as Part of Pizza Ranch gratitude. Ordered delivery about 3 weeks ago. They called me the time it was supposed to be at my place. Told me they couldn’t find a driver and are trying to find someone to deliver my order. So I call another 2 hours later and then they asked me if I wanted a refund, I of course said yes. Once I got the refund it wasn’t even half of my $38 order. My gf used to love that place, but we no longer order from them. I can’t rate the food, cause I didn’t get any.

A couple friends of mine, their kids and myself went for pizza after they helped me move. It was during the EAA, so it was super busy, but the staff were all really friendly and attentive and the pizza and the dessert bars were never empty, neither was the salad bar. It was a wonderful experience!

We called ahead for our group to enjoy lunch. This is our 4th year coming to Pizza Ranch after attending the Lifest music festival. The staff is kind, efficient, and very accommodating to our large group. There was never a shortage of food on the buffet tables. We got there just after 6 last night, Friday. Didn’t take long to get a seat or check out. The place showered was very filthy. Food all over the floor. More food on the floor than in the buffets. Went for salad first and the lettuce was browning and the peas were frozen. Like they bounced when hitting my plate. My wife, toddler and I were passed over so many times at the table for plate pickup and finally when the kid showed up to take them we had 7 plates sitting there. Horrible experience and not an adult to be found. I told one worker there that the Ice cream machine was beeping due to it being low on mix and it continued to beep and be untouched.

Bit into a piece of chicken, blood dripping on my plate. I tell the waitress. She comes back and says her manager says the chicken was temped out perfectly. I immediately asked to see the manager. His name is Alejandro and he is the manager at the Oshkosh Pizza Ranch so everyone knows who they are dealing with. He comes out and says that his cook took the chicken temps and they read correctly. I said you do know that chicken can temp out inaccurately when the grease needs to be changed. He insisted that wasn’t the case. I then asked him if he would be okay with chicken dripping blood on his plate as he eats. He gave us a $5 coupon after we spent $50 on our whole meal. Alejandro says he is the GM because I want to know who his boss is. So tomorrow I will be contacting corporate about the level of concern Alejandro has as a manager. Serving bloody chicken is dangerous. That’s why when cooking fried chicken, you don’t take a temperature in just one place. You temp it from a couple of places just to assure it is done all the way through. For as much chicken that is fried at pizza ranch, the grease should be changed a few times a week. Obviously someone isn’t because I wouldn’t of had blood on my plate from undercooked chicken. And I also have pictures.

The food was delicious when we ate inside. It would have been a little better if the floors were clean but the food was good. The next time we tried take out for dinner from pizza ranch and the food seemed old and not fresh. After paying online and getting in to pickup, the cashier told me I owed around 20 dollars. I said I had paid online already and can show the receipt, he then agreed and let me have our food. Definitely could have been a glitch. Overall my family likes pizza ranch, and our experiences have been better eating in house.

The manager is very rude. He was condescending the second we walked in as a large family and I was asking about gluten free options. He acted like I was an inconvenience and was disrespectful. He basically threw the menu at me when I wasn't sure what kind of pizza I would like. There were not ingredients listed on the menu. When my pizza came, a gluten free BLT, it had marinara. I wasn't aware that this pizza had sauce and I usually stay away from sauce pizzas since it bothers my acid reflux. So when I went up and asked for it to be remade I was told I would have to pay for a new pizza. I wasn't very happy, as you can imagine. I said that I wasn't aware of the ingredients and that they should have the ingredients listed for future to avoid this type of scenario. He said it was my job to check the other menu ..mind you, this menu has gluten containing pizzas and items. I don't know why I would be looking at that menu ever. And I said that was ridiculous. The manager condescended me and told me I was the one being ridiculous asking for my pizza to be remade. I told him I just want to enjoy a meal with my family and we hardly eat out anyways. We haven't been to pizza ranch in about a year. He finally agreed to remake it. In a very bad attitude.
I went back to our table in tears because of how this man spoke to me so rudely. My husband asked what had happened and I told him. On our way out, my husband decided to advocate for me since he saw how he treated me when we walked in and he had thrown the menu at me. Alejandro was prideful and disrespectful to my husband as well. Refusing to take our concerns (even though he agreed he threw the menu at me) and to hear them at all. He also wouldn't provide us with contact information for his upper management. It was the worst experience we have ever had and we probably won't be back.

