They close at 8p, we went at 7p thinking we could get a quick dinner in, half hour. Just the 2 of us. They were cleaning up already. They had closed the doors at 730p. What bothers me the most is the staff were dusting the vents over the food and over where we were eating. They did make a whole new dessert pizza when I asked so I'll give them credit for that!

I visited this location at about 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. The staff were friendly and didn't watch me like a hawk which is always a bonus. The food was decent, it wasn't busy so understandably the turnover rate wasn't high. Overall I'd go back if I find myself in Watertown again.

Came in about 3:30on a Sunday afternoon , payed 31$ for pizza that I could have gotten from toppers or domino's for alot cheaper, there was no chicken ready , I ate five pieces of pizza before they brought chicken out , chicken is one of tye main reasons I go there , no one cleaned the plate off our table , and there was a hard boiled egg laying on the floor by the salad bar , I doubt very much if I will eat there again .

Very disappointed for what you had to pay. They had no soups, ice cream machine broke. The chicken was old and dried out, very little pizza to choose. Salad bar needed cleaning and restocking. This was at 4:30 pm and only a couple people there eating. Let’s do better!!

My husband and I took my son, daughter in law and 9 month old grandson son to dinner, and we're lucky enough to get the long booth. All the at the time we went was hot and we didn't have to wait long for them to put fresh pizza, chicken and side dishes out. I went to your Watertown location today mainly because I saw on FB (1 month ago) Seniors were $7.99 on Wednesday. The sign at the door listed 20% off. I didn't know the actual price, so I was surprised when I was charged $25.03 with tax. Went here with my kid for lunch, it wasn't good. The bread sticks were hard, the pizza didn't taste good on its own, the vegetables were all dead, there wasn't a restalk of anything the whole hour we were there. When we arrived, we ordered a specialty pizza. By the time we were done eating they brought out wrong pizza number 1. When I said it wasn't right, I told her the name of the pizza and she still brought back the wrong pizza. When we explained what was wrong, she just shrugged it off and walked away. The buffet line was empty more than it was full. Multiple people had to request forks and spoons. One man cleaning and clearing dishes didn't wash his hands before bring out new plates. Update: we visited again and I was a little disappointed in the pizza selection on the buffet. It was 7pm and they were condensing the buffet even thought there were 15 to 20 people still in the dining room. The buffet ends at 8pm, so the selection should remain fairly good until then.
Finally, and this is a common occurrence, there was no coffee available.
None of these issues are enough to get a negative rating, but they are enough to pull away from a 5 star rating.

Food is hit or miss. Sometimes the chicken is to die for and others it's too dry or too greasy. Buffet needs to be checked more frequently due to lack of food or old dried out food. Highly recommend checking the lettuce on the salad bar because the last time I went, the lettuce was browning and had some slimey bits, same with the raw veggies.

The chicken, pizza and salad bar were good. They have coke products... which I like. The service was great and the people in there were courteous and helpful. The price was reasonable. There are alot of kids running around excitedly. They could do a little better job keeping up on the salad bar, but they are so busy cleaning up I understand it. If you love kids and don't mind a bit of noise this place will give you all the good food you want. If you want a pizza they will make it for you.
