Went here while in the area. Reviews seemed ok so we thought we would give it a try.

We were greeted at the cashier stand with a friendly employee however, that’s where the niceties stop.

The pizza was cold and stale from sitting out for so long. The pizza tasted terrible, terrible like cardboard, and some of the flavor options that were available were very strange and tasted awful. Nothing was labeled to tell you what it was so you kind of had to guess and hope for the best.

The soft serve only has one flavor, vanilla. No toppings for the ice cream, which would have been nice.

The restaurant desperately needed to be vacuumed and appeared not to have been vacuumed for several weeks. There was stuff all over the floor everywhere you looked. I’ve never seen a restaurant that looked that bad and in desperate need of vacuuming.

For the price you are charged for “all you can eat” the quality will have you eating less than your moneys worth.

There are much better options in the area. Next time when we are in the area, we will definitely choose something different.

Nothing but good things to say about this location. The new assistant manager was awesome and was definitely running the team well. With everything going on she still made a point to make greetings personal, ensuring the staff was taking care of dine-in and carry-out/delivery, and that everyone was happy. This visit was a community outreach night for the 13U baseball team. The boys worked hard and were very polite and professional. Glad we got to meet them. We had ordered a veggie pizza that got delayed due to a large order in the kitchen. We were notified of the delay. Communication was great. Again, nothing but good things to say about this location, and one of the best visits we've had at any Pizza Ranch.

We reserved a banquet room for a group of 20 for a "celebration of life" get together. I had triple by-pass heart surgery 5 weeks earlier and my wife and I wanted to reward all the family and friends that came to see me in the ICU. We love pizza ranch, but when we got our plates and asked for ketchup and sour cream, we were told by one of the workers that they no longer served sour cream and ketchup. We couldn't believe it. The manager came out and informed us that that's not true, and he got us some ketchup. Came in on a Saturday night at 7pm. To start off the place was disgusting. Over half the tables had plates piled on them, it didn't look like it was vacuumed in a week. I’m coming on here to edit my review originally posted to their Facebook after visiting with only some of my children and our deaf mentor today 3/7/2025. It is quite a bit longer than my original and my view of this establishment has changed drastically. I’m extremely disappointed after my visit today.

It started off like almost any other visit. I got my kids situated at a table in the corner on the other side of the wall from the drink machines, filled our cups then considered how easily they could spill their drinks with no lids. I went to the register and asked if they had cups with lids for the kids and the woman at the register, Cel, said no. I asked about the cups right behind her against the wall and she informed me I could pay $.79 for one of those disposable cups. I said “okay no thanks. Just so you know, I’ve got a 1 year old and 4 year old over here that might not do so well with an open cup.” She then told me that I could take it up with corporate if I had an issue. I didn’t say anything else as I didn’t see a need to.

I returned to my table to give my kids straws where my 6 month old was awake and crying in her car seat. Before I took my baby out I went to get some plates of food for myself and my other children. When I finally sat down I unbuckled my baby took her out and she still cried. I looked at the time and realized she was hungry so I proceeded to nurse her while I separated the food to my kids plates.
I wasn’t even able to finish divvying up the food let alone take a bite for myself before the woman from the register came over and told me I either needed to move or to cover up. Mind you, I am wearing my husband’s t shirt and a sports bra under it, completely covered except the small area my baby was nursing from my breast which was covered by her head. I was also sitting in a corner that was relatively covered from most of the restaurant and slightly turned into the corner as to not bring attention to myself or my table in any way for any reason. Regardless of all of this, I know for a fact that the LAW is on my side as a breastfeeding mother (as were all of the other patrons around me that didn’t even know I was feeding my baby before the employee came up to me.) I know that it is legal for a mother to breastfeed her baby in public or in private covered or uncovered. I also know it is illegal to discriminate against breastfeeding mothers and tell them they need to “move or cover up.” I informed her of the laws protecting me and stated that what she was doing to me was illegal and she proceeded to tell me that I needed to calm down, stop causing a scene or she was going to have to ask me to leave.

She eventually walked away after several others came to my defense as well. Everyone at my table finished eating and we were on our way out when I spoke with a man (I don’t remember his name) that said he was not the GM but a franchise owner and had spoken with Cel, along with a district manager that was also there, after this incident occurred. According to him, they both told her she was not to do anything if someone complained about me breastfeeding because the law is on my side. While HE apologized and took my name and number for the GM, at no point did anyone else, including Cel who I learned is an assistant manager there, apologize for interrupting my meal, by discriminating against me and harassing me.

This whole experience made me so unnecessarily uncomfortable it changed my perception of Pizza Ranch as a whole. It is NOT family friendly and I can no longer recommend eating at this establishment and I will not be returning with my own family.

Original review from November or December 2024: We come here pretty often to feed our large family. It’s a great buffet for the kids and kids at heart. The staff is always kind and accommodating to us even when one of the littles gets grumpy. They keep all areas clean and do very well at restocking things as well. It has definitely become a family favorite of ours!

This Pizza Ranch is by far the best one I've ever visited! They offer a wide variety of food, all cooked to perfection. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the exceptional service. My server, Ally (I think that was her name), was outstanding! She made my sister’s birthday special by surprising her with a free cookie cake. Ally was great with the kids, making them laugh and smile, and her positive attitude made the experience so much more enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond and is, without a doubt, the best server I’ve ever encountered! The entire staff was incredibly hardworking — the bussers were quick and efficient, clearing plates and keeping everything tidy. There are days that P.R. has everything all in order with many selections of pizza, but today, it just wasn't one of them.
Pizza selection was rather meager. The chicken selection was nonexistent, and we had to wait 10 min for chicken, and it came out far too salty, and I've had a salty southern fried chicken many times and this takes the cake. Went Halloween night at 5pm. Place was filthy. No soup. Finally came out at 5:30, was cold. No butter was out. Said they were completely out of butter. Very disappointing experience.
