Food is good, not quite as hot or fresh as it used to be. The new building seems a little bland and too modern compared to the old one. As far as service goes, they don't come around and collect your plates nearly as often and the customer interactions seem a little bit more automated, otherwise still a good place to eat.

Really nice! Better than both Baraboo and lake Delton. Nice job! The stuffing and Mac and cheese is awesome.i tried a little of everything and it was all fresh. The chicken looked and was amazing. I was really happy. It was Labor Day Sunday and we walked into the dells location, it was extremely packed, we walked out and went to reedsburg. I’m not sure how people could leave bad reviews bc I went on Sunday at 4 pm Labor Day weekend and it was awesome all around. They had plenty to choose from. Again, it all seemed really fresh and tasted great. Service was the best. Very clean and spacious. The manager lady was very nice as well as all the workers.

Was my family and I first time visiting this Pizza Buffet and we only came here because my autistic son loves pizza. The food tasted amazing and the dessert too, but our number one dislike was the service. My son only eats a special kind of pizza so after paying to eat we ordered it and was told if he didn’t finish it all he could take the leftovers home since it was specially made pizza, but when it was time go the manager on duty refused to let my autistic son take his pizza with him and than kicked us out the restaurant because they were closing. I have never in my life experienced such dishonesty, disrespect, and mental abuse. Not only did they not keep to their word, but this situation made my autistic son very frustrated, very confused, and very disappointed. We will NEVER eat here again.. My family and I was very highly disappointed!!!

Didn’t even get to the food. Turned around and walked out after interaction at the register. She asked my daughter her age, which is an acceptable question, but my child didn’t answer. I answered for her when I noticed she wasn’t going to speak. The woman began lecturing my child about how people are going to ask her questions in school and she needs to answer. On top of being shy, she also has sensory disorder. I don’t expect people to know this about my child but it’s nobody else’s place to lecture my kid-period. This won’t prevent us from enjoying other locations, but we definitely won’t be back to this one.

I love Pizza Ranch, but not the new one in Reedsburg! Why are there walls separating tables? Why one line for the food? Whole eggs at the salad bar were a turn off. Whole carrots too. Why not slice the eggs and shred the carrots like before? The skin on the chicken was coming off, not crispy just mushy. I guess I'll have to stick to Baraboo Pizza Ranch. Never disappointed there.

Stopped at the reedsburg Pizza Ranch at about 12:45 today (7/10/25). I thought the old one was bad, but this one has hit rock bottom. Only 4-5 pizzas on the buffet, Very little chicken, and I was there for 45 Minutes and no replacement chicken and what was there looked like it was reheated from yesterday, skin was falling off and not nice and crispy, not like the Chicken Pizza Ranch is known for. The Salad bar was a joke, some of the containers were empty or not very appetizing looking. And only 5 dressings and some were empty. If they would of spent as much on the buffet as they did on the Arcade, maybe it would have been worth it. Better change the name to Pizza Ranch Arcade.

Since they switched to the new location and I do a pickup order I have to sit and wait well over my time. Last time I waited probably 25-30 mins and this time I had to wait 20 mins. Really disappointing when you order ahead to have your food on time for things and then you have to sit and wait. Probably won’t want to come here for awhile.

I understand they just opened a week ago but when we arrived the buffet had hardly anything on it. And couldn't keep up. Not sure if they didn't expect a large crowd because of games going on but they might want to keep in touch with Justagame so this doesn't happen. I wish I had taken pictures of what the buffet looked like. One plus is they have Pepsi products. I'm sure we'll be back but hopefully when the buffet is full 😁😂

I believe in second chances. I actually gave pizza ranch 4. 2 at the old location and 2 at the new. Each time buffet was constantly empty. Waiting for chicken and pizzas which instantly dissappear when brought out and then the wait starts again. It's been around long enough to understand how a buffet works.

New location is absolutely amazing! My family and I came during the grand opening. Food was very fresh, well stocked buffet , and plenty of staff to assist us with anything we asked. Fun zone was an absolute hit with my daughter. There was a blonde woman named Debbie who was incredible. We've been coming to the PR in Reedsburg since it opened. Tonight we were greeted by CJ (what a sweet lady) She took care of us the whole time we were there. The busser was not taking our empty plates but CJ was more than happy to pick up the slack. As far as the food goes tonight I gave it a 4 * as the buffet was pretty sparse and the chicken was raw. The Mashed potatoes were spot on!!

I got food poising!!! fried chicken, it tasted rotten and just not right!! The patatos were very dry, the gravy was not flavored right!! The ice cream machine was very slow, as well no milk.

The young man who I asked to please wipe the table was very nice too as he was trying to clean so many dirty tables. We sat in a booth by the window. The ledge there was FILTHY dirty & old dried on food! On the bench was dried on food
The floor was scattered with food.
Food wasn’t up to par that Pizza Ranch has.

First of all it's Pizza Ranch so yeah, generic food puffed up to fill with recipes designed to please the lowest common denominator. This particular location has a rather odd policy of cutting off the rather limited buffet at exactly 8pm, promptly scooping up any food on the steamer table and throwing it away (or possibly serving it to themselves in back). When restaurants Institute this type of policy (more common in small towns with little to no competition) you can rest assured that it's because they want to avoid staying a little bit later at all costs. I mean, it's a restaurant, that comes with the territory. What it boils down to is that if you arrive at the restaurant at 7:45, you have 15 minutes to be seated, get your drinks, get some food, and eat it, because when the clock strikes 8 that buffet will promptly turn back into the faded old plastic pumpkin from which it came. To their credit they do warn you. But c'mon.

I live in the Twin Cities Minneapolis saint Paul Minnesota and I literally enjoy driving well over 200 miles to come to ONLY the stellar Reedsburg location !
The entire staff is Above Expected!!

THAT BEING SAID...
Myself and my friend made the mistake of going to THE OTHER Lake Delton pizza ranch location where they would, if I could give a one star rating !
Almost the entire time we were there only Came to remove our plates from our table !
Sadly several times the very youthful teenage staff would be on the floor literally conversing with themselves hands and pockets not doing any tasks.
When we entered the building at lake Delton it was very slippery tile entrance which is unforgivable if non sure-footed patrons were to walk over it.... I hate to think of the possibility of injuries likely .
The equipment at Lake Delton was laughable at best ice cream machine broke down, no coffee or coffee cups, both the tea offerings and the soda fountain had a almost moldy flavor backdrop to the weak imbalanced flavorings …
Chicken was greasy😖 salad bar was at least 30% less than that of Reedsburg.
For example the hard boiled eggs which should be discs and slices must have been ground up in a food processor all the same color yellow no evidence of hard boiled eggs just a rubble appearance which passed for hard boiled eggs.
Even the napkin dispenser at our table was missing the usual advertisement on the outside of it…!

God HELP THE LAKE DELTON LOCATION !

All I can say is the the professionalism and quality of food at the Reedsburg location far outshines any other pizza ranch that I have experienced in my travels and that is many, many miles.