It's absolutely amazing. Me and my trap team and I came to eat here a lot last year on the way home from trap meats so we would stop here to get some food. They're was always plenty of tables open, and their always so welcoming. Theirs a decent sized parking lot just for the pizza ranch itself. The food service was amazing, always making sure the buffet was stocked. And the person that comes around is absolutely amazing and so kind. He asked us how our day was doing and never failed to clear our table of dirty plates. He gave us se very good advice to live a good start to your life and steps to make the most of it. Pls give this guy a raise. Sorry, I don't remember his name, but that is the kind of people our country desperately needs.

I decided to enjoy some Pizza Ranch about 5 days ago. Everything was fresh, clean, and restocked. Employees are nice. They seem a little shy but that is ok. Younger employees are still learning the workforce and such. The best part about my visit was I made a dumb decision and ordered a pizza without knowing what all came on it. My fault for sure. They still made me a brand new pizza and let me keep the old one I didn't want at no extra cost! So I gave the pizza I didn't want to a friend and got the one I wanted. Before I left I decided to tip the staff 😊.

I don’t know what to say! Don’t get me wrong, the food is always wonderful when I come here, one of my daughter’s favorite restaurants! But I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of care the manager for this location has! We visited our local pizza ranch today, and a family arrived that not only let their children run all around the restaurant almost knocking people over who were just simply walking to their tables or grabbing food from the buffet over, but one of their children was up on a ledge swinging and hanging upside down! This older child almost knocked me over while I was trying to stand out of the booth! Our family was not the only affected by this, and when trying to mention this to my manager he just went in the back to hide and never addressed the issue! Over half the restaurant cleared out due to this family! I’m absolutely disgusted by this behavior, and will never be back to this location. Find a new manager who cares!

My fiance and I came there to eat today. We seen that pizza ranch posted happy hour from 2pm to 4pm with the buffet being only $9.99. The guy at the register was very rude to us when we brought it up. I wasn't very happy. I believe with running a restaurant if it is posted like that somewhere online and coming from you guys I believe it should be accepted. If you don't honnor it anymore then it should be removed. Was there as a guest for a party of about 20 on 12/21/24. Very little pizzas out..I had two slices..they brought one pizza out at a time..I would think they would always have pepperoni, sausage and cheese pizzas out, but not here..soda machine and ice machine was not working. So drink choices was warm water or tea. They did end up getting the soda working for a little while, than it went down again..they should have ran to Walmart and bought cases of soda. So for $16 I had two slices of pizza, piece and half of chicken, warm water and a soda. Just heard from the person who had the party. He said the manager couldn’t do anything for him. Guess I know why I haven’t been to PR in years and won’t be going back..pathetic..ps, felt bad for the young gal who was in charge of our group

I like Pizza Ranch because they have a great salad bar and their ice cream is so good! It is a buffet with a salad bar, pizza choices, including dessert pizza. They also have very good fried chicken and some other comfort foods if someone in your party doesn't want pizza. You do not get standard restaurant service here, but it isn't bad. The owners are super nice, and we see them working in their stores regularly. It's very kid-friendly. Bring cash to tip, because you dont get the option to putbit on your card when you pay.

First time here and I would’ve expected the lady who was at the register to help explain the process or what I need to do. Luckily I looked online and familiarized myself with the menu bc I didn’t know it was a buffet too.. she then also said we get a free pizza. Ok cool, I thought we’ll take it as we head out. Didn’t know that the free pizza needed to be eaten in the restaurant so when we finished eating and went to go “redeem” our free pizza, she asked how many pieces when she told me it was a medium sized pizza already.. I was waiting for my pizza, not knowing it was gonna be brought out in a plate, I asked for a to go box. Another lady then turns around and asks a gentleman in a black polo behind the register if they have a to go box. I’m confused at this point bc this is my first time here… if it couldn’t be brought to go, please clarify that to people as we they paying at the register.
